*STAY AWAY* - i went to get my phone screen fixed for a simple crack, I was quoted 120 when I showed them my iphone 11 they said no problem, 25 minutes through fixing it they brought my phone out in 3 pieces will all the parts everywhere, and aggressively said because it was an I phone 11 pro it’s actually gonna be $175, since I clearly couldn’t say no I had to agree to the new price. I left and noticed the screen had a wierd color effect that it’s ever had before, 1 day into have the phone the screen goes rainbow and shuts off and turns on consistently. I know have to go to apple and purchase a new phone because I simply needed a screen fixed- this place doesnt know what it’s doing and will rip you off the best they can.

This place is great! They are very reasonably priced and provide excellent service. The technician I worked with was friendly and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone.

He was upfront and honest with me and so I was honest with him and told him I will be back for other things. This is what the world needs more of. HONESTY. Oh, I had to replace the battery on my Pixel 4XL. Took no more then ten minutes. I highly recommend to anyone in the area. See him first before going to your phone carriers tech support. You will not be disappointed.

Let me start out by saying I just moved here from the South. I have received absolutely by far the BEST customer service today (6-23-17). DEAN not only fixed my phone (screen and home button), but he also delivered exceptional customer service via the phone and customers walking in all while I stood there waiting for my phone and not once did I feel he wasnt taking care of me as well. DEAN was VERY informative and honest about possibilities in the future with my phone. Danny was fantastic. I tried to fix my phone myself for the first time and things didn’t go as planned. I brought the phone to Fix and repair. Danny not only fixed my phone at light speed, he also went through the components to show me how to fix it. Overall I had a great experience. The guy definitely knows his phone repair and is extremely speedy as well.

These guys always do a great job and always charge a fair price. At this point Ive brought 3 different phones and a tablet to them. 1 phone needed to be re- fixed, but they fixed it immediately, no hassles! I wouldnt trust anybody else!

Cracked my screen ugh! They replaced the screen in about 30 min. They had a genuine Samsung screen. Watch out for the aftermarket parts. They put a glass protector on. I had an issue with the head phone Jack brought it back and they fixed it no problem. Guys are very nice and easy to work with. They are my go to repair guys for everything electronic.

Great except the screens aren’t they same color as the one I had before. It’s a little tinted

I got my phone fixed from ifix and repair in the ocean county mall and when I went home the front flash wasn’t working. I came back in to get it fixed but you needed a receipt to show proof and I didn’t have my receipt and the manager dean was very nice and still helped to fixed my phone and the problem was solved. Thank you, very great service.

Do your self a favor and don’t go here..I came with simply only a cracked phone screen. Got it fixed for $140 and left with a phone that couldn’t make phone calls and wouldn’t turn back on when I turned it off. Gave him a call and he said he would gladly fix it. Went back the next day and the man claimed he fixed it but everything was still wrong. Thanks to him i was forced to buy a new phone for $400 and have to trade in the phone that this man broke to sprint for $360. Going to this man to fix my phone was a $1000 mistake and I will never give him my business again. Do yourself a favor and go to the Apple store and get it done by a professional who actually knows what they are doing. I wish I could give him 0 stars

Ive had to get my screen fixed twice and each time these guys have given me a great deal and awesome customer service.

Brought my iphone in to get my loudspeaker fixed. Was told it was $26, no biggie. He gets it done within 10 minutes. I leave the store and the LCD screen is broken, phone resets randomly every 30 seconds, a minute if I’m lucky, and phone wont charge pass 5%. In the end I had to get a new phone which cost me $800. If you really need to get your phone fixed go somewhere else.

Verizon had sent me here to check my iPhone for water damage. I was in and out in 5 minutes! The guy was extremely nice and showed me where the water damage would be, which I luckily didnt have any. Definitely would recommend! Will be back if I have any other issues, beats waiting at Apple by a long shot.

Went here to fix my screen, it was cheaper than apple and def faster. few months later my charger wouldnt go into my phone so i stopped back in to see if they could help. there was a piece of plastic stuck in the charging port that they helped me get out, free of charge. wouldnt even expect my tip. over all great experience and customer service.

The service was excellent and the quality of the repair was near perfection. I completely smashed my iPad and he was able to repair it in only 2 hours. Keep in mind its one guy working all day. It took 2 hours bc he has to interact with customers as well as repair the previous phones he had received. I would highly recommend going here to fix any screen cracks or issues.

Take note 1 star = Hated it! Steer clear of this place! These guys do not care about customers. First the one guy told me that once the part came in I could stop by and my phone would be fixed within about 45 minutes. He neglected to mention that there is a particular person who can fix my model. I did not know I should ask for that person before bringing my phone back to get repaired. So when I called to see if it was a good time to bring my phone in, I was told yes. I drove to the mall to find out that the guy I didnt know about was not there, so it was in fact not a good time, and I was then told to come back at 6 and hed be there. I took the time out of my day and used my gas money again to drive back, arriving at 6:10. I said, you told me the guy who can fix my phone would be here. I was told, Yes, give us about an hour. Once again I was not told that they guy was not there, and that I might be wasting my time. So I walked around the mall killing time, and when I came back I was told that he called out sick, and hell be in tomorrow. I asked for a discount for my trouble, and was told no. Terrible experience. I will go somewhere else, and recommend everyone else do that too.

The guy fixed my phone about a month and a half ago. The touch is not working anymore. I called him and he said there is nothing he can do. My husbands phone who he also repaired the same time, when dead after 2 days! This guy doesnt know what hes doing

Worst place EVER! Spent $240 for a new phone screen. The screen was subpar its self, and the way it was put on was even WORSE! The Screen cracked 4 days after purchase and it was a COMPLETE waste of money and I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY. Worst customer service ever! Terrible...

I was excited it was repaired so quickly! A couple of days later I tried the Selfie camera and it was blurry. My home button was also malfunctioning. I wound up at the Apple Store and they knew right away it was replaced by a third party company. Needless to say Apple replaced it and its perfect. Very disappointed, I wont recommend to anyone, and I wont go back there.

If i could give them zero stars i would.. my boyfriends iphone x was shattered so we went here to get it fixed. He got it fixed for 170 dollars.. a couple days later his touchscreen wasn’t working that well.. he couldn’t put the flash light on or answer a phone call. This past sunday he went to a yankee game and his phone went completely black.. didn’t drop it or anything either.. i took his phone on monday to the store to get it fixed again and he proceeded to tell me the lcd was shattered inside the phone. My boyfriend did not drop his phone any time after he got it fixed the first time.. i asked him how much more we would need to pay to get it fixed once again and he told me 100 dollars after just paying almost 200.. i asked him for the owner because the manger runs the store and couldn’t help me.. he told me the owner never comes in and there’s no way to reach out about my complaint.. i left the store and went on there website to see some reviews and it looks like many other people had the same problem... weird right ? also funny that the owner seems to respond to all of the positive reviews but not the negative:(((( i will be in touch with mall management!!
