If i ever do go to a Gamestop, its this one. The manager has been there for years and is such a pleasure to talk to. Staff is always friendly and i can honestly say ive never had a bad experience at this store. 10/10 this is my gamestop

Games top is a great place to get used games from and has been for a long while. I was at first a little upset with this franchise because the competition was either bought up by these guys or just outright closed down by their massive frame at the time. Now that games are going strictly online in the near future game stop is suffering. You can see it in the stocks that had to be backed by some really crafty folks who showed us how easy it is to manipulate the market. That being said if GameSpot wants to stay afloat they need to remember their roots and start selling all of the older systems and games people want to get their hands on. Start grabbing the sliver of the market they could be using to boost revenue. They should also find a way to corner download able content and make deals with the companies to have bundles to where DLC is cheaper at game stop then the competitors. Game stop needs to diversify its portfolio. Lmbo

Not well stocked..out of 3 out of 4 items I needed

Typically when you go to a store and they have 0 consoles in stock, you would assume a bad rating.That would be unfair as it is not this specific locations fault. I purchased a No Questions Asked; year-long warranty on my Xbox One X Bundle; a year ago...Long story short, my warranty was expiring on Jan 9th, 2021, and on Jan 7th. The heat sync on my system began to malfunctioning and the console would overheat. I went to this GameStop location on the 8th: one day before my warranty was up. Unfortunately, they did not have any Xbox One x systems in stock, As well as all of the other surrounding local GameStops.Typically with the way business handle their customer service skills, I expected a big Too Bad, Sorry but instead, I was offered to either accept cashback or they will extend the warrant until they have my new replacement in stock.

Very good place to visit if you need to look for something quick on the spot. Staff was very helpful and exceptional. I recommend calling ahead of time if youre looking for something specific or check out the GameStop app to see if they have the item or not.

Not much of selection ... Waited awhile for a bunch of highschoolers in the store taking up space not buying anything. The one gentleman was helpful though.. I take great care of my games and i came in trying to buy fifa 20 and they didnt have it in stock and gave me a fifa 19 game that had fingerprints all over it. I always make sure my games look BRAND NEW when i bring them in. Girl at the register was very judgmental ( assuming) certain people werent ( pro members)

Like any other gamestop, but unfortunately so much was out of stock. I did go in November so its amping up for Xmas, I get it but I pulled 3 games off the shelf to buy and they said all 3 they didnt have. Why were they still on the shelves? They were used, either they r sold or they arent.

Borderline ridiculous. 6 customer max in store, employees were disinterested and undetinformed.

Always have what Im looking for on gaming

Super friendly staff and they dont bother you beyond an initial greeting unless you ask them something. They always check the other store in the malls inventory in case what Im looking for isnt available in their store, or will search around other local stores too if you have the time to travel a bit. Very accommodating to requests as well. I do not trade in because the value is not there but that is the companys fault. 5/5 would recommend.

Always a pleasure Manager Joe is the best and Kirin helped me decide on which version of Iceborn to get with my store credit from trade ins. Also made sure I only traded things for fair pricing and kept the things that were more valuable to hold on to.

I just went to this store there was not a customer in the store. There were 3 employees and no one greeted me or asked if they could assist me. Two of them were behind the cash wrap talking the other was fumbling around with something right next to me. I saw what I wanted to buy but left because no one acknowledged me. Even as I left no one said a word. I will buy what I need from a different store.

Bought a used PS4 and it was not working. Took it back and got a different one, got home and that one wast reading all my games. Took that back and got a different one. This 3rd one has HDMI issues and cuts off while playing. I cant return it because they kept my receipt so I cant return it anymore. Three PS4s in a row that didnt work and they were selling. Arent they supposed to refurbish the used ones before they resell? Now Im stuck with a piece of junk that has to get repaired somewhere.

Employees here are friendly but super fake, super annoying (what can i get you today??what are you looking for??), but know literally nothing about video games. make sure you know what you want before you come in because the employees cant help you or offer you advice. Theyll tell you everything is Cool man, but have no real experience or opinions. I asked a few basic questions but they were completely clueless. Go to literally any other gamestop but this one. They all suck but this one sucks the worst.

On three separate occasions I was lied to about what I would receive if I preordered a particular game. When confronted with this fact, these no nothings totally blew me off. Advoid!! You can preorder online for cheap, never having to leave your house from Amazon.

Went the day before an item was released to pre order it for the next day and they said pre order wasnt available anymore. So I said I would come tomorrow to purchase it, the associate said that it was okay for me to purchase the next day. So when I went there to purchase the item they said it was available to pre orders only. I will never give business to Game Stop ever again.

Cashier was rude when asked to ring tow separate transactions. This a common request when you work in retail. I will never shop at this location again.
