They were kind and they were courteous and professional and their be prices were very fair! I went in to check prices for selling gold jewelry the offered me the mot money for my jewelry! I first went around to other Sellers and then I went to them they offered me more than anyone else!

Fantastic store, have been shopping with them since they opened about 8 years ago. Always very respectful. They work with me with prices when Im purchasing things, and see if they can do better for me, which I very much appreciate. Very friendly staff, always greeting me when I walk in the door and saying goodbye when I am leaving. I remember one time actually selling instead of buying, I brought my gold to them and several other places, and Fast Cash by far gave me the best price. Highly recommend this store for purchases and for selling items.

I have dealt with them on a few different occasions and they have always done right by me. I sold them a few things after my father passed away and they paid me a fair number on everything. I have also bought a couple of watches from them which were great finds and very fair in price. The stores I have been to are nice and they always have a lot of tempting things to buy. The staff I have met are friendly and know their stuff. I will be back again to see them for sure!

Just like the Forked River location, this store has such a wide variety of guitars, jewelry, televisions, video games, coins, silver and even tools! Old war and sports memorabilia is cool too! The staff are very nice and helpful and works well with you, whether it be on prices of items youre selling or buying or helping you pick out the perfect item! They are very understanding and well-knowledged on their business and the items! My boyfriend and I came in to see if we could sell a few things, wasnt expecting to walk into such a rude enviornment. The woman wasnt explaining anything well enough, didnt look like she was doing anything more than whispering to the other associate when she went to look up an item on the computer. They were going to buy one of the watches, brought it to the back room to test it, came back out & said it was broken when we know it wasnt when we walked in. All in all, terrible customer service, information was disregarded, not coming back & will be informing others about this.

Why does everything I bring in there only 15 dollars at best? I brought a gshock case and everything and the lady told me oh alright its 15 but because you have the case No its 15 without and if you didnt take advantage of people its actually worth more. This g shock was a rare design not found anywhere else.I cant reply so i just edited my review, that watch is long gone, and it was $150. Idk what system you use but I know mine now, Facebook Market.

THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD OUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS AND INFORMATION!My girlfriend had mistakenly sold my work laptop to this place instead of my personal laptop. The same day I had called and spoken to the manager whose name is Adam. He told me that he would hold the laptop until I got my paycheck. When I called them to make sure they still had it, the woman told me that they never hold anything without a deposit put down on it and that it was sold. They simply lied to me. I made it very clear to Adam that this laptop had my customers social security numbers, names, and addresses along with other personal and confidential information, and he gave me his word that it would not be sold. They KNOWINGLY sold OVER A HUNDRED peoples social security numbers and personal information after they told me they would not sell the laptop. I cannot believe the lies and most disrespectful customer service from these greedy animals. All they care about is money.

The people are honestly really great! But the thing is they know no more than you or I they arent well trained. They know as much as the first google page will tell them..Literally. So you mind as well throw your crap up on Craigslist and I gaurentee you will get twice as much as they will offer on the spot. Only go there if you need to make some really fast low% cash on well known electronics like game systems or power tools. If its anything they actually can sell online, if its over 3lbs they are NOT interested because they use the expensive eBay shipping labels and end up losing money. Just go to Craigslist or another pawnshop, they are nice though!
