We were out of state visiting Niagara Falls when my car was broken into on the last night of our trip before heading home. My insurance recommended some places to go to get the driver side window replaced, but all were booked out 1 or 2 days and we had to be home the next morning for work and school. There was no way we were going to drive 600 miles with a busted window and 2 small children in the car. When I called Auto Glass Xpress, they answered promptly and Brian was at our hotel within 3 hours. The fix took about 30 minutes and we were good to go home. So thank you Brian, you literally saved the day!

Called them at 9am after noticing a broken windshield on the way into work. Told me they’d get there around 1:30 and arrived a few minutes early. 35 minutes later, my broken windshield was replaced and I was at ease. Thanks again

They were priced better than the National companies, they also called me ahead because I was unable to tell them which jobsite I’d be at.

Very rude and didnt place tags properly on windshield sloppy work and dirty and wanted receipt and wouldnt give me one for my records

Worst experience ever! The the worker was very unprofessional and rude, the window was incorrectly replaced resulting in ANOTHER CRACK. I wad not ptovided with a receipt because i Payed Cash. Now i have to wait another day to get my windsheild replaced. This company offers terrible service to its custers i DONT recomend...
