I completely recommend this place is you need a new windshield. Professional and courteous. I initially scheduled an appointment, but realized I had a doctors appointment at the same time. They worked with me and I was able to get my new windshield.

Had glass work done here before so was comfortable coming here for a repair. They were incredibly conscientious and took great care of my car. It was scheduled right away, done quickly and cost *WAY* less than expected. Evita was great to work with and super friendly.

I had an issue with my rear view mirror and needed to get it replaced. I ordered a new one online but was not comfortable and ended up not having the correct tools to replace the mirror. I gave them a call, and they offered me a very very reasonable price to replace it. They were very knowledgeable and careful to not break the glass to get it replaced! I would definitely be reaching out to them again if I ever have another issue with my glass!

I have had 5 windshields replaced by Frontier Glass in the past few years. Their customer service and technician professionalism is top notch. Service, both in-house and mobile, has been timely and never have any leaks.

My dog dislodged my rearview mirror and it was hanging from a cable. I took my car to the dealership and they told me that the windshield would need to be replaced in order to reattach the mirror and that I would need to contact my insurance company to place a claim. I ended up calling Frontier Auto & Glass on Niagara Falls Boulevard and a super nice lady told me to bring it in so they could take a look at it. I brought it in and met John who reattached my mirror in two minutes flat. And at no charge! Superb customer service. John saved me from hours of aggravation and could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this business.

Replaced several pieces of glass in our residential windows. Made quite the difference in the look of our home. Should help with drafts and surely brought in more light. Frontier Auto & Plate Glass is by far one of the best shops we have used. I manager a trucking company and they were able to order a new windshield and have it installed next day! Prior to calling them I called 20 other shops and everyone told me it would take a week to get the windshield ordered. Lindsey was extremely caring throughout the whole process and made everything simple and easy. I cannot say enough great things about her and how fast she handled every aspect from the initial call to the payment process! I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially in the trucking industry because not alot of places will provide the price or turnaround time like this place does. I needed to have my windshield replaced and it wasn’t covered by insurance. Frontier had good reviews and was close to home. Every employee I came in contact with was polite, professional and helpful. The first windshield they brought from the warehouse was cracked, they needed to go get another. I was notified that the vehicle would be a little later than estimated earlier. It was nice to be notified and kept informed of the progress. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Frontier for this kind of work.

I was on my way to work at 7:30 am and a deer decided to jump into my car and shatter my driver side window.....due to COVID-19 no businesses were able to help me and any that could wanted to charge me around $400 to get my window replaced......luckily I found frontier glass.....the two lovely ladies working inside were great and entertaining. They really helped pass the time. The guy that fixed my window “JOHN” provides me with top quality service and even went out of his way to fix a few minor things that were not included in my price. Thank you John, thank you frontier glass and my Saturn vue thanks you all too.

These guys are knowledgeable and friendly, they helped me out with a couple questions I had about glass repair. The guys were able to recognize and explain an obscure window attachment transport guide that is only used by the robots that build the cars. They helped put my mind at ease about needing to find replacements for these small plastic widgets.

Got my windshield replaced here about a week ago, everything turned out great. Although, the tech that had worked on my car had scratched my driver fender up quite a bit in the process. It is apparent he/she had been wearing a belt while replacing the windshield and while brushing up against my vehicle he scratched the fender. Clearly by the area and formation of the scratches it is waist. I have yet to hear back from the company about the issue; I have even reported it to my insurance company last week, Gecio; had informed me that they will contact frontier and have them reach out. Still nothing, sadly.

I went here by a recommendation from a friend. I needed a simple rearview mirror replacement. I was approached by the stores employee and she seemed bothered and had a bit of an attitude while talking to me. They pulled my car in for about five minutes, and came back out said it was nothing they can do, they gave me no recommendations upon trying to get it fixed. The employees had very poor attitudes and were very unfriendly. I wouldnt recommend going here. I left the store feeling very dissatisfied!

Got new windshield. I came here after an aborted replacement attempt with Safelite. They were a no-show and later found out from my son that the trucking firm he worked for had nothing but trouble with Safelite.I set up appointment time over the phone with Frontier, told them the year/make/model of vehicle and bingo... the installation appointment was less than 2 days and only took about 2 hours (spent that time across the street at a rather large shopping center). All went great and windshield is quality glass...no waviness anywhere in entire sheet. Thanks.

I had a crack in the windshield after a car wash from Delta Sonic. As I drive a Volvo with rain sensing wipers and the tinted top portion of the windshield I wanted the same in my replacement. As I found Frontier uses Pilkington as one of their suppliers I called that Monday once they opened and spoke with Kathy. Kathy was able to take my needs in concern and was incredible knowledgeable about getting the repair done properly. She was able to get me the same part number glass from Pilkington and installed it properly and professionally. Even went the extra step and installed my ez pass and other stickers on my windshield.The absolute best local business for windshield repair. They really take pride in their work, customer service and have the years of knowledge to back it up. They won’t ever steer you the wrong way and will keep you coming back for all your different glass needs.
