Dropped off a drive shaft for them to replace universal joints. gentleman at counter said would have an answer in a day or two. 2 weeks later and 4 phone calls all by me to learn they cant find the parts for it. this I can understand but the lack of consideration and communication is unacceptable. This piece of equipment was for commercial purposes and we were really held up by them. Would not frequent this establishment again.
