Rear brakes (pads and rotors,) oil change, state inspection and tire rotation. Painless. I waited too long on the brakes (was seizing up,) so it was a drop off without appointment, and they ended up saving my caliper, and getting it back to me the same day, which I greatly appreciated. Staff was up front, but courteous.Ive paid more for less, so theyve earned a customer.

Bill, the owner, is a credit to mechanic shops everywhere! He is veryknowledgeable and in the 12 years I have used this service, never once has he ripped me off in any way. On more than one occasion, he has diagnosed the problem and recommended that I do not get the work done! The value and potential longevity of the car did not make it a good value for me to do the repair. You recommended I replace the car instead of giving him money to fix my current vehicle. Who does that!?! Ill tell you... Brighton one stop automotive does.

An outstanding mechanic. I have and never will take my vehicles anywhere else. Bill is just good people. Great at diagnosing and fixing only what needs fixing. Never upsells and prices are very fair. Honestly, I spend a good deal of time wondering what I’ll do if/when Bill retires. Here’s hoping he never does.

Was surprised at the price difference compared to my regular mechanic who Ive used for years and multiple cars. When Bill called me about the fuel filter price I was floored at how cheap it was. I first had an experience with them when I got an emergency flat and just based on that, and their quickness, Ive gone there for everything since. And I will continue to do so. He never seems to want to upsell you or take advantage which is unheard of this day and age.

These guys back up what they say We only charge you for what you need. Great service and didnt break the bank.

Dealth with Bill and let me tell you my experience with Brighton Auto Repair was fantastic.My vehicle had previously been fixed by an unnamed dealership of wny. Anyways BAR did a quick checkup of the issue in question and called me back in a few hours to tell that they had recommended me to go to another company that dealth strictly with muffler work(MufflerMan). Not only did Bill not charge me for the inspection of the area in question(I was prepared to pay) their recomendation at Muffler Man got me a discount!These guys are legit and I will no longer go to a dealership for auto repair but instead Brighton Auto Repair from now on. They were honest, diligent and very efficient establishment.
