Was referred to this shop by my normal shop. I thought I had blown a seal in my transmission and they took it in only to discover that three bolts were loose on the pan for the transmission. I was lucky that this was the only thing wrong, but this shop is great. Honest, reasonable and trustworthy. Most other places would have taken me for a ride. Will be going here again!

Always knowledgeable but always just too darn expensive. Although I must say... Their high prices are based on his level of knowledge. Just KNOW your not going to get ANY of that knowledge for free...

Jeff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I need to get one of my crashed side mirror replaced. He takes this work very carefully and seriously. He tried his best to make sure the color of the car part is correct, he even helped remove the blind spot mirror I attached to the old mirror, and gave me a new double sides adhesive tape to use, so that I do not need to purchase a new pair of them. I got my car back on the same day I drop off it. Thankful to their great service and will come back in future.

Brought my car in for an oil light. Diagnosed 1 of two bad sensors, replaced only the necessary one and did it in excellent time. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Honest, open and fairly priced and just super nice. Took me 40+ years but I now have my go to garage! Thanks a ton for being awesome!

Honest repair shop Brians an excellent mechanic. I had some mechanical work done and had my son pick up the car since I had left for vacation,paid for it in advance,then I received a call that I had a reimbursement given back because one of the parts did not need replaced. What garage would do that?

Took my Nissan in for a no start. Staff was incredibly friendly in explaining everything that was done and why. Pricing was way less than I expected. 10/10 I will be going here any time my car needs maintenance.

The guys at Willowridge Auto are awesome! I went to rent a trailer from U-Haul for an 8 hour drive to Boston, to move my son back home. When I tried to pick up the trailer, due to an electrical problem on my vehicle they would not let me take the trailer.It was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon and I had no idea where to get help. Without a trailer rental I would have to rent a truck for several hundred dollars. A quick Google search of auto electrical repair took me to Willowridge Auto, where I saw they have great reviews.I explained my situation to the owner and although they were clearly busy he said he would do what he can to help me. They very quickly figured out the problem, did the repair for a reasonable price and had me on my way.Really nice guys to talk to and I was so appreciative for their kindness and understanding of my situation. I will definitely be back for future auto work!

So far a good place to bring my car

We took our 2005 Corolla to Willowridge auto for a second opinion on a clutch and wheel bearing quote. I have finally found our forever mechanic! Jeff gave us an estimate over the phone which was $500 less than our friend had quoted for the job. We rushed on over to be thrilled even more when the car was done the next day for an additional $200 less than we were anticipating. Jeff and his crew are top notch in customer service and repair. I highly recommend Willowridge Auto to all for their honesty and quality workmanship!

Ive been going to Willow Ridge since 2005. Ive since moved further and further away several times, but still continue to travel a fair distance due to their outstanding service. Great, dependable service from friendly people. Trustworthy and easy to work with. I will never switch to another mechanic shop.
