Mr. Holmes is a very knowledgeable and patient sales associate. He answered any and every automotive question I asked. Even, his morale regarding the dealership was so positive. I really like his calm demeanor as we progressed through the sale. There was no urgency to push the sale. I had a chance to talk about what I wanted and understand what I was getting.
Andrew is the absolute best person to buy a vehicle from! Even with all of the craziness of COVID causing delays all over the place outside of anyone’s control, Andrew kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and made the paperwork and pickup process a breeze. Couldn’t be happier!
Terrible customer service. The salesmen and the financing manager really didnt have a clue. First, I wanted to test drive a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. They could not locate the keys for that vehicle that was on their lot. They brought another vehicle and said well they all drive the same. So in my experience and hopefully you can relate, you can drive two of the same make and model vehicles and they drive, and ride completely different. Thats the point of test driving the same vehicle you are interested in purchasing. Then we get to the numbers portion of the dealership. When I presented accurate mathematical numbers they came up with every excuse and charge in the book to justify their amateur knowledge and negotiating skills of coming to a reasonable monthly payment. I was told well we do this everyday, we should know what were doing. On the national Jeep.com website there are current incentives and offers and this dealership wouldnt honor them. Figure that one out. There are two other dealerships in the area and I recommend not wasting your time going here. Really disappointed in this dealership.

Tom was very easy to work with regarding finishing touches (anti rust) and called ahead of time to ask us for this to save us time. From test driving, signing paperwork, to pickup, Northtown was so easy to work with.

Dan tried to get a better feel of what I was looking for and suggested a couple different vehicles in my price point and style. I ended up finding a vehicle I loved. Mark B. Was attentive and intuitive, helping me find what I wanted quickly. He went salesmanship as he was relatable, friendly and down to earth. Really disappointed with my experience here. Went in to talk about getting out of my current lease early and into a new lease. I was able to do that and told that all I would owe is my payoff of the current lease (which was rolled into my new payment). Ended up getting charged $1087 from the bank for worn tires and a turn in fee. Never have I had to pay the end of lease fee when staying with the same company (and I’ve been leasing for 10 years) but because the salesman put me with a new bank I had to pay that…without anyone disclosing it to me of course or giving me the option to stay with the current one. I have excellent credit and never missed a payment so I’m unsure of why I wouldn’t stay with the same bank. Also was never told anything about my tires, that they were worn or I’d have to replace them before turning in. They just did the deal and took my car without talking about the inspection. The bank blames the dealership and says I should have been told about a pre-inspection of my vehicle before turning in that I could have been there for. I called Austin - the salesman - and says there is nothing they can do. This is after he asked me to give him all 10s on the review of course. Definitely will not go back to Northtown for my next lease.
Andrew was the best to work with! Even with the chip shortage affecting the delivery date of the vehicle, Andrew maintained regular communication so I was always kept in the loop. He did all of the paperwork before I arrived so I just showed up, signed and get my Jeep. Will absolutely go to Andrew next time my family needs a vehicle!
My husband and I stopped into NorthTown on Saturday as my lease was almost up in October. We were greeted at the front desk and were immediately assisted by Brandon. Within 25 minutes, we had made a deal as we already knew what we were looking for and had a price in mind. Brandon sent us home that same day with a new 2021 Jeep Compass. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and professional. We definitely will be back in the future.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Took two and a half weeks to get an appointment to fix the seals on the front differential of my truck, only the dealership could do this because other shops apparently dont have access to this tool. Mind you I set the appointment up and told them what work needed to be done on the truck, as another shop told me it needed to be fixed and they could not do it. They had my truck for over a week with no communication on what was going on. On the 9th day when I finally called them they told me my truck was all set to go. When I arrived at the dealership I only charged $160 for a service that was expected to be around $1500. Half of that $160 was them charging me to tell me my front differential seals needed to be replaced. They CHARGED me to tell me the reason I set the appointment up in the first place. So not only did they waste 3 and a half weeks of my time on not being able to use the truck (2 and a half weeks to wait for the appointment and 9 days of them having my truck) but they never did the work it went in for AND charged me for info I gave them in the first place. Will NEVER do business with them ever again. Waste of my time, my businesses time (This is my truck I use for my business) and a waste of money. Will never recommend them to anyone ever.
George is the man!!!! Definitely would recommend going to him if you need a vehicle.! He wasn’t one bit pushy or anything like other dealers! The other workers were awesome as well especially Tom he took time explain everything and went the extra mile to get me what I wanted with my vehicle!
I had a good experience besides the fact that the vehicle was not detailed very well and was pretty dirty on the inside of it. The seats were not cleaned and seemed that that only part cleaned were the floor mats and the carpeting. Other than that, it was a good experience.
Everything about my experience at Northtown Auto on Niagara Falls Blvd. was positive. An air of friendliness and helpfulness prevailed from beginning to end. The salesman Jim Schreck was extremely helpful and listened to my automotive needs and desires. He answered questions and was there to assist in every step of the process. Andrew, Tom, and Joe(who’s retired) we’re all very helpful throughout the process. I was originally supposed to work with Mark however he was on vacation but he still led me to the right people. The entire staff was completely transparent the whole time and I enjoyed buying from Northtown. You don’t get honesty from car sales people often but everyone I have come in contact with at the dealership was 100%! Andrew even got me a cup of water and rode with us in his Jeep to the gas station which was awesome! I have never heard of a retired worker and someone on vacation being so helpful throughout the buying process. It is greatly appreciated for all that they did for us.
Scheduled an oil change for my vehicle and the then decided that the vehicle was to tall when I got there to do the oil change do not recommend them for any service work!!
I’ve honestly never had a better experience at any dealership before. The staff were extremely nice (at least my salesman)and I didn’t feel like they were trying to make a quick buck off me. It wasn’t a on going running back and forth with new numbers and then the manager comes out and says this is the best we can do and all that junk they normally try to do at a dealership. It was straight forward and I felt like the salesman was actually trying to help me out in getting into a new vehicle. I highly recommend northtown to anyone who’s looking for a new vehicle and dosnt want to feel the pressure that normally comes with it. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Austin was great, I am so happy with my purchase here! This location is small and personal which I really like. it doesn’t feel like a bunch of salesman running around scrambling. I’ve had my eye on a wrangler for almost 10 years and now I’m finally driving my dream car! All the managers were very knowledgeable as well who assisted in the sale. This dealership is a joke and a waste of time. Did an online trade appraisal and it gave a range. They followed up with an email saying they’d be willing to offer higher than the upper end of the range and to come in for an appraisal. Went the same day. Guy came in and took pictures without saying as much as a greeting. After waiting for some time, I enquired if they could call me with a quote. They said they’ll offer a quote in a couple of minutes. They came back with $6000 less than another dealership in the area. We left right away. I would NOT recommend doing ANY business with such people.
The whole process was excellent! I started shopping for a car on Monday and didnt think id be buying one that same day, let alone leaving with one that same evening! I was looking at used cars, and Northtowne (sales rep Max) was able to get me into a brand new Jeep Compass with all the bells and whistles for basically the same monthly payment as a used car. My sales rep Max went ABOVE &BEYOND for me and helped me make a decision that would usually take me days/weeks within minutes without being pushy. I cant thank him enough!The guy (I think his name was Brad?) that helped with financing was also great and showed me four different scenarios on the financing side of things to make it easier for me to understand. Hands down, best experience ever!

Bait and switch tactics used here. Go in to look at trucks seen in an ad on their website and was told the best monthly payment would be $200 more than the ad on THEIR website and the salesman actually said the ad is a gimmick to get people in the door. Go elsewhere if you want fair sales tactics.
I have bought most of our vehicles from Northtown, the latest the other day. I have always had excellent assistance in picking a new vehicle from Mark O’Connor. He had always been friendly, fair and willing to find what I want. He is one of the main reasons I shop at Northtown. The other is the service department. I definitely would recommend them, and look up Mark if you need a new vehicle.

We went looking to upgrade our car and do a trade in. Sales man wanted to run our credit without giving us any info on what they would offer us for trade in. Overheard him talking to a older sale man who told him if we would not run credit then dont deal with us. Well after that he stopped dealing with us and treated us like we were annoying him. We left and bought a new dodge at a different dealer about a hour after our visit there. Do not recommend.
Northtown was great to work with! Everyone was super nice, including my salesmen Andrew and Mark (they worked together for me!) The sales manager came over and explained a program I was confused about and the process was super quick and easy. I know buying a car can be a pain and something people dread, but I think I was there for collectively an hour between my very first visit and signing all the paperwork. Highly recommend!
I brought my jeep in for a oil change and inspection. Since I was there I asked if they fix a leak on my passenger door . it leaked when it rains. It was a couple hours which was good. The replaced the entire door seal. It cost more than I thought. It was just under $400. Well the next time it rained, it leaked same as before. Obviously I was not happy to see that. Especially since it cost so much. I called and told them and made an appointment for them to fix it again. Since it didnt do a thing the first time. This time it took all day. Dropped my jeep off at 8:30 AM I didnt get it back till about 4:30pm. They said they just had to bulk up the seal a little more. Well they charged me another $154. That is so wrong since they didnt fix it the first time. Unless it was really a problem they should not have charged me again for the same job. I am a business owner myself and I would never have charged again for the same job. I do not reccomend going to them. I told the guy who cashed me out I wasnt happy and he didnt care at all. He said he didnt do it. Very poor customer service and overcharge for everything. Do not go there unless you want to give your money away.

My purchasing experience yesterday was great. Austin (sales) and Tom (Finance) made sure I was happy, and did their very best to make me comfortable with the sale. This is the 4th time I have purchased from a dealership, and the only one of which I left feeling good about the transaction. Did I get the absolute best deal? On the purchase, yes, on the trade, no. But I am not unrealistic (like so many of the negative reviews here) and understand that trade-in will always be lower than selling private; when you choose the easy route, you make less. The dealership has to make money or it is not worth it for them. Period. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks guys!

After today, I hope I never have to come back here, and that is not at all an exaggeration. I needed to take my car in for a warranty repair and figured I would get the oil changed too while I was there. When I originally called to schedule the appointment, they were telling me I should probably just leave my car there. I kept asking them how long it would take just so I could plan out my day, especially since I didn’t know if I would have a ride home- The woman would not answer me. Went to the dealer for my appointment and they’re trying to sell me oil change packages and convince me to rotate my tires when my car needs to be turned in within the next couple months anyways so that would be a waste of my time. Finally got my car back after the oil change and the cost came out to $70 bc they charged me an extra $15 for something I didn’t even ask them to do. What an absolute headache.
It was a great experience and Austin was very helpful and easy to get along with. I would recommend them to anyone getting a new vehicle.

Very good quality dealership. I had not bought a car for a very long time. I did my homework and determined that I wanted to Chrysler Pacifica. I searched all the local places and that solidified what I wanted but they didnt have the specific options I was looking for so I started looking farther away. Northtown had the vehicle I was looking for and in the price point that made it worth travelling for. The dealers helped me through the process, I was able to do all of the documents at distance. I was very happy with my experience. They did a great job and when there was a little issue they stood behind their reputation of quality and made it right. I really appreciate their professionalism.
