Purchased a GMC Acadia from this garage. Problems began within 45 days of purchase and has been back 4 times. Each time a repair was supposedly done, car came back with a check engine light and different codes. Most recently, I was told by Mark the car need a whole new wiring harness. They only charged me for the part because “ They claimed they were doing me a favor and just good customer service” No favor here as the car is dead yet again and this time, it’s the exact same issue I just supposedly had repaired. Seems this shop is just trying to recoup what they paid for from my first repair. AVOID these scam artists at all costs!

Just bought a beautiful GMC Terrain from mark at WNY AUTO SALES first let me say mark was amazing told us everything about the truck and more was very Thorough!!! The truck it’s self was clean and fresh. Not to mention the 1 year 15,000 mile warranty on a used car that’s customer service for you !! I would highly recommend that you check this place out if your in the market for a vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars I would !!

I purchased my car a few months ago from Mark, and it has been a great car since. The work that they do on nearly every car before they sell it makes it worth it and I have never had a location automatically include a warranty on a used vehicle. They made purchasing an easy process and helped me receive financing.

Just purchased a truck from Mark and it was seamless and easy! Doesn’t force sales down your throat and is very passionate about doing honest work/sales. Undercoats every vehicle and includes a 1yr warranty.. look forward to bringing it in for regular maintenance with them.

I actually didn’t buy a car from Mark but I was going to initially. Due to my indecision, I decided to go a different route to get out of my current car. Mark was honest, responsive and thorough through the entire process. When I called to tell him that I was no longer going to purchase the vehicle, he was extremely nice and understanding and declined my offer that he keep some of my deposit for his trouble. I’ve had dealers that I DID buy cars from that treated me worse. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone in the market for a used car.

Fantastic service from Mark, was very open and personable throughout the process. Answered all questions and concerns that I had, was very friendly, and gave a very fair deal on the used 2008 Hyundai that I bought. Prices are reasonable, the car was well serviced and maintained, and he helped to take care of registering the car and fitting it for plates. The one year warranty that he offers for purchased vehicles is much more comprehensive than any other local dealer was offering on non-certified used cars in my search. I would definitely recommend a stop or call to WNY Auto Sales when looking for cars.

Working on a budget and having an idea of what I wanted helped me a lot!! I bought a Buick LaCrosse April 2017... Now almost a year later my car is still running strong & other then regular oil changes a tie rod & a wheel bearing I’ve had no issues!! I’ve put over 20,000 miles on it in a years time... i have high expectations for this car & have no doubt I will achieve them... hopefully no time soon but if in the future if I need another vehicle I will be returning too see what they have...

Ive been taking my vehicles to Dominic for some time now, probably at least 7 years or so, when he was at Mr. Tire. I have never had an issue with anything when I bring my cars in. If there is something wrong he tells me, if theres a recommendation he will advise me, but he will never say this definitely needs to be done, and this definitely needs to be taken care of right away unless it is something that needs to be done. Probably the most honest mechanic I have ever met. So when i found out he was moving over i had to follow, because we all need a mechanic that we can trust! And dominic is that guy! While there yesterday, i also met the head of the sales department as well as the owner, and both are just genuine guys.

Mark went the extra mile to ensure an excellent experience. I was working with a tight budget and not only did He find the right car for me, but he and his team made sure everything was working properly. They offer a 15,000 mile/ 1 yr. warranty which is a plus!

Finally, a mechanic that you can trust! I was quoted $200-300 in labor at other garages, but WNY Auto Sales, Inc. quoted (and charged) me only $60! They misunderstood that I needed two parts replaced over the phone rather than just 1 part, but STILL charged me only what I was originally quoted. I highly recommend them!

Came here to get my civic fixed. The mechanic dominic was fantastic and showed me what was wrong, and fixed it promptly.

Great experience thus far. Havent baught a vehicle there yet, but drove the niceset one ive seen after an exhusting search at a below market price. Ill admit, Im not an easy customer, but when it came to answering questions both Dominic and Mark had thoughtful answers delivered with sincerity. There is one other car I wanted to see before purchasing, but now Im thinking there isnt a need. Oh one last thing, i had to take an uber ride to his shop and Mark was kind enough to give me a ride back. I cant imagine a better small dealership out there.
