Beautiful, large store with huge selection of all kinds of home furnishings and great service. My husband and I spent half a day there with their sales rep Joy Mattinson looking for furniture and accessories for our new home. Joy was endlessly patient as she showed us many possibilities and let us take our time deciding. We plan on going back soon. I also plan on spending a lot more time in the accessories department! There was SO MUCH to look at in each department including rugs, silk plants, clocks, lamps, and so on!

I was very happy to be working with Liddiard. The experience was such a breath of fresh air. I am moving from Atlanta to Salt Lake, and trying to find furniture for my new home, while still living in Atlanta. This can be a bit stressful, but J.R. was extremely helpful and excelled at customer service. I say a breath of fresh air, because the experience entailed the elements in customer service that are lacking in so many businesses today. This company was friendly and personal, they were honest with the Back order information, theywere thorough in explaining the costs, and the breakdown of each piece I was purchasing, Their pricing was fare and the overallexperience was pleasant and thorough. When I actually move to salt Lake I will go out of my way to go over to purchase from this company again. I would love to follow up, on my review after I receive my sectional! I have high hopes it will be a good one.

Liddiard is a very low key and one of the hidden gems in the furniture store world. Very welcoming inside and low pressure. The employees are amazing (Kayla especially has helped our family several times with purchases and even remembers who we are by name when we go in). Great selection of top brand furniture selections as well as a budget close-out section. Highly recommend for sure.

My lady and I walked in 20 minutes before they closed. The sales representative (Brad Bullough) was still more than happy to show us around the floor. He listened to our budget, adhered to the strict demands this new furniture will endure, and was able to follow through with prompt delivery.

Absolutely the WORST furniture store Ive ever done business with!!! My husband and I purchased a bedroom set in February. We where told at the time of purchase that our set would arrive in April...April came and went. I contacted the store for an update and they stated there was a delay and it would arrive at the end of May. June 1st we still hadnt heard anything, so again I contacted the store and got the same answer I did the previous month; there was a delay and it would arrive the next month. This continued for a total of 7 months!! Each month having to reach out to the store for answers as opposed to them contacting us to explain what was going on. FINALLY September 1st we get a call saying that our set was in and would be delivered to us soon. We were told that someone from the store would contact us the next day with more delivery information and an expected delivery time. Well... no one ever called us, shocker. The next morning I call the store to find out if our set was still going to be delivered despite never getting more information...no one answered. Come an hour later I get a call saying they were 20 minutes away with our set. Having not heard from anyone I had to go to work. So when I got this call I was very upset at how poorly the situation was handled. I had to immediately leave work to get home to get our set. Having waited 7 freaking months I wasnt about to let them reschedule me because who knows when I would get it.We will never do business here ever again!! We had such high hopes when we bought this set! And while it is a nice set we would have preferred Liddiards to show better customer service towards us. Having waited so long we would have gone elsewhere. Liddiards made us feel like we waste, time, money, and energy worrying if wed ever actually get it. I dont recommend enless you are cool waiting nearly a year before you get what you paid for.

This was one of the most pleasant furniture shopping experiences I have ever had! We knew what we wanted when we walked in the door, and Brad helped make sure we got the exact couch we were looking for with none of the BS. The showroom is beautiful and everyone we interacted with was very nice! We will be back the next time we are in the market for more furniture!

The furniture is amazing and the prices are great! Everyone there is incredibly friendly to work with and is eager to help. As to be expected with crazy times and so many people doing home remodels they furniture can take a little time to get to you, but honestly it is not that bad of a wait. I would recommend going there for sure!

I loved working with the Liddiard Home Furnishings. it was a way more pleasant than the big box furniture stores. In fact I even chose to work with Liddiard even though Ashley Furniture quoted me $10 less for the same bedroom set LOL. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help me over the several days that I was shopping for a new bedroom set. I got exactly what I wanted in a timely manner and I just had a great time hanging out and talking with the staff especially Kayla shes so sweet and nice. Ill be back for a new dinning room table soon 👍😁

I spoke to Kayla on the phone about an extra large TV stand and she was super helpful. I ended to going into the store and she was even more helpful in person! She was not pushy, answered all our questions and helped us order our TV stand. She also has kept us up to date on how the shipping is going. I strongly recommend you talk to Kayla when you go in!!

Didnt stand by what they sold us. They sold us an Ashley lift recliner and the remote kept going out on us. They sent someone to fix the problem twice and we fixed it twice on our own. Lots of people like Liddiard but not us. Never going back to this place to buy anything but remotes to this lift chair that a disabled person needs.

They tried but with all this pandemic shortage slow down its hard to keep and get stock in a timely manner.

I worked with Brad Bullough to place an online order for a bedroom set. Brad was responsive and helpful with delivery details and order placement. Due to the current supply chain issues, the furniture will not be available for several months. Brad promised to keep me updated along the way which is appreciated.

AaaaaaAAAAmaaaAAzzZiiinG experience. I spoke with Kalee on the phone who was super sweet and personable! (Give this girl a raise!) This was a 180 from the reps we spoke to at Ashley during my wild adventure to find a specific desk. They either had an aggressive used car salesman tactic or straight up standoffish. And they push hard for insurance! (Just in case my desk breaks down on the side of the road maybe?) I drove 45 minutes for this product two hours after I talked with Kalee though and grabbed it! It was a seamless experience. I would give this place my business again in a heartbeat. (I wish I had the money to redecorate my whole house honestly, bc they have some cute stuff.) Side note, I got a great price too! But just based on customer service alone I would go back. I did not feel attacked by a swarm of annoying/pushy sales people. Normally I tense up at threshold of a furniture store, anticipating being followed around and asked 1000 questions, but this was super relaxed.

I called (close to close) and Joy answered the phone. I was looking for a specific item I’d found at another store and she was very kind to look it up for me, I’d found it on their website, knowing it most likely wasn’t in stock. I told her why I was looking for it, my bedroom set has to match, and that the other place I was looking had jacked up the price, and she was so super sweet! She actually gave me the confidence to go back into the other place and see if they would price match (it was in stock there), and told me if they wouldn’t to call her back so we could order if I was willing to wait for the item to come in. I did go back, and the first place wouldn’t, so I called Joy back the next day. They were again super kind and helped me order it so I can claim the item in their next shipment.

We went there because we saw the prices online were cheaper than another large store we went to, and we indeed ended up getting what we were looking for at a lower price. Im only giving 4 stars just because of how expensive they are and how long their furniture last, but I do appreciate the section for furniture on a budget. I got my dresser from there for only 60 dollars a long time ago when previously it was around 300 and up. And just yesterday I got my tv stand for only 198 when most of them are 800 and up. But I dont like how you have to build some of the furniture together instead of all in one piece. You also have the choice of picking it up or having it delivered. Depending on the type of furniture you are getting. They will also measure stuff for you if needed. Great customer service!

My wife and I went to Liddiard Home Furnishings from American Fork, solely because of some great reviews we had seen. They did not disappoint! The selection was amazing, they were transparent on delivery timing, and the pricing was phenomenal. We found the perfect sectional and ottoman for almost $1000 less than the traditional “bigger” stores. Kayla was the rep who helped us out, and she did a great job!
