Great costomer service they go above and beyond

If I could Id give them -5 stars. I bought a washer from them and it doesnt work. I call them about it, get the run around then get told sorry nothing we can do. I suggest you go to Aarons in the valley. They will actually look after you and care for their customers.

I do not do the whole payment process on items. I did however go into this establishment with my family and was greeted by Erin. As I told him what I was looking for, he showed knowledge of multiple items and the willings to adapt. While in this establishment walking around the other associates did greet my family and I. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We have been paying our benefit plus. And prior to the pandemic, never messed a payment on anything with them. And even tho we filed the benefit plus claim on march 30th, they now are saying they still need actual payment. But when we signed up for the benefit plus they said any loss of income it would cover. So now here we are paying for something that isnt even usable? So they will be picking up our stuff. Do not let them scam you as they did us during this pandemic.

Great business where you can purchase quality products for your house

The lady told us that she did not have anything we were looking for. So without an argument I love to the parking lot. My wife says no lets go show her its on her website she should be able to get it. So we went to the website pulled it up on her phone went back inside the lady failed to acknowledge her mistake trying to make excuses this is the worst Rent-A-Center Ive been too and Ive been to quite a few. I pay cash I dont do the Rent-A-Center thing they just miss out on an opportunity here in Tooele because their management and their customer service is in the dumps

Chris and amber have yet to call me with update on backorder if there even is one.Going on 2 months of payments made forNothing. Dont know if I need a lawyer or mass media like Gephardt for the scam.

Sometimes life throws curves hard to handle and credit gets ruined. Luckily these guys do what they do or I woulda got stuck buying another washer and dryer off KSL again. Probably doomed to go out in a year or less. I got brand new ones with these guys and payments I could handle until I hurt my back at work. I just stayed in touch and they allowed me to be late a few times until I could catch back up! Good customer service! Friendly and willing to help out!

Best way to get great furniture on a budget

Amber, the manager, sold my mentally ill son, on SS Disability and who is homeless at the moment a $1200 trundle bed for a child. It was to be delivered to a hotel where he was currently staying. Hotels don’t accept furniture deliveries. Oh, and he doesn’t have any children. The bed is sitting in their store because it can’t be delivered and they won’t refund his money yet.
