Lance was great to work with! He was super helpful throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond by loading the mattress and frame into my car. We had just moved down here from Washington, and were in need of a mattress, we tried looking everywhere. Finally we look on Facebook, and found Mattress by appointment, it was late afternoon and didn’t expect to hear back from them. However, Lance drove an hour to get the store and help us out. I love this! We ordered a long mattress we had been wanting but couldn’t afford. It was almost 50% discount and that included shipping. We don’t live in UT but had hear of Mattress by appointment. Lance said they could have it delivered easy! So easy! He originally thought 6-8 weeks delivery from manufacturer. But it’s less than 4 weeks. And here we are getting ready for a good nights sleep. I appreciate your assistance Lance and patience with my asinine questions. When we get mattresses for our kids we will be looking you up again!

We recently bought a twin Brighton mattress and bed frame from Lance at Mattress By Appointment Tooele. We got this bed for my 2.5 year old daughter and it has been absolutely perfect for her! The best part is that it is comfortable and sturdy enough for my husband and I to lay on as well. It makes putting her to bed at night comfortable and easy. We love our bed and are most definitely going to be coming back to Lance for our future mattress needs.
