Friendly and good service, did couple walk arounds to make sure we didnt miss anything

All Angles Collision took care of my cat after my unfortunate encounter with a deer. They completely fixed my front end in less than a week. My car needed around $5K in repairs and they were very quick and thorough. They were great at communicating with me every step of the way!!

This had to be the worse experience I have ever had when it comes to getting a car repaired. I was told my repairs would take between 3 and 5 days. Over two weeks later I get my car back. After walking out being told it was complete I go and look at my car and it is not complete. They had not put any of the decals back. When I confronted them about this they said oh we forgot to tell you that you needed to bring the car back in 30 days to have those put on. Thanks for the communication it would have been nice to know before I walked out to the car. And I also might mention they did not even offer to walk off the repairs with me. When I got home I saw even better the job they did once the car was out in the sunlight. The paint colors did not even match. The part they painted was a couple of shades darker then the rest of the car this company has proven to me that they are a joke. They do not care about their customers and do not communicate with them about the services they are getting. They just do what they need to get the money from the insurance companies and screw over their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone needing collision repairs even a car wash which was a whole nother story.

Had a broken exterior mirror (passenger side) Pon ordered the mirror I needed and it was replaced.These are good people and the work was done fast & expertly. I would return to All Angles for any work needing to be done. Knowledge & efficient. Good job guys!

They were very courteous and professional. They called Enterprise to pick me up and I was able to leave rental there when I picked up my vehicle. They did excellent work on my vehicle and even washed it. I was very happy with their service.

Had a little damage to my truck took about 8 days it was almost as good as new, and the things i didnt like i talked to them about, and they corrected it and made it right. So they didnt get it perfect the first time but atleast they didnt fight me when i asked them to correct it.

Here are before and after pics of my 2019 Kia Sportage LX that had a dead branch fall on it. After taking it to All Angles Collision Repairs you cant tell there was ever any damage at all. Only took 24 hours to get my vehicle repaired and back to me, as opposed to 72 hours from the competition.

They did a fantastic job on my car. They made it super easy as well.

Very disappointed and upset and I will never come back or recommend this company!!!I came in (Topeka Location) to get my car checked if they can help me and was told to drop off the car so they look at it. When I did, the l guy (James) contacted Car rental for me which was nice so I had no choice but to leave my car. I had high hopes in the beginning. Staff seems very knowledgeable and very reassuring and appears to be very efficient. I was reassured that they will take care of calling the insurance the next morning. Turned out that everything I was told up front was completely opposite of what was done. For one full week, my car sat there waiting to be worked on. After 7 days I called back on Tuesday if my car was ready. I was told they are still waiting for car insurance (State Farm) responsible for the charges to give them a go signal and they haven’t heard from them. Of course, I was fuming mad and called the insurance myslef and spoke to two different people who told me that nobody from this All angle collision called. I was upset and told them how much inconvenience it was to me and the Insurance people was gracious enough to contact the estimator that prioritizing my case. I didn’t call All Angle collision to tell them I spoke to the state Farm agent because the agent said they’ll talk to them directly. Thursday, James told me that he finally got hold of the insurance and the estimator finally came and he will do his best to get the car ready by Friday. Of course it wasn’t ready since it was memorial weekend. so another weekend passed, and I finally got it on Tuesday.For a simple dent, took 2 weeks and several phone calls on my part to get things running, plus $305 at my own expense for the car rental protection!!!! And I shouldn’t have had to pay this much for the small damage in my car that I didn’t even do but because I was lied about the whole process, cost me more that what I was prepared to pay!!

I was impressed by the professional staff at All Angles. They followed posted Covid safety procedures, which included wearing masks, hand sanitizing, social distancing, and regular cleaning. They worked quickly and efficiently with insurance, and completed quality work on time, as promised. My car looks great! I would definitely recommend All Angles!

All Angels was great to work with. They fixed my front grill, bumper and lower shield after hitting a bobcat. They were very honest about some other issues. Communication was excellent as they called regularly with updates. Initially ordered a bumper even though we werent sure it was needed, but it was. Car looks great. James was wonderful to work with and went the extra mile. Thanks to all of their staff!!

All Angles got my car in same day I brought in for repairs. The staff was professional and happy to answer questions and share information about some additional findings. The car was sparkling clean when I picked it up!

All Angles went above and beyond in dealing with the insurance company and keeping me updated on the timeline of my repairs. They even got my repairs done sooner than expects, provided transportation to pick up my rental car, and were, overall, just a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

We left the car when they were closed. First thing in the morning we stopped by. Car was safe. Process was painless. Kept us informed, did excellent job and warrantied their repairs for life of vehicle. We were totally satisfied.

This is by far the best auto body shop that I have been too. All the employees are nice and professional. It’s nice to finally have a body shop that knows what they are doing and are straight to the point on the damage and the cost. I would highly recommend to everybody who needs auto body work done!
