Great job on my brakes and tires

Customer service was very rude and unprofessional, prices were unreasonable and my quoted priced ended up being a couple hundred under the final price over all I wont be coming back again

Needed to get front brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced on a car and got a great quote from Six Auto Service. Taking the car here was quick and easy and the people were wonderful to talk to. They were knowledgeable about the car and also kept me company while waiting for a ride to come. The prices were almost half of what the other shops were quoting and the service was done in about and hour and a half. They drove the car right up to the door when they were done with it and talked me through what they did before payment. It was a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!

Great place to go to get your oil changed and all your engine fluids topped off as well as air filters for a fair price. I always take my truck here to have these services done to it and it usually runs about $40, Which is about 20 to $30 cheaper than most places. I highly recommend this place if you want your vehicle taken care of in Terms of engine maintenance. The service price really depend on the type of vehicle that you have and what they have to do to it which includes the price of the part and or parts plus labor.

Bought a car from Six Auto Sales less than 3 months ago. Overpaid because it was a quality car and the customer service was good but first cold day of the season and the battery is dead. So I call Six Auto Service and ask if they can send someone less than 2 minutes down the road to jump a Six Auto car.They told me to call a tow truck.For a jump.Now maybe Im being ridiculous but I really dont think its asking much to expect a little help after dropping 10K on a used vehicle. Apparently their commitment to customer service ends the second you drive off the lot.

They told me they do alignments. They dont they take the car to another shop to do it. My radiator fan turns on with a switch and they didnt turn my fan on so my car was over heating. So i take my car for an alignment and i dont get it done but they almost blow my engine. This place is a joke and dangerous. Dont take your car here if you want your car to run afterwards. I would have gave them negative but it wont let me.

Ace and the staff at Six Auto Service have always been fantastic to work with. They give me straight answers and have helped me maintain well-running vehicles for over a decade. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else!

Does a great job on both my vehicles

Worst mechanic shop in Topeka. Took my car in to find out what was wrong with the air conditioner and was told that compressor would need to be replaced, no big deal. The big deal was the $1,400 they were trying to charge me to replace it. The compressor I need is no more than $500. So I took it to Midas instead and they did it for $900. Didnt feel like paying $1,000 in shotty work.

Shuttle service to work was nice of them. However, the customer service (particularly a gentleman named Chris) is absolutely terrible. Very arrogant and rude. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning.

Went to six Auto for new tires and an oil change. Clean building, friendly and courteous staff. I was told I would receive a $6 first time customer discount. On an $889 job, thats not much, but hey its a gesture wrapped in a marketing ploy around the name, Ill take it.An hour after taking my VW in I received a call for an upsell on a cabin air filter quoted at $60 plus labor. I politely declined. Later I discovered they didnt have the equipment to put the tire on my factory wheels so they hustled to take my wheels to another shop that did have the equipment. Okay no big deal but it seemed a little shady on a first time visit. Id never purchased Khumo tires before (their main brand) but thought Id give them a try. Turns out the price on my tires was about $30 north (each) of what they were elsewhere in town, but thats my fault for not having shopped around.What really kind of left a bad taste in my mouth was the final bill. On the bill there was a $6 charge for unspecified parts followed by the $6 discount. Really? Its not the $6, its the idea that theyre using that measly $6 as a deception. I probably ended up paying about $126 more than I shouldve had I shopped the tire elsewhere.I dont like Walmart or Sams and Id rather shop local and frankly I expect to pay a little more when patronizing small businesses. But the whole $6 gimmick that turned out to be nothing but a shell game was kind of insulting. Probably wont shop there again which is sad because they were good people who appeared to do good work. My advice to Six auto is- let your people, their courtesy and their work stand on its own. Drop the silly $6 gimmick with the owners goofy portrait on a fake $6 bill just to hide a $6 charge for nothing. It cheapens what couldve been a good experience.

Just to be clear this is a review for the NEW frogs automotive that is on sixth street not the old guys I had a starter put in a cobra with the old guys they did great, these new jokers did literally there worst job replacing fuel lines and filter in a bronco. So there I was 2 days out from going overseas for 8 months when bam, my fuel filter goes bad and leaves me stranded so what did I do I called up the cheapest shop I knew of at the time that being frogs. Of corse I had no clue it was under new management by some jumoke names randy. So Im like I need this done before I leave so they get me in no problems. Told them my predicament they said yea no problem they quoted me 75 dollars. So I call em the day Im supposed to deploy and they are like yep its done come get it. I get there and its got a line adapter hooked to another one hooked to another one just to fit the filter. And its hose clamped, zip tied and raped together. And Im like well what the hell am I supposed to do leave it here for 8 months with these fools or take what I can get maybe it just looks bad. So I get home three weeks ago, immediately the Im having fuel problems I can smell it cant find the leak well turns out the pump went bad and thats not there fualt but my theory is it went bad because of the leak well I finally find the leak and I feel stupid for missing it of corse its coming out of ever connection they put on there. Leaks about three gallons and hour because of there crappy line job. I drove this truck once and that was home from frogs 8-9 months ago and its got leaks. My advice do anything but go to this shop. They took advantage of me and my situation and I left out the best part they charged me just shy of 500 dollars for this bullshit. I have half a mind to go back but with a little luck and some poor management the shop is out of business by now. I just thought I should write a review while Im currently dealing with all the issues they caused me.
