Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday. Explained that I needed my oil changed and rotors resurfaced. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have technicians on Saturdays for rotor work even though I explained this when I made the appointment. I was advised to call O’Reillys to find a place to help me and ended up having to go to another dealership for assistance. Because I was a last minute appointment I spent half of my day sitting in the dealership because I needed this service done. If I would have known from the beginning that this dealership was unable to accommodate my request I would have went to the one that ended up doing the work in the first place. Bad overall customer experience and completely wasted my day.

Worst experience. I showed up early for my appointment for an oil change and was told it would be a couple hours. Sure glad I made an appointment. Then the paperwork stated they put the wrong oil in my car. When questioned they assured me they out the right oil in but what am I to believe? The paperwork or the word of a guy with no name tag on behind a mask. I will not be returning and would not advise anyone to let them touch your car. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

I cant stand this place. If it wasnt toyota. I would never go back. Just drive to KC or Lawrence even. Way better deals to be had there. Better customer service too imo.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5 Crewmax 4x4 on 18 March 2021 and went in today to pickup floor mats and the service department corrected a loose piece of trim while I waited. Was only waiting total 15 minutes for everything. I would recommend Lewis Toyota to anyone needing a new or used car and for maintenance & service.

Wonderful experience with our 2 purchases, 202 Toyota Tundra and 2019 Toyota Highlander. We enjoyed the convenience of negotiating prior to visiting the store. Due to mobility concerns they delivered our car to our home an hour away. Will DEFINITELY will be a repeat customer!

Ok, but felt very uncomfortable as the guy next to me in main waiting room kept coughing and would not keep his mask on. I just moved to other waiting room. As a medical person, I would like to see area cleaned while I was there. Service was good

So far they have been extremely hospitable and very polite...... Not even remotely rude and very willing to give suggestions on improving credit scores and etc. Didnt have to wait to talk to anyone...... Waiting to see just how well they cam work with me on payments, etc.

Best salespeople, best service dept. Best vehicles. Awesome management. Great mechanics. Very nice manager. Clean... The only complaint is they dont have plain black Lipton tea. But everyone likes coffee or flavored tea... Guess I will have to have my own transportation bags when I need my car serviced. I am sold on the cToyota. I will be NEVER item any other vehicle. My only regret is I wished I had always owned a Toyota. My salesman, Jeff, was over there to excellent. He made it all about me... Thanks Roots for c being such an outstanding comment. I can will recommend you to my friends.

Happened to be driving to Topeka today and realized my tire was loose. Googled a Toyota dealer and found Lewis Toyota. I was driving the back way to Topeka so by the time I got to Lewis I was pretty frazzled. I wasn’t sure what door to go through and this wonderful man opened the door, listened to me babble on and got me to the service manager, Mike Hogg. He got my car in and checked the tire which was very lose. Thank you so much to the young man who got me in the door and listened to me and to the young man who tightened my wheels and Mike for making sure I was safe to get back on the road again. Such good service to a frazzled woman who just happened to find your dealership. THANK YOU!

I bought my Prius elsewhere in 2008, but usually have it serviced at the Topeka Lewis Toyota because it’s closer. Back then, most chain oil change shops were befuddled by hybrids, so I just got in the habit, though I was never one for dealer oil changes before. I’ve always been happy with the service; and more importantly, there is no high pressure upsell, and I’ve never left feeling like I’ve been rooked (contrast this to the dealership where my mom lives, and one in Wichita, both of which left me with a bad taste). On the few times we’ve gotten an oil change elsewhere, I discovered I didn’t pay any less, and sometimes more.But I was especially impressed this week, when I dropped in on my way to the airport. The backdraft from a speeding 18-wheeler had caused the plastic undercarriage thingy to come loose. It was scraping the ground and I worried it would be a hazard on the highway on the way to the airport. I had tried without luck to remove or reattach it myself.I was helped by Mike, who is always friendly and so polite. I asked if they could just remove it for me and I’d deal with it later, after my airport run. He asked if I had a few minutes to spare (I did), and within about 15 minutes, he had returned, saying he had just gone ahead and reattached it, since it was just as easy as removing it. No charge, and I was back on the road to the airport with plenty of time. I was very impressed. I realize I got lucky, showing up when it wasn’t too busy, but that level of service is so rare. Naturally, I’m back this week for an oil change. (The rep who set my appointment was particularly helpful, too, taking the extra time to help me track down a service coupon I could use, even though I called to make my appointment shortly before closing.)

My mother had to get her gas tank replaced on her 06 lexus rx330. When she got her car back she drove it around and noticed a vibration and stopped at a gas station to fill the car up. The car would not accept fuel and the fuel began leaking all over the ground. We drove the car home and parked it outside to be safe. The dealership fixed the issue with the tank but now the muffler bracket isnt connected to the chassis and the muffler is almost scraping the ground. This will be the third time we will be taking the car back and Im just curious about who they are hiring and why there is such a lack of attention to detail. I would hate to get my engine serviced or tires rotated because they might forget to tighten some stuff down. I can easily attach the brackets myself but I feel like I shouldnt have to do that.

Bought a car turns out they lie about the 100 point check.. I have put over 2,000 into this vehicle and now they said I need over 1,000 more for it to work... i got screwed over when i called multiple times they passed me off and said they couldnt help. Beware they will scam you.
