Cadillac coupe DeVille 2004 starter out. gave estimate $100 lower than anyone else stuck by the estimate and showed up in a timely manner and performed the service in a timely manner no complaints.

Sergio did an amazing job. Great mechanic was at my house fast kept me up to date on everything. Very reliable with great prices and work. Id recommend him to anyone!

Our car broke down in Topeka late on a Saturday night. We thought we would have to wait until Monday to even get the car looked at but we called Sergio and he showed up and diagnosed our problem within half an hour. He went out of his way to help us and get us back on the road ASAP, really seemed to understand how inconvenient it is to have car problems 1000 miles from home. Very knowledgeable, reasonable prices, would definitely recommend.

Unacceptable service, now I understand life happens but I cannot accept this as professional business. Now my girlfriend set up services with this man to repair the alternator on our car, which was done but the part needed to replace was not in stock. The auto zone which he went to said it would be in the next day from Kansas City. The following day he told my girl that he would be by in the morning to finish the job. He was given the money for half the labor and the part (which he gave an estimate was 194 dollars, however auto zone said the part was only 150ish at best). He was give us the run around all day is now not accepting our calls, or returned to finish the job/return the money for the part. I would not recommend him at this point or do business with him, because of this shady practice.

Never answered his phone

When I spoke with Sergio this evening he said he would be able to work on my truck tonight I went to and pick up my truck from the shop where it was as they werent able to fit it in. He said that he was going to come to my home to work on my truck. I had contacted him around 6pm and he said he could do the job. He stated that he did not want the engine to be hot so I asked him if he could come by and pickup the money for the part as I did not want to get the truck hot again.He asked me if I was going to come to his home or was he coming to my home I stated that I did not want the truck to get to hot. He asked for my address I gave it to him and he NEVER SHOWED UP CALLED HE DID ANSWER ONE TIME AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE RO MY HOME IN A LITTLE. WHILE.Time came and went I tried to reach out to him via text and via the phone and he never returned my calls.With this being said review customers reviews before contacting this business.With that being said I went on your site and read your reviews pertaining to YOUR work ethic in the reviews I saw some good remarks but this one stuck in my thoughts so I thought you should read and absorb this review and remember that without your customers and there word of mouth to build your business YOU would not be in business.Here is the review that you should review and take it to heart as well as my thoughts about keeping your appointments and remember again without our business YOU would not be in business.Unacceptable service, now I understand life happens but I cannot accept this as professional business. Would give zero stars if allowed. He fixed my neice s alternator. The car stopped working 2 day later. She was stranded with a 5 day old baby and he said he would call back and come help. He never came. Now she has to pay someone else to fix her car after he took her money.

I found this guy on the internet. When i called the man just answered hello. I was like um im looking for a mechanic and his response was what do u need. I told him nevermind because he didnt sound perfessional and ended the call. He then started personally texting my phone with some rude texts acting like a child. Im sorry but im not giving my card number just to anyone i found on the internet who cant introduce me their business when picking up their phone.

For the break job Id give him a 5 star rating. Since the work on the breaks went well I had him back out to install window harnesses. After getting half way through the job he said he didnt realize it was two windows so I had already paid 65.00 to come out then forty to put them in now it was another 40.00 and I had given him a 20.00 tip because it was hot outside. . After all was said and done a week later the drivers side window came down and wouldnt go up. When I asked for the initial quote on the (two windows) I was given the 40.00 plus the service call of 65.00. I think he took advantage of a woman. He didnt come prepared had to go back to his home for tools. Beware when given a quote.

Came to fix my car, two days later lost my car again. No longer going to use their services as I was talked to like my car would have been taken well care of but didn’t show it at all

My Wife & kids were stranded in 100deg weather & he was going to “check” to see if could get a belt...& he never even bothered to called back!

Bad costumer service, dont ask for estimate.
