Lee was helpful, informative, professional and extremely kind salesperson. I brought my 90 year old mother in to purchase a mattress to take to her new senior living apartment. He worked within her budget, helped her to find the firmness and support she needed and wanted for her aging spine. Nice to see customer service is not totally gone from retail industry.

We were needing a bed and frame immediately. The staff at Mattress Firm helped us find the right set without any pressure to buy. In fact, they voluntarily called competitors to see if they had anything that would be better for our needs. None of them did. So we bought the set there. My elderly mother is delighted with the purchase. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm store and staff. This store is located in Topeka, KS near the shopping mall.

Scott helped with everyone of my many questions, buying a new bed set while my husband wasn’t in person. He also helped me with what will need done if we just don’t like the bed. The sleep specialist who was working was a fantastic source of information! He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. I was able to walk in and out with a full sized mattress in about 30 minutes.

I would give negative stars if I could. Careful: Buyer Beware: when buying outlet/clearance/pre-owned mattresses from Mattress Firm, especially in Topeka, KS. They say these mattresses are sanitized, but if they come to stores ready to be resold with their little yellow federal tags staying they have been sanitized to meet federal regulation for resale. However, many of these mattresses come with gifts from the previous owner, including but not limited to bodily fluids, various stains, and pubic hair, so you be the judge. The store managers are told to lie to customers about the cleaning and sanitation process, and even are told to clean these mattresses themselves on their own dime to hide these unsanitary stains. The commission on selling a used mattressnpays more than selling that same mattress brand new. Hmmm.... In fact, the Topeka store manager was told to buy her own sanitizing spray known as Sterifab and Sanifab from Amazon by her district manager if it bothered her that much to sell lies to customers. And Free Shipping. No. $38 is stolen from every employees commission on each sale that includes Free Shipping. No wonder this greedy corporation doesnt mind offering free delivery, which was only $24.99 before they began offering it for free. By stealing $38 from each sale, they are profiting from being the greedy corporate liars they try so hard to hide from the public with all the free stuff. Free shipping. Free adjustable bases. BOGO free protectors. And for those employees who speak up, and say this isnt right and demand standards so they are able to sleep at night and still feed their families. Well, we are currently looking for new employment. I have included a few of the many disturbing photos I have that are all within the last couple of months. Sadly enough, the mattresses shown here were sold to customers who had no clue of their condition. One went to an Olathe,KS customer sold by another employee. That mattress was well soiled and stained, and smelled heavily of curry. All in all, the cost to try and wash these stains myself was well over $40, andnit by no means meets the sanitation guidelines to resell a mattress. Im embarrassed to say I ever worked for a company that is so greedy and deceptive and takes such little care during a pandemic to sell mattresses in this condition with no regard for the safety or welfare of its employees or customers. Please use caution when buying from Mattress Firm, especially if it is not brand new and sealed in manufacturers plastic.

My wife and arrived and Scott was the only person working and was with another customer. He made it a point to greet us and said that he would be with us as soon as he was finished. Another couple came in and he greeted them the same way. We waited and he took us in the order in which we arrived and although the bedding we were looking for was not in stock, we ordered it anyways because his customer service was so welcoming and that our purchase would arrive today.

I was going to walk out as I felt it was a little expensive when Lee asked me if I had any questions. He pointed me in the right direction and I made a purchase thanks to him. He is a great asset to your company.

The help was nice. Prices were high, but. because mostly name brand on display. Online showed store brand prices a lot lower, but found very few of these low prices. We needed a low price and did not find. If I had the money I might have bought here.

I brought my grandpa here a few weeks ago looking to replace his old mattress. Didnt expect to find anything with how picky he was being at the other stores we visited, but it only took about 3 tries for Tanner to find him the right one! He was very sweet and it felt like he was actually listening and paying attention to Grandpas needs instead of just trying to get as much money out of him as he could. We only had to wait 6 days for the mattress to come, and pickup was quick and simple. Grandpa says his back is feeling much better, and he said that Tanner gave him a call a few days ago to see how well the bed was working for him! I dont think Ive ever seen as much care and consideration from a store than I have with you guys. Thank you so much! Ill definitely be back when I need a new bed :)

I never write reviews on businesses, but I feel like the personalized customer service that I experienced was too good to not be acknowledged. Topeka Mattress Firm was fantastic. I was extremely nervous to begin looking for a new mattress. I didnt even know where to start. Mattress Firm was the third place I went after disappointing experiences at the first two places. I was ready to call it quits. However, the sales lady, Kelly, made the last experience much more tolerable and put my mind at ease by spending a lot of time with my husband and me and answering all of our questions (and we had a ton). She was very calming, polite, kind, and was not too pushy. She didnt make us feel like she was rushing us out the door or that we were forced to buy something that we werent 100% comfortable with that day. She also gave me her contact information (which I used to call her again two days later with even more questions). She was still kind and explained everything in a way that I could understand. We are still trying to agree on which mattress to buy, but when we are finally ready to go through with the purchase, it will be at Topeka Mattress Firm with Kelly. Our experience could not have been better.
