Charise was very informative and got us signed up for our new sleep number.Joyce was also helpful at the beginning of the day when my husband went in and got a quote from her. Joyce was working for the store when we purchased our first one twenty years ago.Both ladies are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this business to others.

Cherise was amazing. Her manager too. I believe was Joyce. Cherise stayed later to see our purchase through. Just a wonderful person to help you. She was on point the whole way. Would highly recommend this store.

I went to the store on Wanamaker Rd. The experience me and my husband had was amazing! Though we did not get what we came for at that moment we will definitely be back for our bed. We had a wonderful time with Paul (the new guy lol), Charise and Joyce. They were so polite and very knowledgeable. They answered all questions and did all they could to make sure our experience was nothing less than excellent. I would recommend anyone to go see these guys. They will make it worth your while. We didnt realize how much a very good bed is so important and they helped us to really understand that. Not for the sake of just a sale either. They made us, the customer the priority not the sale of the product. We will definitely be sleep number bed customers very soon believe that!

Store was immaculately clean even in regards to covid precautions. Employees were personable knowledgble and in no way pushy.

Was a long time customer. When it was time for a new mattress we got an adjustable bed. Will never buy their product again! Both sides of bed list to the outside. Mattress slides inches off the base. Worst customer service center ever. Problem never resolved. We spent a lot of money never ever again!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received from this store. After spending $5000 plus, the bed would not fit up the stairs, and received the WORST customer service in response to the return at this store location. We had gotten rid of our mattress and mattress pad the day before our delivery because we were expecting our new bed. Absolutely terrible. Had me very upset. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I have no bed now and have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund to get a new bed. I have never been spoken to like I was by this employee tonight.

Bed delivery today! They said we cant get it up the stairs must go to king size because they are split frames! Oh just more money like it was nothing! I call and am told to see if I can get another frame from another store! What!!! Told probably cheaper! Really!! Then told district manager will contact me by Tuesday! Honestly! We paid in full at time of purchase! Will never step foot in the store again or recommend! Very disappointed!!!

We were made to feel comfortable with the sales staff, the selection of beds, and the features that make sleep number an excellent choice. The staff made us feel warm and welcome and made the process flow as smoothly as any we have experienced.

Excellent service. They didnt try to pressure me into buying one of the high end and expensive beds. They took me to the bed consumer reports said was the best based on customer feedback but also had me try other beds to get different options and comfort. I ended up going with the consumer reports best buy and didnt get the extras e.g. their box spring, pillows, sheets etc. Bed still was expensive,.but if it gives me relief from my back pain,.it will be worth the cost.

All three staff at the Topeka store are wonderful. It took me 4 trips out to make a decision. No one could have had more questions than I did. They were always helpful. I don’t have my bed yet but I’m looking forward to it soon.

They sold me the wrong size on the bed I purchased from them. I took them back and exchanged them with what they said was the correct size. Keep in mind We did not pick them out our self. The staff picked out them off the shelf both times. When these did not fit we were told you can not exchange an item more than once. How do you not know what size sheets and pillow cases fit THE BED YOU SOLD ME AND THEN NOT EXCHANGE THE UNUSED SHEETS YOU SAID WOULD FIT! I would like a call back to have this explained to me.

I went to the sleep number store to find a good quality pillow. I was greeted by Charise and she was so very helpful in helping me choose the right pillow for me.The next morning I woke up with much less neck pain. This new pillow is the right kind of support I needed. I’m enjoying my new pillow and looking forward to being pain free.Also while I was at the store I checked out sleep number beds. I found my sleep number to be 45. When I’m ready to purchase a new bed I will definitely look into buying a sleep number bed.I had a totally excellent experience at the sleep number store.

The girls at the Topeka Sleep Number Store were wonderful as they helped us choose a bed just right for us! The service couldnt have been better. We enjoyed the delivery team as they informed us about all of the features. We look forward to our first sleep experience tonight!

I was a past customer of the Sleep Number store and they took the time to let me know about a great sale on the Flex Fit bed frame. They let me think about it without pressuring me and let me complete the entire transaction over the phone since I live north of town. Joyce was great to work with.

Do your research before you arrive and youll be happier. The salesman Barry was great. He let me try different beds. I was dead set on not letting him sell me anything other than a C2 full size but I walked out of there with a C4 queen plus foundation. Go figure. He also sold me some sheets. I gave Sleep Number my home number and then a cell number for delivery only. They only gave the delivery guys my home number and then the main office called my cell wondering why I wasnt at home. Just give them your cell number.
