Our salesperson was extremely low-key and pleasant. I don’t like fake or overly energetic sales people, so she worked really well for us! We weren’t able to get to our number, but we bought the car anyway because we liked the finance manager and our salesperson. The car is great, too. Low mileage and a good price even though it wasn’t “our” price.

The service department doesnt know their left hand from their right hand. They seem scatterbrained. My mother got sent on a wild goose chase by them only to find out she indeed could only get service through them and not another dealer. They also arent very good with follow-through... several promises to call, but no call back. On a positive note, their mechanics are good, and they seem nice and helpful.
Jillian from Sharp Honda made buying a car very easy and the staff there was great! Even during the global car shortage they did not take advantage of the situation by adding “market adjustments” to the MSRP.
We were in to buy a vehicle as a result of a car accident. Tom and his team were extremely flexible to meet our needs during a very turbulent time. Shopping for the correct car in this market is both difficult and frustrating. Not only did Tom work tirelessly to find us the vehicle my wife wanted, but he also arranged for us to have a loaner car while we waited several weeks for the car to be delivered from the manufacturer. This generosity saved my family hundreds of dollars on the cost of a rental car. I’ve been taking my cars to Sharp Honda for almost 10 years now for service needs. Most recently I took my car in to have the motor replaced. Not an easy task but thanks to the great communication and awesome hard work from Robby and Sergio, my car is back up and running! I had a really good experience purchasing a vehicle from Sharp Honda. The sales consultant, Tom Gettler, pulled out different vehicles for me to compare and explained the features of each one. He rode along with me for test drives all the while pointing out all the great safety features and comfort items I may have missed. He was great to work with without being high pressure and I really appreciated his patience throughout the entire process. The general manager Steve Matukewicz was also super helpful to me. He offered information on the both vehicles i was contemplating and made me feel confident in my decision! Today I had a basic oil change. I told Mark my serviceman that I would be needing a ride. I proceeded to wait in one of several waiting room areas. I was never contacted about a ride and found out I had missed the van. Therefore I told Mark that I would just stay at wait. 2 hours later, after I had asked several people (mark was at lunch) I found out my car was done. What should have been a 45 minute wait Mac was a 2 and 1/2 wait. I feel the service area is getting lax and will give them one more chance but after that I’ll go elsewhere. Btw, it wasn’t that busy. Very disappointed

They usually hook me up pretty tight with no issues. I went to buy a new car and after a couple days the new car was releasing brake fluid everywhere. They did tow it for free and fix it supposedly, but I dont want to see that on a brand new car.

I had a very unusual issue with updating my mapping navigation that didnt go as easily as inserting the updated disk that I purchased. After many visits to Honda to figure out why this wasnt going as smoothly as planned, Duron Ortega, their Technician finally figured out the issue. I am now able to see my radio display, sync and answer my cellphone and use my navigation when traveling. Thank you all for going above and beyond to figure out the issue. You guys are the BEST!!

Went there to look at the 2021 odyssey’s. Ended up leaving same day with one. The sales team there is great and not pushy like some other dealerships I’ve been to. I worked with Ryan. He was eager to earn my business but not pushy or inexperienced. I told him what I needed and he was able to get it done. If I had to buy the same car again I would buy from sharp Honda. They never once made me feel uncomfortable or that I was being pressured to buy that day. The deal on my car was just that good I couldn’t walk.
Bought a Jeep from Ryan this last weekend. Great experience going through the process of negotiating the purchase and offered a fair amount for my trade.The next day, a check engine light came on. We traded for a 2020 Honda Ridgeline yesterday. Tom Gettler was our salesman and he was very informative and knowledgeable and professional. Hes been at that dealership for 30 years. The entire experience, facilities, personnel, and product, was positive and pleasant. There are a few dealers like that, but not many. And the trade terms were more than fair. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I would certainly go back myself.

I worked with the parts manager, as well as another associate, and a sales rep; all who were extremely kind. Not pushy, yet very helpful. It was a bit of a wait, but I didnt schedule an appointment, and there were amenities, and additional waiting space in their new building on Kansas. Very pleased.

I went to Sharp Honda looking for a specific car that i saw online. I normally do not buy from dealerships, but they went above and beyond my expectations.Scott (sales associate) was a straight shooter. He informed me about the vehicle inside and out. I bought a Civic from a different dealership (that sells used cars from several makes), and it has had a myriad of problems since I got it because it had been in an accident and sold with a rebuilt title. As a result, I have been to Sharp Honda for service countless times now. The first several times I worked with the service department, Mike helped me out with getting my turbo fixed and dealing with the other dealership’s stubborn and rude claims department. He was super helpful, kind, and accommodating, and he ended up saving me from paying a $3,000 repair bill. The past several times I have been to the service department though, I have been working with Robby. He has been just as accommodating and caring, with just as much initiative too. They both made a point to make me feel like Honda is there for me as a customer, and not just in it for the money. In all, my experience at Sharp Honda has made me feel like they truly care about me and my situation, and they have been a league ahead of my experiences at Chevy, Ford, and Toyota‘s service departments, as well as some local repair shops I have been to. I cannot give high enough praise to Robby and Mike or the dealership. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for service as long as Honda can do the job. If and when I buy a new car, Sharp Honda will be at the top of my list. I definitely recommend buying from them, even if you can find a “cheaper” Honda elsewhere. The warranty and quality are worth more than whatever you will save at a 3rd party dealership.

Bought a Mini Cooper there back in June. Less than two months into owning it, it starts dying when idling and the check engine light comes on. I took it back to Sharp Honda and the first thing that is done is the salesman starts the financial screening again and I was under the impression their mechanics would look at it.As I’m waiting in the lobby, the salesman comes out and quietly asks me if I can afford a $400/mo payment on a brand new car, and if I could just get $2,000 for a down payment. I was furious. Why would I buy a new car when I JUST bought this POS from you guys less than 2 months prior? I told him that if I’m mustering up $2,000 it’s gonna be to fix the car I had just bought.Then I’m told the mechanics don’t wanna mess with it because it’s a Mini. They bring out their “Mini Expert”, who is apparently just some guy that has/had a Mini and works at this dealership. He starts talking to me about Minis and what to do and then can’t open the hood of the car. I had to show their “MINI EXPERT” how to open the hood of the Mini. They send me to another mechanic, who sends me to get stuff to do a fuel treatment. As I’m parking at the Auto parts store, salesman calls me. I tell him what their mechanic friend told me to do. “We already did a fuel treatment, so don’t do that.”I end up taking it to Midas and getting it fixed for $400. But then it happened again in October. And it’s happening AGAIN now. Colossal waste of my time and money. Complete ripoff. Don’t go here.

I will start with the positive. I had a great experience in purchasing the brand new CRV. I returned for service due to some issues. In general Service area is very nice, customer service people are excellent..... But I had some service issues 1. The sunroof was making noises ( under warranty). They couldnt fix it after two tries. Instead I have grease marks on my ceiling. I can still hear the grinding noise. 2. The gas tank got punctured from something on the highway, we took it back for replacement. I paid full price, after 2 days the tank was replaced but when you insert a gas nozzle with coils the gas tank would grab the nozzle and would not release. This happened right after the repair while trying to fill the tank. My wife was told that this was normal and she forced the nozzle too much by the service manager, who had to come to gas station and take the nozzle out with the help of a knife. Since this is my wifes car I didnt realize what a pain it was till I tried to fill the tank. I took it back to Sharp Honda and found out they forgot to install a piece. I had to go back twice to get it repaired. Guess what, when I took the car back home we found grease marks on my leather seats. I still have free oil change there, I am not sure If I want to take my car back. My wife feels like if you are a woman you will get blond treatment.. Not that I fared better as you can see from the grease marks from the last visit...

A couple years ago, my partner and I were driving to Missouri from Colorado when our Honda began experiencing problems. Sharp Honda was the closest dealership so we took it there. The service was top notch. The staff was professional and courteous. They diagnosed the problem as too much oil due to an incorrect oil change by our dealership in Colorado. The price was very reasonable, something like $67 for diagnostic and a new, correct, oil change. The staff further went above and beyond for us by faxing all the information to and speaking with the dealership in Colorado so we could get reimbursed by them for their negligence. The Colorado dealership did pay us, thanks in part to the professional service from Sharp Honda. After taking the time to ensure the problem was corrected, they got us on our way. What could have been a ruined trip was saved by the people at Sharp. I highly recommend this dealerships service department and would definitely return should the need arise. Worst service ever. I was told by the one of the Sharp’s employee that we can diagnose the problem before we can do anything else which I have to pay before. I agreed and later I was told that the problem was diagnosed and it is the oil pressure sensor. I got that installed as well and car was not fixed. I was told I can not get the refund although they did not diagnose it right and made me pay more than $400 and still had the exact same problem. They had no idea how to fix it. I had to take my car to another dealership and they found the correct problem and fixed it since it was not big and that too under $150. They are just ripping people off.
I took my car here to work on the a/c and had an experience worthy of writing my first online review ever! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Robby made me feel at home, was extremely helpful and ended up saving me a LOT of money! I will never go anywhere else to work on my car after going here. Great job!

The service department is awesome. I recently took my Honda to them after my check engine light came on. They ran diagnostics for over an hour, but could not find a cause for the light. Even though I appreciated their determination, they apologized for the outcome and told me they wouldnt charge me for the work. I was amazed by their integrity! And by the way, my check engine light has not come back on!

During the summer, the battery in my 2017 Civic unexpectedly died. I had hoped to get it replaced by my local Honda dealer, but they were ... less than helpful. You can leave it here, they said, and well try to get to it sometime next week. I wasnt thrilled. So I called Sharp Honda. They told me if I got over there by the end of business that day, they could get me in and out with a new battery. So as soon as I received a jump start, I made the near-60-mile one-way trek to Sharp. They got me in and out and went over every question I had about why the battery met its demise in the first place. Though I only can comment on the service department, I feel confident that the sales and parts people at Sharp are equally as helpful and friendly!

We had an excellent experience at Sharp Honda. We were greeted quickly and warmly. We had done our research before we arrived and knew what model we were looking for. The inventory was ample so we were able to look at all of the trim level options. Ryan was very helpful in answering our questions. It was a knowledgeable conversation without pressure. When we made our decision Troy offered us a great deal, earning our business. We had planned on utilizing a specific incentive but Billy found us a financing option that saved us even more. Our kids also enjoyed the kids room. We will be returning customers.

Sharp Honda was great! Long story short, we got stranded in Topeka on our way back home to Colorado from St. Louis. My car trouble occurred on a Sunday, so we had my car towed to Sharp Honda on Sunday night and went there ourselves at 6:30am on Monday. Even though we got there before the service shop opened, Mark had us fill out all of the paperwork as soon as he saw us and said that we were first in line.We went back to the hotel to wait on the status of my car; we got back via Sharp Hondas shuttle. I forget the name of the driver we had that morning, but he was very friendly and we had a good conversation on the way to the hotel. We found out after a few hours that the problem with my car was part of an old recall and was fixable, but that wed have to stay in Topeka for another night to wait for the part. Then not too long later, Mark called back to tell us that they had managed to find the part and that my car was already fixed! We were very happy and relieved that the problem had been fixed so quickly.Mark was a great employee, as was Matt, who I talked to briefly. The whole experience with Sharp Honda was wonderful despite the circumstances. I would highly recommend this place!

I went to Sharp Honda awhile back car shopping. I got ignored for awhile after I finally got a salesman to wait on me he kinda acted like he was doing me a favor just to show me a New Highlander. After a very short test drive I had enough of the salesman talking down to me and I went down the street and bought a New vehicle at a different dealership. I would recommend to any woman car shopping on her own to avoid Sharp Honda at all costs.

Troy and Troy are fantastic on the purchasing end, and the service department is great. Last, but not least, you just cant beat their product. My Accord is the best car Ive owned, and Ive owned a few. Theirs is the only door I will darken when it comes time to buy my next vehicle.

My daughter and I were traveling cross country with her 6 children when we ran over a large nail. All we knew was that we were losing tire pressure, so we called several tire shops in Topeka but none could see us immediately. Robby Michael was about to leave for his lunch but told us to come in anyway. He was waiting for us and the bay doors opened as we drove up.The kids had drinks and snacks while they fixed our tire and washed the car. Everything was clean and pleasant. Everyone was so kind and friendly, we wish we lived there so we could patronize them regularly. Robby Michael took great care of us and got us back on the road quickly. Best service ever!
