My vehicle was gotten in, in a timely manner and the service was fast and efficient. I had brakes done and was able to have it completed the same day after specifically needed parts arrived. Met up with Rick at the Service Department and he was great! Walked me through everything going on, let me know as soon as they found out what was wrong, got me a ride home then called me as soon as repairs were finished. He called my warranty people and found what was covered also. Great service and I sure appreciate Rick Vandonge!
Laird charges $125 just to look at your vehicle for five minutes. At that rate, a five minute OBD sensor plug in and print out means they are making about $1,400.00 an hour just looking at it. The Strip Club down the street will charge you less by far and you might actually get results. The lazy service writer told me I needed a new $8,000.00 engine, when I know there are about four quick inexpensive things like the Throttle body clean out that might fix the problem. Jackwagon I know it is a computer problem because it runs great until the computer screws with the idle. Service writer added notes that i didn’t say. “Knocks, taps etc.”. The truck doesn’t knock and it doesn’t tap. I told him it has a rough idle and sometimes it dies. Oh and please tighten up my emergency brake. Guy didn’t bother to do anything I asked, nor did he give me the proper diagnostic repair suggestions.. Thanks for robbing me of $125 Laird. You owe me. & Since when does a Ford V8 not make it to 175K? Shame on you.
We just took the vehicle in for recalls. They found extra work and cost 300 bucks. On the way home warning lights came on. Im still awaiting it to be repaired properly...

Steve was my service manager and he was great. Our car broke down on the highway and we towed it to Laird Nollar. They got me in and fixed it right away despite being busy. Steve gave me updates via text along the way and even went out of his way to show me and explain the part they put in my vehicle after the service was completed. Great experience!

Was going through another Ford dealership initially who was taking forever to get in parts and was anything but helpful or polite. It had been over a month waiting on parts and I moved to Topeka, so I contacted Laird Noller to do the work. They had parts in a couple days and had me fixed up in less than a week. Sure wish I had been able to deal with them in the first place. Very friendly, helpful, called back when they said they would, and I was very pleased with their service. Will definitely be taking my car back to them.

I had blown a flat tire ! The inside wall of the tire blow out . Called Laird Noller of Topeka Hyundai and ordered the tire over the phone so it would be there Saturday . Got the there Saturday and the wrong tire was there for my car. The parts guy at Topeka Hyundai QUICKLY got on the phone and made a bunch of calls to find my tire! I arrived there at 8am and left around 1230 that day . Because of hard work and quick thinking I was able to have my car that I need everyday! I want to say thank you for everyone at the dealership that made that happen.

So long story short.... great service and very receptive to my wants in a new car. Could not ask for a better experience.Now the long version.... After having a deal with another dealership in the Kansas City area fall through, I received a survey due to my involvement in EAA from Ford. I filled the survey out and within 5 minutes my phone rings. The Mustang on the lot was the only one left (thanks 2020.) That being said it was the only one I was interested in, and had previously test drove. The sales staff immediately listened to my concerns founded on my experience with the other dealership. The price was great and having additional extras added was easy. Hands down one of the best experiences when making a childhood dream a reality. I purchased my Ford from this dealership a little over six years ago. When returning for service I usually plan to be disappointed. They have consistently long wait times. When I make an appointment they ask if I will wait for the car or drop it off. However, when I arrive at the dealership they always inform me that there are many other people waiting and it will take a long time. This leads me to presume that either they overschedule themselves in the service department or they are understaffed in the service department. Why both wasting both of our breath asking about if I am waiting if they are going to have a long wait time regardless? Either way, it would appear there is a poor judgement on the part of the management in how the service department is run.
Warranty work-scheduled at my convenience, prompt work and shuttle service. Very pleased.

Laird Noller is a fair, honest and high-quality dealership. My wife and I have bought 5 or 6 cars from them and we have always been treated very well. All of the sales people are good, Gene is our favorite. We bought a used truck from them late one night a few months ago with the price fully negotiated. In the morning they noticed the tires were poor. They put on a new set at their cost to make sure the vehicle was safe. That is why we do business with them. The service dept is top notch. Again, everyone is very good, but Steve is outstanding. I really appreciate how he treats my family. Good service at reasonable costs. I usually don’t buy the extended warranty on any car. At another dealership in Topeka a few years ago I was asked 17 times to buy the extended warranty - I counted. I was not happy. If you tell Laird Noller once that is enough - they don’t hound you. Just our experience over 15-20 years.
Had a front turn signal bulb needing replacement in my Ford Escape. Quoted $60. Took 6 hours and cost $342 plus tax. I even furnished the bulbs. They got the job done and all seems to be working..

Went in to use about $210 in rewards points. I bought a new pickup truck in California to get those points and the Ford app showed them available but I couldnt figure how to use them. I called Noller Ford parts and they knew exactly what to do to use them. I picked out a few things on the phone while I was outside in my car. Walked in and everything was ready to go. I Signed their receipt and left with an armload off stuff. Sweet.
Scheduled online and cited one issue. Dropped vehicle off and cited one issue. Chose not to pay the $2100 quoted for a repair not affecting driveability.Went to pick the truck up and I was charged $320 in diagnostic fee. Guy at service desk says the diagnostic only required looking at a service bulletin and running the check engine light. I asked why that would cost $320. Bill was reduced to $220.I paid the $220 but being charged for two diagnostic fees still does not sit right when I only cited one issue all along. I have submitted the contact form on the website but have not been contacted yet.I have received multiple requests by test message for me to leave a review, so here it is.
I live near a town that is a Ford dealership, but the service is so good at Laird Noller Ford in Topeka that I’m always willing to drive 30 minutes to go to them. They work with me to get repairs, OEM aftermarket parts installs and oil changes all done at once to fit my schedule. And when they find issues, I get to talk to the great folks that actually fix the problems and learn so much of what goes on behind the scenes. Really makes me feel like I’m not only part of the problem, but also part of the solution. And when they miss something during a repair, they are on top of it to make it right and get it back to how it should. I’ve had vehicles go to them for…20 years now. Still the best customer service, repair service, parts service I’ve experienced. Always welcoming by phone or in person. Can’t say enough about Laird Noller Ford of Topeka.
I had some recall work done on my Edge. It took 2 months to get the parts due to the pandemuc. As soon as yhey got the parts, I was scheduled and taken care of quickly. They were all so nice, especially Delbert, theman that gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. Great customer service.
I usually get my truck taken care of (I have a 2010 and 2020 F150). But these folks are just too busy!! No one can usually give me a straight answer about service. Last time I went in to get my 2020 from the service department, no one knew anything about it, couldnt find the truck or the ticket. Eventually they found the truck, but no paperwork. I miss the days of service and folks that cared and knew what is going on:(

The service I get is generally pretty good. Not sure what happened this time, but the AC on my car was working fine when I checked the car in and when I got it back the AC was not blowing cold air. Cant believe somebody didnt notice or say something. I now have to bring it back to figure out the AC issue. I have a hard time believing the AC can be working fine when I check the car in and it doesnt work when I get it back.

Communication between client (my wife and I) and the service desk was not ideal. Not willing listen to all of our examples of the issue as well as being short in conversation with us. Asked to have the parts ordered and to begin work on the vehicle ASAP. 4 days later I received call to ask what direction I would like to take so it delayed progress much longer than was needed. Parts were ordered at different times, but this could have been due to lack of stock and just needing time to find it. I am giving 2 stars for the simple fact that the service desk side did not listen to instructions and they werent very interested in listening to what we had to say about the issues. I believe the mechanical side was good but we have only had the car back for 1 day so not sure if the issue is 100% resolved as our issues were not present every single time the car was driven.

We called to get battery installed part of deal let salesman know told us to go to service they will go ahead and put it in. They had no clue about it. Wasted our time..

Battery dead and needed help. Called and got the name of a service that could come to my house to jump the battery. Was told I could bring it right in to get my battery checked. Got a much needed new battery with very little wait time. These service specialist are the absolute best. I count on them for honest help with my Ford Escape. Always feel like I am saving money since I am going where they know my car. They explain everything and understand things that suddenly come up. So professional and dependable. Clean, efficient, busy, organized shop. I had ALWAYS hated dealerships until dealing with them. Everyone else could learn a lot from them.
Steve was very cordial with scheduling and then when I called alerting him I’d be late. I appreciated how well everything was explained and that it was detailed on a service printout also. The cashier was friendly and my car was brought just outside the door. I recommend!
I got great service from Greg Hanna. When I was there getting my new tires they noticed that I had an oil leak. I may not have even noticed that myself because it only leaked when it was running so I didnt have any spots in my driveway. Had they not brought that to my attention I could have been in serious trouble. Thank you for the technicians observation.
My service experience was fine as always, the technicians did a great job. I did take issue with the lack of proper mask wearing demonstrated by a member of the sales staff and some members of the service staff. In those instances masks were completing off or firmly around their chin. If customers are wearing masks properly then the staff should be as well.

First off when I bought my car, it originally came from the Lawrence store. Well they brought back the wrong car. So after I’ve signed all the paperwork, gave them the money, I OWNED this car at this point I had to wait till the next morning to get it. (After they told me multiple times though out the day that it would be here that day) Then I show up for my first oil change at around 1:15, I had an 1:30 appointment. I had been sitting in the waiting room for an hour, I walk back to the shop to see where my cars at, and my car is JUST now getting put on the lift. I also requested a specific tech and it wasn’t the tech I wanted working on my car. I will use my free oil changes from buying the car, but after those I will never come back here. They apparently don’t give damn about their customers.
The dealership was immediately responsive when we called needing an appointment, and scheduled us for the same morning. They took the truck before the scheduled appointment time, diagnosed the problem, and completed all work—with an oil change and tire rotation—before the end of the day. Laird Noller has been our favorite dealer since we moved to Topeka more than 13 years ago, and has earned our loyalty. We purchased this truck from a different dealer, but we will look at Laird Noller first, early, and often for vehicle purchases and support in the future.
The collision department was so kind and generous. They kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle repair. Caitlin Almond was generous enough to give me a ride when returning my rental. I cannot thank them enough and will recommend them to others!

Not impressed with the service rep that waited on me. I have had him before and felt the same then. I feel he tries to charge me for stuff that doesn’t need to be. Example, I brought my daughters car in for THE WORKS oil change. I told him that the wrench light was on. He said it would be 125.00 for a diagnostic check. I told him no thinking to myself it might just be because it needed an oil change. Sure enough that’s all it was. I’m glad I told him no. The last time he was going to charge us double for some work that had been approved by another service rep for a lower price. Our family has been customers for 33 years and I don’t like being the feeling of dishonesty. I know back in day the service reps were informative and honest. I don’t know if any of the old crew is still there, but the newer ones make me feel uneasy. If I come back I do not want to deal with Greg. I got my oil change and in the process he called to say the car had a nail in the sidewall, hopefully this was true.

It still took 4 hours from first test drive to heading home with new car, that’s just something that doesn’t change. But they did a great job of moving things along. Would definitely recommend.
Made an appointment a week earlier to have tires rotated, a tire leak repaired and brakes checked and repaired if needed. Told me I had a 10am appointment but said to bring truck in 7:30-8:00 am. Arrived at 8am to find out they had 7 guys out for some reason and all 3 of the brake guys were gone. Waited for 2.5 hours to have tires rotated and the slow leak fixed. Brakes need some repair but would have to come back for that due to no brake guys working. My schedule is extremely tight and I dont have the time to wait or drop the truck off as we live 25 miles away. Just sucked that they had that many guys call in sick or whatever the problem was.
The repair on our vehicle was done perfectly & looked beautiful when we picked it up. Terry & the office staff were so easy to work with, great experience!

Had an appointment at 11am, I was told at 12pm that they finally got my car on the lift, my car wasnt even ready until 1pm at which point I was told they did even get everything done because the techs that know how to get to a filter where all on lunch. I had to get back to work so I could stay or leave my car. Im still waiting on a call I was told to expect from a guy that could talk to me about tires and a windshield seal.

The overall sale went smooth. The truck was in fine condition when I picked it up. Detailed and prepping very good. Even though I live 200-plus miles away from the dealership, if I need a vehicle, I will try them again in the future.
My local dealer did not have the codes for the exact issue so I took my Edge into the dealership where though it took several days to get the part, they went above by fixing the root cause of the issue instead of just replacing the part. I also appreciated their updates on the status of my car throughout the process.

While searching for a new truck, my wife and I visited many different dealerships. Not only was the price of the vehicle we ended up purchasing from them competitive, but the dealership experience was very welcoming. Johnny helped us out with our purchase. He and the rest of the people helping us were friendly and helpful. They offered us refreshments and, because we visited during COVID, they seemed to continuously wear masks when indoors and near customers. Finally, although it may not seem like the most important part of the purchase, being in the showroom was by far the best of any we visited. The whole showroom was clean, sun lit, and an overall nice place to be. I would definitely recommend Laird Noller Ford to my family, friends, or anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

He was very responsive and always returned my calls.I was a little frustrated after I got my tires put on and pulled out of the lot I could hear a noise that wasn’t there before. I went back and come to find out my tire picked up a nail in the shop. I know that I can pick up a nail anywhere but just irritating that I picked up the nail in the shop. They did patch it up.
