Very friendly sales staff, with a no pressure experience. We were able to find what we wanted for a very fair price. The facility itself looked freshly cleaned and very modern.

If youre looking for a VW or a BMW this is the place for you. When you go in ask for a senior sales person. You will have many questions to ask, so you will need a person able to answer.
Courteous and professional service. Im sure Im not their highest profile customer, but they still treat me like it.

Great Car Dealer ship
At this point not a satisfied customer. Too bad I cant leave zero stars. Took delivery of 2015 Passat on February 4 and heat was not working right. Took it back on the 6th. They said some door wasnt working or was open... Left got 30 minutes down the road and same issue again. Returned 2 more times that day and same issues. Supposedly they found a bunch of leaves in the cowl and that was blocking the airflow. Well on the way home same issue. Returned on the 7th. Spoke to the service writer who had no time for my car. Mind you it is an hour for me to drive here. He acted like he couldnt believe I couldnt just bring the car anytime, but we scheduled an appointment for the next week. Well on the way home I got cold and frustrated and turned around now wanting to just return this car. Pulled into the lot and had a sales person come out and see what my complaint was and he agreed something was wrong and I explained what the service writer said and I told him I just want to be done with this. Ted told me that was above him and had to talk to someone else so come inside and hell get him. A few minutes later he comes out with Paul the gm and the service writer. Miraculously they had a technician come available and can look at it. After having to show the service writer and the tech my concern and feeling like they think Im crazy a blow off valve on the account compressor blows off pressure in the shop. After hours worth of waiting Im told there is a blockage in the heater core causing my issue and they are going to flush it. A while later they come out and say they come and say they have to order parts and will schedule an appointment when they come in. So now I have a car that cant drive unless its nice out. I am going to contact VW and my lawyer. This is ridiculous. I know I didnt by a high end car by their standards but it is for me and my wife. Dealer has done nothing to make me feel warm and fuzzy. Seems there are a quite a few similar complaints like mine. Im sure I wont be compensated for my troubles but hope I save someone else from making the same mistakes. I will update as time goes on.Update. Hope the car is now fixed. Most of the staff is very friendly. Still not 100% satisfied. But since they are the closest service center will continue to use them. Im upping the stars from 1 to 3
