Having lived 1hr away, I was due to arrive around 5 to complete the paperwork to take home my 2014 Cadillac. On my way there I had a flat tire on my friends car and it just threw the whole schedule up for them. I eventually arrived around 610 (they closed at 6) and met with Nate and Colby who were very understanding of the situation. I was out of there within 40 mins, taking my new car with me. I go here for the servicing of my vehicles. Danny runs the shop and you wont find a nicer more honest mechanic. He and his crew always provide 6 star service and they never try to pull the wool over your eyes. The car runs great, the repairs cost came in under the quoted price, and my engine was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Danny and his crew did a great job! Quality service and workmanship. I had been looking for a used Jeep Wrangler for several months and finally found the perfect one with the features I wanted, low mileage and a great price at Platinum Auto Plaza. I made an inquiry online over the holiday weekend, and although they were closed, the manager Coby responded quickly and helped me set a time to look at the vehicle. I met with their salesman Kyle, who was really great to work with and made the buying and trading process fun and easy. Ive purchased several vehicles from other dealerships in the past and usually dread doing it because of the time it takes, the pressure from the finance guy to add warranties or other plans, and honestly the boredom while waiting for the credit check, test drive of the trade-in vehicle, etc. This experience was nothing like that. It didnt seem to take very long at all, I felt no pressure from finance, and Kyle kept me entertained with good conversation during the waiting period. It was the best car buying experience Ive had. I stumbled upon Platinum Auto Plaza when I decided to see how much I could get out of my truck due to the increase in prices in automobiles as supply is low during COVID. When KBB said a dealership would be reaching out I told my wife that I wasnt going to answer the call as I didnt want to deal with a dealership due to how normal dealerships operate, but Im glad I answered the call. From that first call with Kyle, I was blown away by the friendliness and the low/no pressure sales approach. I took the truck in, expecting to have them list out all that was wrong and offer me way less than they did on the phone. They actually came out and told me that they would give me more than what they had originally said they would, and there was zero mention of trying to sell me another vehicle to replace the one I was selling to them. In the end we purchased a vehicle to replace the truck from Platinum due to their sales approach, honesty, and how great everyone was to get along with from the service department who test drove the truck to make an offer, to the accounting department who made the process very easy, to our salesman Kyle, who was the best car salesman Ive dealt with in terms of tactics, pressure, and likeability.

The people at Platinum Auto Plaza are an amazing group of people. My car buying experience was better than I expected. They are friendly, helpful, honest and attentive. I felt like they truly cared about me buying a car that fit my needs and not just trying to make a sale. My VW didnt have a radio when I bought it and they gave me a loaner (full of gas and clean mind you) two times to get my car fixed. The second time I had the loaner it was for almost a month. I have my car back now and I couldnt be more pleased! The owners personally engaged with me to make sure I was satisfied. I purchased my vehicle from one of the previous owners. I wasnt a big fan of that man. Especially when my vehicle was making a sound that made every hair on my body stand up. I was ready to contact the BB. Danny, part owner and supervisor of the service dept, went out of his way and actually fixed the problem my vehicle had. Ive went back ever since for all my car needs. I found a vehicle of theirs listed on Car Gurus and I contacted them. I asked if the car had any body damage and if it ran well as I would be traveling over four hours with the intent to purchase if the car was represented properly. Cody Fitzgibbons handled the communications and assured me that the vehicle ran well and that he did drive it when I asked if he had personally driven it. Upon arrival, the vehicle had significantly more body damage than I was expecting (since none was mentioned) and the vehicle had an aftermarket exhaust that I was not made aware of before traveling four hours. The vehicle shook just while idling and was very loud from the exhaust, but not even like a good exhaust would sound as it cut in and out. In short, I traveled more than eight hours round trip with a lot of cash burning a hole in my pocket for a vehicle I would have never gone to look at had Cody represented it properly. Really disappointed with my experience. Im not sure if Cody was lying about having driven it (he claimed someone had just told him the car had an aftermarket exhaust but thats sure not something you dont notice when test driving it yourself) or if he was lying about whether the car drove well, but the fact of the matter is, I felt like honesty was withheld just to get me to come drive it, but it was a giant waste of my valuable time as a veterinary student.If youre considering purchasing from this dealership, or Cody specifically, Id highly recommend making them video the car being examined and driven before you waste your trip. I gave two stars because in person they were polite, but Im still extremely unhappy.
