Bad customer service, I pulled the plan I wanted off of crickets web page and she showed me a plan that was 10 dollars more for the exact same thing.. told me I was wrong and I showed her on the web site that she was wrong. I would recommend going to the store on 6th street, they agreed with the web site and answered my questions so I will be switching soon

Very rude and unfriendly staff. The two girls working weren’t wearing their masks when they were in the store working alone, but required that customers wear them or leave, even if they have a disability that prohibits them from wearing masks. So hypocritical, go anywhere but to this store!!!

I increased my review because they actually read it and responded. That shows they care about customers beyond just the purchase.

They need to train the staff. I get so tired of hearing Uh, I dont know or Just reset your phone to factory. Also why should long time existing customers pay $25 extra or full price for phone. I love the phone service and coverage but customer service not so much. Like I just bought my LG Harmony a year ago but they did not tell me there was a Harmony 2 being sent to the stores in a couple of days later. Had I known I would have waited and got the H2.

The girl was cleaning but she was on overload with the Awsome spray. I could hardly breath, and it has a strong lingering smell. Also. I think its unfair that existing customers have to pay full price, plus $25 activation fee for a new phone, especially when new customer can get the phones for about half price..They should either lower the price of the phone or exempt the activation fee.

We had Cricket for a long time. I went there for my sons phone then added mine. I purchased insurance in the beginning for my sons phone that we bought at Cricket. I did not add insurance when I put my phone on the account as they said I purchased it elsewhere and wouldnt be covered. Then my sons phone quit functioning and I turned it into the insurance which they denied as they said the insurance was on my phone. WTH. I was angry but then my phone had a problem so I thought I might as well make a claim and low and behold they tell me it wont cover a phone purchased elsewhere. Duh!! So I paid for insurance for over a year that was worthless. Also the barley trained staff were rude and one of them contacted me on social media which is totally unprofessional. I am back with Metro PCS and despite trying to save a few dollars with Cricket I actually list money and hated being there and dreaded going in there. Never again Cricket. You were named after a bug for a reason. Noone likes insects.

We visited all 3 locations over 2 days. The first night the staff was very disinterested and let me stand there waiting for assistance. Then they messed up my payment and entered it as cash. Then insisted I go get cash and come back. I didnt go back. The second day the highly disinterested staff at both locations barely gave me the time of day. 2 women in each of the 3 locations in Topeka. We went to Wal-Mart and got better CSR skills from an over worked employee there. I wont ever go back to any of the 3 cricket location in Topeka again.

We decided to come to this store since our wait at the other store was getting out of hand. We arrived here to activate 2 lines of service. When we got in, the rep was helping another set of customers, but it seemed more like a hangout session. I wouldnt know, because we never received a hello, welcome to Cricket, How can I help..nothing. It almost felt like we were intruding. All the rep did was glance at us and continue. We stood around awkwardly until finally walking out about 15 minutes later. I wont go back

Messed up my payment after adding a new line and 2 new phones went out of town and my phones got shut off! Very poor customer service from 1800 cricket when trying to get it fixed so they wouldnt get shut off!! Still not fixed... Not a happy customer
