Let me first say that when this store was open, and ONLY when the young man who manages another Boost location is there filling in for 2 days a week, (I wish I could recall his name, but he is wonderfully helpful) I had no real complaints other than the long long wait should there be other customers with only 1 employee. So far this young man is the only competent Boost employee I have had contact with. As of now, this store is never open during business hours. Once yesterday and twice today I have physically gone there. Doors locked. Dark inside. Other angry customers outside complaining as well. A sign on the door says the hours are noon to 6pm. Google shows 10am to 6pm. The neon lit OPEN sign in the store window is on despite the dark interior. No one is there. I understand that there is a shortage of staff in many places, but this is rediculous. My service is terrible, I wanted to upgrade in hopes that fixes the issue, and I dont have time or patience to be on hold with the overseas customer service people who read from a computer generated script with broken English and such thick accents that I cannot understand them. This creates a communication barrier which defeats the purpose of their employment, unless Boost just wants credit for having an actual human answer the phone but nothing more. They never understand the purpose of my call to begin with, transfer me multiple times, and finally end up accidentally hanging up, leaving their brick and mortar stores as my only viable option. Now, not even that is an option. I would not recommend Boost services or products as Boost is unable to deliver either but is quick and happy to take your money. Do yourself a favor and dont waste time with Boost

I would changed over my service to them; however, the requirement to pay for six months service. I only have my one disability check once a month. I cannot afford that!

I can honestly say that i was surprised at the level of professionalism I experienced in this store. Most carriers I have met with are always so pushy about what phone they want you to buy and what plans to get. But here I felt more comfortable making my own choices and the fact that the girl showed me all my options and took the time to explain them was amazing, she was nice, patient as well as helpful. I recommend seeing/talking to Jazmin when going to Boost Mobile.

The Nice Guy at north Topeka is always very helpful. He goes out of his way to help you understand. He represents Boost exceptionally. Love Boost in north Topeka Kansas.

I went into the store in north Topeka this evening because I was having issues transferring my music to my new device. The ladies in there were more than willing to help me and was able to successfully transfer my content 10/10 they were the bomb diggity.

I had the best experience here, the service is amazing and they always are there to help! They are always available to answer any questions you may have! 10/10 do recommend!
