The employees were helpful and suggestive but not pushy. They are always nice and professional. I like how they monitor the amount of people in the store, we did not wait long to enter and did not feel crowded. Theres a nice size selection of items for pretty much anyone

Its a hot topic. Not much of note about this location in particular.

You can tell the mall as a whole is going down but the selections at this Hot Topic seem to be dwindling lately and thats super disappointing. The service of the employees though is always incredible though. They ask questions and answer them when you ask. Theyre quick with recommendations and specials if they have any going on.

I dont know how to completely feel about this store. I love the styles, the collectables, and the staff are super friendly. I bought some jewelry from the store for around $10 each thing. I got a dragon earpiece and as soon as I put it in my ear, it snapped in half. The items are really expensive compared to the quality. When I got a pack of earrings, which were Ouiji Board themed, they turned my ears green and one of my piercings began to bleed. Their scrunchies are nice, and the clothes are nice (I got one of my favorite jackets there), but I wouldnt advise getting the earrings or anything that goes in your skin. Also, it can be a bit expensive, so make sure you know that its durable before you buy it.

They had a great selection of anime shirts and other geek paraphernalia.

Let me say Im old and I only go here because of my teenagers. That being said, my kids really like this store. Theres a lot of cool popular items here. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just go online if you need something from there.

Love to products but staff totally ignored me. 4-5 were standing around talking, maybe with a few customers but still...Im a customer too. Not from Topeka & my local in KC is much friendlier. 1 star because I like the products, 1 for the store being clean & 1 because I happen to like the song that was playing.

Appreciate the backpack buttons they have. Lots of options and always have some fun and good ones.

I love the items in the store and if you come at the right time of day the workers arent bad. Its just that they have awesome employees and then one that just dont seen to care. But overall Ill be back again just maybe not spending at much money

Hot topic is the best place to shop for all our weirdos out there!Only thing is its a bit expensive.

I placed an order on 12/16/2018 and it said if I did so before 12am it would be GUARANTEED to arrive by 12/24/2018!!! Guess what I wont get it till AFTER Christmas!!! Never shopping here again because I was lied to send will make sure to put this online and everywhere else I can think of!!!

Not really my kind of store BUT it is the place to go for awesome concert tees that look vintage! There is a lot of merch in this store with tons of variety.
