Staff is friendly but ever.changing. Always helpful. Often have good sales. Store is pretty cheery, clean and bright mostly. For actual health food store in Topeka lately this is about it. Hard for me to think how it could be improved except wish some of old staff was back as had become somewhat friends

I went aisle by aisle. I read labels. The layout of the store is consistent as I hadnt been in for over a year. I liked that when someone needed help, they gave a name of the person who was in the dept that was prepared to help the customer. Thats pretty classy. I had no doubt that if it were me who had questions, they would have been answered.

I love just going in this store and looking around. I know its impossible for them to know EVERYTHING but I wish the employees were a more knowledge about the products in the store. I do love the selections they offer and the prices arent horrible. They always have a beautiful display of produce!

Assistant Manager Carolee was unprofessional. Explained about not having adequate number of boxes. I casually pointed out a shopping cart full of boxes by the register. She replied in a snotty tone theyre full of product, if you want to go stock the shelves, you can have more boxes. Unbeknownst to me she crammed my bag of monk fruit, upside down into the box and popped the seal on it. It leaked all over my other ~ $100 dollars of groceries, thru the box, into the trunk of my car. Tolerating this poor customer service; leadership/management will eventually ruin a good company.

Definitely knew what products were carried. Finding a sales person was hard. Once did super easy! They know their products!!

Covid precautions. Had exactly what I needed. Great variety of products.

Of course, they have many things I cant find elsewhere, so thats great. They provide excellent customer service and that makes me happy and loyal!

Very nice. I take a supplement called Stone Free to help prevent kidney stones and thankfully I was able to find it at Natural Grocers. I had been driving to Lawrence to get it at Sprouts Market and now I know I can get it here in town. Yahoo! I believe I paid less than I was paying at Sprouts also which makes another plus.

I love this store. They have an enormous selection. The selection is great and the prices are fair. They often have great limited time deals and events and even have a rewards program. I always find new things to try as I’m shopping. I recently saw that they offer free themed nutrition classes, such as Keto 101, periodically and I cannot wait to check that out. Very clean store and helpful, knowledgeable employees. Clean, large parking lot that’s easy to get in and out of despite being in a busy area.

Always have what other stores dont have in stock as far as Supplements. Both employees were informative, sweet, and very cordial. 👏👏

Awesome and amazing place!! We were able to get our 2 dairy-free kids everything from pizza to cheese to ice cream to chocolate!! Our 5 yr old son is trying cheese pizza and m&ms Tonight for the 1st time ever!! Our daughter gets to enjoy peanut butter cups again for the 1st time in 2 yrs!! I am a very very happy momma!!!

First time I have ever been in this store. Went in looking for a specific hard to find item. They carry it. Walked out with that, some stuff that was on sell, a free shopping bag, a new membership and only spent 38 cents. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back.

I ordered a turkey from Natural Grocers early (put down money to hold it). I called a few days ago to see how I would go about picking it up, and the guy on the phone told me theyd bring it out around the back. I drove 40 minutes to pick it up, and I called when I arrived. The woman on the phone said Id have to go inside and pay the cashiers (though they have my cc info from the hold) and go to the back to pick it up. As someone with a compromised immune system, who has a baby with a compromised immune system, I cant do it. With all of my daughters allergies, this was the only turkey we could find that wouldnt harm her. Im so incredibly disappointed.

Pretty good. Always find some interesting things to try. They lose a star only because sometimes I go for 2 or 3 specific grocery items, and lately they are either out or really low on stock.On the plus side, produce usually looks fresh and full.

Man, they have neat stuff in here. Lots of tasty groceries. Sometimes crazy people go in here and try to spray bleach on the veggies. But when they do, they are met with swift justice.

Glad to see the store and most customers taking the health safety precautions seriously. They offer many items that are hard to find elsewhere. It makes them a bit pricier, but worth the trip.

Since they ran all the other similar stores out of business in Topeka I guess you get what you get. The staff are REALLY lazy and disengaged for the most part & items are VERY expensive as you can imagine.

This is the place to go for the best variety of organic and exotic foods in Topeka.

MY first experience at a Natural Grocers. Lovely place with decent produce prices. Meats are a bit more expensive but snacks and groceries are standard prices and I also notice NG has a ever expanding high standard and they are even implementing things like cage free only eggs from here forward. Companies like that get my attention AND keep my business and interest.

I love the organic fruit and veggie selection. They also carry my favorite chocolate brand that is made with Fair Trade chocolate. I like that I can come here and buy products and not worry about where they come from.

I am very glad thus place is here. They are stocked with all my specialty food needs.

I think that its expensive, but the quality of products and the helpfulness of staff members are excellent. I needed some assistance in finding an herbal preparation, and the young clerk was eager to walk me to the product, exchanging friendly comments along the way. Thats more service than I usually receive in so-called regular supermarkets. I like the store, and I have plans to visit there more frequently.

A lot of great quality items here, definitely healthy food but a lot of things are over priced making them inaccessible to those who are low income. Wish they were more price conscious because everyone deserves access to high quality healthy food.

Best selection in Topeka for organic foods and free range meat. Excellent prices compared to other places in the area that carry similar products, especially on eggs and seeds. The lady who helped me today went out of her way to help me find what I needed, which I really appreciated.

Just like any Natural Grocers, the Topeka location never disappoints. Staff is always helpful and available. Prices are fair and selection is bountiful.

The one place in Topeka I can find vegan products I enjoy and love. They have a friendly, helpful staff. The vitamins department is fully stocked. The bulk department has a diverse array of flours, seeds, nuts, and dried fruits.

Nice clean store that has almost everything under the sun there. The employees took their time to help me with questions and to find what I needed and explain what the benefits are to using certain products. Also this place reminds me of the small mom and pop stores that I went to as a child a nice cozy atmosphere.Wife is in HEAVEN when we shop here.

Due to the fact that Topeka doesnt offer a community mercantile or health-oriented grocer locally, this is the next best option. Specialty foods, bulk, organic, vitamins and homeopathic remedies and natural body care products. Hard-working knowledgeable staff are at least willing to help look for a solution. No plastic bags :)

Everything is all natural from nuts to meats, desserts, all ready made entrees and sandwiches. Hygiene and holistic medicines in abundance including stuff for your pets. Also carry the over hyped but must try beeswax candles:)

I wish this store was closer to junction City Kansas!! I love it though. Go there when I go to the Topeka Kansas PetSmart.

I know this sounds crazy but I got a pair of sandals that are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had in my entire life and I have had a long one. And my husband says to add and a lot of shoes! They are TELICS.

Not a very large assortment of foods. For as big as the building is, I expected more actual food. Yes, Theres a HUGE selection of vitamins & suppliments. But minimal food in general h fresh food in particular. The whole produce section is smaller than my apartment living room! The chilled produce section was 1 stretch on the wall about 10 feet long. And there was just 1 square section of room temp produce about 5x5. Aldis has more produce - bad produce, but still more selection.

Its a nice place. Quiet. The merchandisers do a great job setting the planograms.

Nice...go there for supplements...oat meal...etc..most of all their homemade peanut butter...excellent!!!

This store has a variety of healthy foods, supplements, and they cater to the Vegan community as well. The staff are very knowledgeable and always so willing to help.

Great selection and many many varieties, it can be a tad on the pricey side otherwise it would get a 5 star from me. They also have ppl there that will help you meal plan for free, this place is awesome!
