Awful experience, didn’t follow up with insurance for my DME item so went without it for a week longer than needed to then when I picked it up they set the price and tried a month later to get me to pay more. Manger was rude, said the staff that worked there that day no longer worked there and hung up on me. So now they are trying to get more money even though that was not the agreement when I picked it up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Apollo has been awesome to work with! From my first meeting with Katie who was so nice and made me feel comfortable with the company right off the bat! She was able to answer all my questions and explained the operation of my equipment so I understood. Harry brings me oxygen and alway is friendly and looks my machine over, asks if I have any questions or need any supplies. I forgot to call in my oxygen needs one time and he still came out that same day for me. Apollo staff and owners are simply the best!! Much different than the previous company I dealt with!! Call Apollo for all your respiratory needs, you won’t be disappointed!!!

GO TO CPAP SUPPLY. I was charged over 1200 dollars for a machine I could buy on Amazon for under 500. Not only that but the mask didnt fit well and I had to buy it. I had adjusted the machine myself because it was set too low. When I went in to get another mask to fit me they were rude and refused to provide me with one because I had turned my machine up by 2 points. Please just go to cpap supply. They have been more knowledgeable, professional, and make me feel actually cared for.

Katie was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. She answered our questions and suggested things to consider. She fully explained and helped me find the correct equipment. We really appreciated her detailed explanation of the use of the equipment, her suggestions of how to select the best equipment for my needs, her full and detailed explanation of the charges and the way it would be handled, and our responsibility, if any. for fees. She helped to made a rather stressful time more comfortable, which helped to make the first use of the equipment less stressful.
I called today to get a replacement face piece and cushion for my cpap. Its defective, it wont stay snapped together. They immediately got rude and argumentative. There were certain circumstances surrounding this situation. I just couldnt believe how rude they were. Not just one but three employees. Anyway I would definitely not recommend them. They were nice enough when they sent me the wrong supplies which made me have to wait but when they would have to replace something defective they werent as nice. And the lady tried to tell me Id have to pay for a new one. Thats not right. Ive already got my pulmonary Dr to send my records to another DME.

They adapted to my needs, and didnt harped on the things I already knew. They were able to help me find something that would work for my needs in conjunction with my PTSD, anxiety, and night terrors. It is still a learning curve but I am able to wear the device longer and longer each night. We all have bad nights so, yes, there are nights I just cant do more than 2-4 hours but we are working on it and it is getting, slowly, better each night.

They were very upfront and had the cost of the machine prepared and quoted to me prior to my appointment. I would definitely recommend Apollo Home Care for CPAP supplies.

My mother was ordered a cpap by her doctor. I came in with her when she received her equipment. A staff member named Laurie helped my mother she was very informative and patient. I just got a new CPAP machine from Apollo. I thought since we were in the middle of the pandemic it would be a hassle to get set upBut it was so quick and easy. My appointment was just in two days and Katie Day showed me how to use it and set me up with a mask. After inquiring at 2 other CPAP businesses, we didn’t hesitate in buying our machine from Apollo. This was all new to me and I didn’t really want a CPAP at all, but, Sam put me at ease with her thorough and patient explanations of the process. Way better experience that what Im used to! Live in Emporia but based on conversation with a friend came up and got my CPAP and supplies from them. John was able to fix me up and answer all my questions. So glad I decided to get my new machine through them!
I had to go to Apollo a few weeks ago. Harry helped me out and was so great. He handled my insurance claim and when my insurance didnt work out, he worked up a different plan for me.

They got me the equipment I needed and gave me basic.Information but were not able to answer questions beyond the standard presentation. The presentation included a film which the staff said was outdated. They were polite but came across as just wanting to be done with me. If you are new to sleep apnea and need anything beyond just getting equipment I recommend you find another place. This is based on two visits.
