Ruptured my Achilles. Rented a knee scooter from this place. Somehow my scooter seat broke in half. They offered to bring it to me at work. Great customer service matters to me. It also helps that they have the best rates in comparison to the competitors. I am sooo grateful!!

My issue was minor in temporary. I wanted a knee scooter due to an ankle injury. these guys provided me a knee scooter for $60 for 4 weeks, while a competitor offered me the same scooter for $85 for 3 weeks. I cannot speak on issues I know nothing about, but I recommend to anyone to check out this place before making a decision.

Im very impressed with the service at the 29th St. Location. They have a very caring and understanding staff. I have never met anyone more pleasant and caring as Missy. I highly recommend them.

Not sure who staff was today but my husband went in and they WERE VERY UNHELPFUL and rude and when he said so told him to get out so we did went down the street to CPAP SUPPLIES AND SERVICES at 28 and Gage they were great and glad to have our business so got it plus told us several things that Breathe had said that were not true. WONT GO BACK TO BREATHE AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHY

Used to think this was a top notch outfit until my CPAP power cord went out Saturday night. Called the number Sunday mid morning and apparently being able to breathe at night isn’t enough of an emergency to warrant them helping on the weekend. I was told I had to go into the retail store on Monday morning. Now I get to start the week off with very little sleep Saturday or Sunday night. NEVER buying anything from them again!!!! They do NOT take care of their customers in an emergency!

Friendly, personable, & helpful. Offer times to check equipment. RT person is top notch.

I love coming in the store, the staff is always friendly and available to help me with all my needs. The on-site Respiratory Therapist gives great recommendations on CPAP masks and other equipment. I enjoy that she takes time to get to know my preferences to find the best mask fit

They have always been most professional and have met my needs!

They dont know how to bring you oxygen on time
