Less than zero stars if possible. If you do business with them they will never cease harassing you with Texts, emails, phone calls and mailings. I have been harassed by this company for 1 year with emails, phone calls and mailings. I returned my equipment and thought that would have stopped. I then continued to get supplies and called and said they would turn my account off. I still was receiving email and texts so last October I called to get off their list after attempting to Unsubscribe. That was a nightmare. I think it only got worse. They make you call a phone number that was a pool company in Tuscon. Those people were just as fed up as I am. I have called 7 or more times with supervisors, managers and whomever to get the stuff to stop coming. I have been assured the marketing would stop.I have received a mailing from them today. Will it ever go away? Stay tuned!
Apria Healthcare, i cant say enough about them. They are a good company to deal with. It sounds to me like a certain J owes Apria an appology, it wasnt their fault it was his for not keeping his information updated with them.
I will never use Apria healthcare again, the billing department is terrible. I ordered Cpap supplies and received a bill for the full amount saying insurance didn’t cover anything. I called the billing department and they said the insurance company told them my insurance had been terminated. I said no, it for sure had not been and tried to get details on what insurance company they had submitted it to. They verified the insurance company on file and said I would have to call my insurance company and have them contact Apria. Called my insurance company and they had no record of a claim ever being submitted. A week later I get a statement in the mail from an old insurance company that I had over 3 years ago saying Apria had tried to submit a claim with them. 🤬. Called Apria billing back and they have no idea how that happened, they will re-submit to my correct insurance company. Never again, I will now do business with a local pharmacy with no bs runaround.
Go literally anywhere else for service. Awful customer service. So far they have said one thing and done another. It is extremely hard to get ahold of someone to ask questions about billing options. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Apria Healthcare.

I received a call that the only part I could understand was Apria Healthcare. I called the local number only to be connected with their customer service center and a rep who was all but impossible to understand. After giving them my last name three times she asked a fourth and I responded are you kidding me. Oh I meant your birth date, which I had already entered just to get to this point. I asked for the local number -- they refused to give it to me, then said I would get a call back inabout five business days. I havent had this bad of service from any company in quite sometime and I suspect it will get worse.
Terrible experience on the phone. Called the local number and got rerouted to who knows where. Rep could not give me a local number, could not setup an appointment, was unable to communicate without a script. Will not go back.
Fast, friendly service whether in person or on the phone. Knowledgeable staff.
This company deserve 0 Stars, complete waste of time and energy to try to spend money with this place!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Customer service is a complete joke. They barely speak english and will transfer or hang up on you if they dont have the correct answer for your question.
I have a Resmed Cpap and the main unit quit working 3 months out of warranty. They took care of me at no cost. They could not have been nicer.
Their service is a joke. There is always an issue. Drivers are rude.
ANYTIME you have an issue always contact the local branch they will help you as much as they can with any issues. :)
