Terrible customer service. Absolutely don’t care about their clients. I have been put on hold over and over for AN HOUR WHILE THEY DIDNT even know what I wanted. How many times I had to repeat myself to themSAVE yourself THE HASSLE find a shop that cares. They are thieves. They take as much money as they can from you and then they take their sweeet time. I have been told to wait 4-5 weeks for 3800$ of damage. Can you believe that? They’re so backed up that they don’t care about who they gain or lose. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully. Just passed around while they try to figure whats going on. Absolutely ridiculous. Shame on you guys for not telling people how busy you are before they sign paperwork. Also shame on you guys for putting me on hold over and over for hours while I. Have to run a huge company. Disrespectful as can be

I was referred to Caliber Collision by my cousin. Im so happy I listened to her! Caliber Collision took control of my insurance claim and made this an effortless process. My service rep, Pete, understood this was a stressful situation and was patient in answering all of our questions. Pete updated us on a daily basis and ensured us everything would be ok. When I saw our car for the first time after the accident, it brought tears to my eyes. The car looked brand new - they even waxed the car and my rims! Who does that! I feel blessed to have Pete as my service rep and 100% satisfied with the work from Caliber Collision. Thank you very much!

I took my vehicle for repairs at Caliber collision and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and care I received. As soon as I walked in everyone present was very welcoming. Jessica assisted me with my repair process and throughout the time my vehicle was at the shop she kept me updated. She was very friendly and very professional. They gave me my vehicle back before the scheduled repair date and I was extremely happy about that. They did a great job with the repairs. All I can say is I totally recommend Caliber collision. I am very disappointed at my service at this Caliber Collision location. My past experience at a different location had been great. When I came into my appointment I had to wait about 15 minutes before I was helped. After I had dropped off my car, I called on the estimated day of completion to check on the status of my car. The front desk receptionist told me my advisor was running late so she could check it for me and call me back in an hour. The call never came so I called back and was put on hold for at least 20 minutes. She informed me that my car will be done that day but they were going to be closed so I will have to pick it up on Monday. On Monday today I called to check and the receptionist again told me that she will call me back within an hour. She did not call back so I called her again and was put on hold again for about 20 min. she informed me my car should be ready around 1-2PM. The service advisor later called me and said there had been a mixed up and my car was not going to be ready afterall till the next day. The overall service has been a very bad experience and the receptionist kept making promises that she could not keep.

I have gone to Caliber Collison in Torrance a couple of times due to my car being in an accident and have received excellent service both times. My car looks brand new!! They call and give you status updates frequently. Paul has helped me both times but everyone is extremely helpful and friendly when you go in. So if you need a reputable and honest repair shop this is the place to go!!

Fantastic experience with Caliber Collision of Torrance! The work included bodywork repair and repainting of a rear bumper. The quality of work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. The staff was professional and courteous, and the process/logistics were quick and simple. Highly recommend this provider.

Simple bumper cover repair was not done properly. Gap varied from 1 - 5 mm over a few inches in waves. The re-do took an extra week. Not one sorry or apology ever given. Complete fail. The redone job was satisfactory.

Caliber has always been there for us if we had a bump or a scratch to our vehicles. They have recently updated there customer service experience with informed a detailed text messages about the progress of your vehicle and they even finished ours earlier than expected. The customer service was fantastic. I would use them again.

I had to have vandalism repaired and Caliber in Torrance did a great job! Not only was the repair fixed well and on time, I was most impressed with their customer service. They went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be on time after dropping off my car, and even helped me return the rental car when the repair was complete. I hope my car never needs repair again, but if it does, I will definitely go back to Caliber in Torrance!

This was my first time dealing with a hit/run situation and Caliber Collision in Torrance made the stressful and daunting situation soooo comfortable for me! They walked me through the complicated-to-me insurance process and made it so seamless for me, and even had my car repaired EARLY! Had to replace the front bumper & fender liner and evaluate further damage and I was only without my car for 4 whole days. Shoutout to the woman at the front desk for all of her help!!!! Definitely coming back here if I’m ever in this unfortunate position again.

I am blown away with the customer service provided to me at CC. I took my car there after another car backed into the side of my parked car. Jessica, my case manager was so thorough, kind and really took care of me. She called me every time there was an update and made sure I understood everything. When she returned my car to me, my jaw dropped as I swore it looked like a brand new car! When I had dropped it off, it was dirty from not being driven much, and when I got it back it was clean/detailed on the inside. What made me love this company more is that they took care of a lot of the correspondence with the other person’s insurance and made things very easy for me. Jessica made my unfortunate accident into a wonderful experience. My family and I will never go to another body shop; we are a Caliber Collision family for life.

Caliber Collision repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. The work done by Caliber Collision is top-notch, my car is only a few months old so I was worried that it wouldnt look the same, but after receiving the car I couldnt tell the difference between the original and what was repaired. Repair was excellent but customer service was horrendous. No one called to update about the car. I had to call fir updates even though I was assures I would be receiving updates.

The car was not totally fix back to its normal pre-accident state. The Torrance location is horrible. They took my spare tire out and didnt even tell me...why, when the a damage was done to the front of the vehicle. Customer Service agent Paul has no clue of the daily operation and he is a hustler. He just tells you what he thinks you want to hear. Stay away from the Caliber Torrance location. Run!

Great customer service. They did a great job on my repair and my car was washed clean I got it back.

Its always been tough dealing with this place. They seem very nice and organized at first, until they give your car back with obvious problems. When you go back in to point out the problems, you get heavy sighs and pushback. Theyd rather convince you it was your problem. The last time I used Caliber (trusting them to not screw up the job) they gave the car back to me with a rough and loud exhaust sound that was not hard to miss when you rev the engine up. The engine was not aligned with the exhaust due to broken motor mounts. Why did it take me, an untrained person to notice and point out such a fundamental problem? At first they tried to say the car was fine and it took me convincing to get the guy to actually come ride in the car. Every time Ive used them something really stupid happens like this.

Our family cars have been in multiple accidents recently. First a mechanic wrecked my husbands truck during test drive, next a young man crashed his motor bike into my parked SUV and then another car backed into my husbands parked truck. You can understand our frustration with each of these events but Caliber Collision made the situation less painful and made the wait worth while because each time our vehicles came out looking better than when we bought them! This office will always make you feel welcome and comfortable. The quality of their work is immaculate! 10 STAR REVIEW

I called about getting an estimate and the girl I talked to was rude. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back someone else answered and apologized and told me to come in for an estimate. When I arrived about 20 minutes later the rude girl I had originally spoken to told me I needed an appointment for an estimate. When I informed her the other person I spoke to said to come right in, she had an attitude and reluctantly got an estimator. He was extremely polite and helpful and took care of the estimate in about 10 minutes.

The repair was not acceptable looks like they never repaired the metal properly on the door jam or the bond and primer was not applied right looks so bad like its a crumpled paper, told me to go back twice and never fix the problem. I never went back they are wasting my time like they are the only one working. Very unprofessional. Lots of parts missing and they made me buy the parts and go back to them to show the receipts when it should be their job and worst part the person name Abby incharge never followed up on my refund made me go there twice and she never returns any of my many calls. I only got my refund after 2 months not after i spoke with the manager. They do a sloppy job and in a hurry to have your car out of their shop.

Some people have good experiences here, but I didnt. They didnt keep their appointment time with me (that they made) and they missed key details on my repair estimate.I came here for a 2nd quote on an insurance repair and had an appointment at 1pm. When I arrived, the front office was empty and nobody came out or acknowledged me for at least ten minutes. Then a tech came out finally, took me outside to assess my vehicle and take photos. He told me the tech who does quotes for my insurance company was on his lunch and not available, so I wouldnt be able to get the quote in hand before leaving. They scrambled to find someone else who could write the quote for me. She came out and introduced herself, and then went in the back to write it.45 minutes later (I was still waiting in the lobby) the original tech who does my insurance had come back from his lunch, took me outside, and started going over my vehicle and taking pictures again. He went in the back to write my quote and came out with it five minutes later.When I went over it at home, I found out his quote is $500 cheaper than the first quote I got due to him missing a couple of key details (i.e. not replacing certain parts that were damaged).An appointment that should have taken 15 minutes wasted over an hour, as if I dont have better things to do.I dont trust the quality of work here. If their mechanics are anything like their appointment and estimate people, the car probably wont get fixed right. I will not be using them for the repair.

I have a 2015 Dodge dually and they said that they cant handle a job that i was paying cash to get repaired they wanted me to claim it on insurance so they can charge twice as much.. this place is a scam

Came to them with a simple door repair and painting. They fixed the door, but scratched the window from inside and outside, the window opened with strange noise. Came second time, fixed the noise and gave me the car dirty with white powder and oil finger marks inside. In their defence, they offered to change the glass, but I dont want to change the original glass as a second buyer will think that there was a big accident. Abby was helpful, but those scratches remind me about horrible experience everyday.

Repaired medium damage to my Ford Fusion. Referred through USAA insurance.Great job with the repairs. I do a lot of the work myself on cars, so Im really picky about bodywork and paint matching. Both were flawless, and my Fusion is a hard color to match. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and kept me informed of the cars progress. It was ready when they said it was, and all insurance paperwork was taken care of. Management and front desk employees were freindly and informed.Cant imagine a better experience.

These people do not get back to you. Set up 5 appointments with Eric/k and have not received a quote, no call backs, and have not seen me on the appointments scheduled. I gaved up on them.
