They were friendly and worked fast for my car to be ready today.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I paid $219 to get a noise fixed that was coming from my wheels and the mechanic could not fix it but tried replacing the brakes. I even brought my car to the shop 3 different times and the problem still wasn’t fixed. When I asked for a refund, the man at the desk said “I can’t just give out refunds, I’m not the owner” as if this was a joke. Stay away from this repair shop guys, these people lack experience and moral decency.

Ive been coming here since 2018, usually I come in for oil changes because theyre close to my work. But theyre not just conveniently located, they are one of the best around! Theyve worked on my vehicles spark plugs, fixed my A/C, and replaced my brakes. They are honest and thorough in explaining exactly whats going on with your vehicle. When you pick your car up, they give you a rundown on your cars current health as well as observations they noticed for future visits. Everyone is so warm and friendly, (especially Kathy)! Highly recommend them!

They are great, fast, honest, no fluff and you dont even have to think twice about the price cause they have already given you the best price. They close early but that just mean we get the car back earlier.

Larry, David, and Paul, helped me out of a jam when I blew a tire down the road. They helped me when I had no cash on me. These guys are the real deal and would recommend anybody to this shop.

I found this shop a few months back and I honestly never felt more welcomed and a home town feel and they honestly care about you and your car and not just trying to make a fast buck. Super upset! I brought my vehicle in for a brake inspection, the person working on my vehicle was very unprofessional, rude, and was acting like he was in a hurry to leave. I was told that it was going to cost me $2,500 dollars to fix my breaks. So I could not afford that and told them to put my car back together and I left without getting it fixed. I head out on my trip and end up getting a flat tire on the back driver side. In the process of trying to change the flat tire and put the spare on I run into three cross threaded lug nuts. I would not be able to get the lug nuts off and I had to call a tow truck for help. The tow truck driver starts to take the lug nuts off and brakes three of my studs because they were all cross-threaded. Due to the lousy job there technician did is costing me hundreds of dollars to get my tire changed. If you have an option to take your car or any other place please do.. this was the worst experience Ive ever had with an auto repair company!!

This is a repair shop that I take my work being vehicles to. I have only used them a few times but the way I have been treated I will be coming back. I had a vehicle that I wanted inspected to see everything that was wrong with it and when we decided not to go through with the repairs they did not charge us for the inspection. It was something that I was not expecting as I was quoted a cost for the inspection. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anybody in the Torrance area.

Im a guy who has rebuilt 3 engines, replaced 2 transmissions, and maintains all my vehicles. I found this place about 25 years ago. They corrected a problem with my Porsche that even the dealer said couldnt be fixed. I even drove from San Diego to get alignments and other services. Ive gone to a handful of other sloppy places for convenience. But seriously, I havent fond another service center that could even touch these folks at Torrance Auto Repair.

Like many of the people who have written reviews, this place scammed me for a lot of money. Went in for a tire alignment and they had me sign the dotted line with a small quoted price then after they took my car for three hours, they call me and tell me they are finished with the repairs and that the total is $1k+. I didnt consent to getting these repairs done and they wouldnt let me have my car back until I paid AND the repairs werent done well, the check engine light is still on and the car still runs awfully. They practically did nothing to it. Awful place, terrible prices, friendly people is the only upside, but they will find anything wrong with your car, or even break something themselves while doing a routine check to get you to pay extremely high amounts of money for their service.

Went in for a brake job and came back a week later due to brakes malfunctioning. 3 days have past since there warranty work and now Im on the side of the road again for brakes. $1800 and they cant fix simple drum brakes. Worthless shop and rude.
