This location has great customer service. I called in a couple weeks ago for internet service and Beatriz was very kind to assist me. She clearly explain all the great service and good prices that would best fit me and my family. She was very patient with explaining and answering any questions I had. After a few days and few visits at my more familiar AT&T stores (that I’ve been going to for years); there was conundrum regarding my account. The issue could not be resolved. I decided to visit an AT&T location near my new place of employment. Low and behold, Andrew took care of everything, even cleaned up my account and overall, the monthly outlook is much better. Let’s just say that this is my new home AT&T, even if it’s an hour away from home.Update 8-26-2021: So I have finally returned. I’ll be honest, I first looked for the agent from my previous visit, just because for me it’s a respect thing I guess. But no worries, this location is elite. I had to take care of a couple issues that were hovering over my head for some time now. I made sure to be patient and visit this location because I trust this store. Still near my job, still an hour drive from home, but still well worth it. A great thank you to Nate! He took care of my issues, answered all my questions, and I left the store as a fully satisfied guest.

I was told if I signed up for autopay I was going to get $50 off every bill. But the rep lie!! You have to have autopay and paperless billing. So I never got the $50 iff

Too start my experience in the store was great as the representative helped my mother with all her needs and set up her new phone, thanks! It was until I was on my way out that they asked me for this “google review”. I am huge in customer satisfaction but as a manager at a restaurant and theatre you are NEVER supposed to ask for Yelp reviews and “google reviews”. I went today to get help to transfer my samsung phone to a new samsung phone I got and the guy didnt even bother asking what my name was and look up my account - ive had AT&T since it was Cingular way back when and this is how you treat long time customers... even a new customer I would expect better service. And, I waited at the door fir 7 min and not even any of the two guys who were already with customers bother to say someone will be right with you... it was only when I looked at my phone to see how long Id been waiting that the security guy said theyll be right with you keep waiting here. So I waited to hear they guy say, our internet is too slow and not sure how long it will take, nor explain to me about going from 4G to 5G and if that will affect my plan, so pretty much sent me home to do it from home and said that it is all wireless now, seriously! And to keep my phone charging, and that just follow the prompts. I asked then AT&T will know I got a new phone right?! He said yes, thats it! Seriously, what if I wasnt tech savvy, what if I mess something up?! Oh geez! I have been going to this South Bay AT&T Store now for maybe 16 years, Ive gone because theyve always been great, friendly, helpful and today, Sunday, 4/18/2021 between 1 and 2pm I get this! SMH, very disappointed not sure if I will continue to go there again. So sad! That, actually is not good customer service at all. He could have even taken the opportunity to sell me accessories, or a new plan, or talk to me about the Direct TV etc., but he didnt even want to touch my new phone which was still in a closed box, nor help me transfer my info from old to new - nothing, absolutely nothing just said I can do it myself from home, seriously! SMH, so sad😭

Upgraded my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 12 mini, JT was very accommodating and helpful. I had a very pleasant and no hassle experience! He even helped with transferring data from my old phone. Everyone in the store was really personable and I’m so happy with my new phone!

If I could rate this store and my experience 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I should have never considered going back to AT&T. I worked for AT&T in management for over 10 years so I am very familiar with the process.I went into the store to transfer my lines. When the rep realized I had a business, of course they wanted to put it under that. You know those CRU lines are important to a stores metrics, and typically you can get a better deal. The whole process was a mess. They needed to get a business manager involved for deposit waivers, which took longer than it should, devices took over 2 weeks to arrive, I was promised a $750 gift card, $150 per line activated credit, waived activation fees, and a $150 credit for the next 3 months. When I asked the business rep about, she had no idea and I was told that much be something the store is offering, which was not the case. The phones finally arrived and before any where activated as I had already made the decision I was going to return these, they charged my card for $162 of a bill for service I have NEVER HAD!!!! I call to find out as the store manager doesnt even have the decency to call me when his rep said he would, and come to find out that there are 3 already active lines on my account which were activated WITHOUT MY PERMISSION which is FRAUD!!! All devices are being returned and I am disputing all changes. But I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, no call from the manager if youve requested one and lines added to your account without your knowledge. I know first hand that I am not the only one who has had this experience as I over heard while in the store a women that was promised a credit monthly to her account for trading in her old device and upgrading but the rep had never told her she had to change her plan.

This review is for the AT&T store in Torrance. We’ve had a long standing issue with AT&T corporate since we signed up for new service. We have called multiple times and finally went to our local store where we originally traded in our phones. Liz, the store manager, was stellar! She reviewed the notes so we didn’t have to retell our story for the 100th time. She called the corporate office and corrected our account after almost 7 months of being charged incorrectly. She was patient and extremely helpful. We highly recommend Liz- thank you!!
