At first they told me wait for 30 mins and then when I ask them they said 2 hours. You have to have a better customer service or add your personel there

Horrible! I advise you not to go there and choose another place. I went there for my appointment. There was no line but I had to wait for 20min outside so one lady told me she will check me in in the system and they will call me when it’s mu turn. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I left the place after one hour of waiting! Fortunately it is not the only phone carrier...
Went in to pay off my s10 and trade on for s21 and sales person wouldnt do it. Kept yammering it wasnt worth it,, my trade was worth more than trade in value. Told him several times I didnt care but would not listen. Left in DISGUST!
So far not the best experience. I lifted up a phone and the alarm went off, I just want to feel the size. The manger came up to me and just told me to put it down. And not say let me get a phone from the back that you can hold... I have been waiting for 20 minutes and because they are on comission they are making me wait till the sales person gets here.
Terrible customer service, they wont let you talk or ask any questions. Dont waste your time, they will just refer you to their customer support phone.
Called before coming here to see if they had cases for the phone because I realized they dont make many. Specifically asked for the person to make sure it was the FE model cases. I was reassured they had a few options, nothing there when I arrived
Wow! I have an entirely new opinion about mobile stores after the service I received today. For years Ive avoided going into any mobile store and instead just did changes to my account via the customer care phone line. Today Rosie did a great job of adding the line I wanted to add without trying to sell me stuff I didnt want to buy. She even gave me her card to text her so that she could complete the final number port without needing to go back in. Just above and beyond customer service!
Went in, got a phone, got out. Unbelievable that a new phone at the cell store took less than three hours.Michael was great! He was quick and efficient, knew all of the specifics of the deal of which I was taking advantage, and he even put on another clients tempered glass screen protector while I was there - perfectly done.A very good corporate store, in my opinion.
Extremely amazing customer service from Brenda! She made it very easy for my family and I to switch carriers from Sprint to T-mobile. Very helpful workers!
They really take the time to make it personal here and treat me well. They can take an overwhelming process and make it feel so easy and not difficult. If youre in the area and considering a switch or to save some money, T-Mobile is the way to go.
They need more education and knowledge
Quick, professional, courteous, everything other cell phone companies are NOT. T-Mobile, their reps and their plans are head and shoulders above any other cell phone company, and Ive tried most of them.I actually look forward to it when I need to go into the store.Why anyone still does business with other cell phone companies when T-Mobile has the best plans, attitude and service is utterly baffling to me!But hey, the competition is good for all, so whatever.
We went to T-Mobile to switch providers (previously with sprint) and to buy a new phone. Sam helped us and he was so accommodating! He answered all our questions and was so patient! I highly recommend this location and Sam!
Good customer service
Usually I am amazed by T Mobile and always am satisfied, but this store was HORRIBLE. I went to buy two phones, but the wireless data wasnt working for one. I went back, only to see all the employees sitting at the charging table on their phones! When I got help, the employee that helped me instantly started working on the phone without telling me what she was doing! It still wouldnt work, in the end, I had do go to another T Mobile which had much better service. How can a T Mobile be like this?!

I went in to pay my bill and told associate that I wanted to buy and get a new phone showed him that I had a crack phone and was excited to get a new phone because I just got paid yesterday he didnt seem interested in selling me a phone I could have an ask him questions instead of him trying to sell me a phone and then I would ask him can you tell me the difference between the phones the details of the phones is there any other deals on phones... wasnt helpful at all
Opened a little late, but excellent service inside. They set my wife & I up with a local SIM (we were traveling) quickly.
Nice store, solid employees. Saturdays are busy, but each customer is greeted and they work quickly and efficiently.
I live about 6 miles away from this store, which may not seem like a lot but there is a Tmobile down the street from me and i always pick this location over any other location in South Bay. You guys are great, everytime i go in my problem gets resolved, amazing customer service. Just went it right now with a broken screen protector, and they switched it out for me even though i had to order it through the company. 10/10 definitely go to this store for all your Tmobile needs :D

The worst costumer service. All the employees were in their cellphones, even the manager of the store not paying attention at all. One guy help me with my doubts but as I said, he was doing it without any good mode.

Everyone there had been really nice and accommodating. They made aure we got every discount available to us. They have called us 2 times in a week. Once to make sure my phone was cover for the bogo. They were nice enough to hold our phones from our previous carrier, for a week to make sure everything transfer and then called us to make sure we came and swiped the phones so we didnt get charged. Thank you T-Mobile on PCH & Anza you made the transition smooth and pain free 📲📱🥇💖👨🏽💻😁
