This is a very very poorly ran Verizon Store with a store in this region you would think that they would have top notch service!! But they dont. With the poor attitudes and lack of knowledge of even the products in the store on top of elderly entrapment making them spend more or acquire services not needed. I will report the sales associates there 5 in total from two different days with the same poorly trained staff. On top off not following CDC guidelines no one there cleaned or sanitized anything in the store not the glass nor the show floor phones while multiple customers touched the floor demos not did they have gloves or practice six feet. Location W280001 need to be investigated promptly by the health department and the corporate headquarters DONT WASTE YOUR π°π°π° YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.....

This locations staff arent the most friendly, but to their credit theyre always really busy. Also, I know that despite being busy Ill be out of there in under an hour which was the case on Thursday, May 13th. Went in to get an in-network tablet and I was out in less than 45 minutes with EXACTLY what I wanted. The guy who helped me was professional, fast and efficient and I appreciated that he respected my selection and didnt try to push any other more expensive products on me.

I was sent one place to check on my charger for my tablet, but the salesman left me. I tried to ask him a question and realized he disappeared.
Long wait and the staff member obviously didnt even know about their products..He seemed confused
I had went in to purchase a phone that came out the week prior. When I got there they informed me that they didnβt have it in stock, but they checked and another store had 2 in stock in a nearby city. I asked them to call the other store to confirm that and he assured me they had it. I ended up driving almost 40 to be told that the 1st store I went to shouldβve placed the order to save it and that they didnβt have it in stock or received any calls regarding that.
They were not helpful and told me to call customer service. When you go to a retailer you expect to leave satisfied. Irritating after being a 20 year customer.
I had a great experience today (July 4). I had stopped by the store yesterday afternoon & the line to get in was very long so I tried again at store opening today. No line, I was able to go in with my 9yo daughter despite the βone customer at a timeβ policy. I appreciate how the store didnβt include children in the policy, as I have had poor experiences before with other stores not allowing me in with my kids.I was helped by Jesus who was incredibly kind, professional and helpful the whole hour I was at the store. He helped me with a new SIM card and advised me of a cheaper plan I could go with, as well as pointing me to where to enroll in a military discount. I am very happy with my visit today and especially with how my phone is now fixed!

Bought an LG phone back in August and had to return it because they couldnt get my phone number put on that phone. We spent $766 cash and we were told we would get the refund by check sent to our address in 1-2 weeks. Its been 5 months now and we cant get ahold of the store and customer service wont give us any real information even though weve spent hours on the phone over the months. They basically cheated us out of $766. Its been absolutely ridiculous. I wouldnt shop here ever again, theyll cheat you out of money. Im still waiting for them to make it right.

What should have been a nightmare turned into a great experience. Soley by the work of Christian and John I went from disgruntled to extremely satisfied. Great customer service and amazing technical work. They both worked tirelessly on my issues while simultaneously taking care of other customers. Its a shame that both these giants Verizon and AT&T partner with phone manufacturers and capitalize the customer base and not make switching easy. Once you have a device from one or another, unless you buy a new phone, you cannot port over for most older phones.
Frank was very helpful. Went in for a screen protector and he helped me fix my chrome app. Love the extra customer service. He was nice n willing to help. The customer he helped before me was very rude n yelling and he handled him professionally. Even heard the customer apologize. Frank is great

My girlfriends iPhone was acting up and she brought it in to get checked out. They told her that her memory was full, yet they couldnt find a solution to freeing up memory.She took it to an independent shop down the street and she had to pay just so they could fix it. Smh.Verizon costumer service is useless.

Iβm a Verizon customer for long time and this was my preferred place. However with the bad experience me and my wife had last Friday 6-12-2020 I would think twice, my wife and I we were planing to make an upgrade to my son phone to buy a iPhone 11 and iPad the guy (customer associate)told us one customer at a time I thought can not be possible so we waited 5 minutes then was my turn my wife and I tried to get in at the same time the guy told us no no one customer at the time so I explained what was are idea to make an upgrade iPhone 11 and buy an iPad and me and my wife have to be agreed. I canβt be inside and my wife wait outside then I go outside then she can go in? As we making the purchase as a couple... I understand the situation with covid19 so any way at the end we went to Carson store, we were available to do the upgrade,purchase the iPad,. Torrance store should be close for good .. I expect an apologies from Verizon .

Very crowded and told me a 35 - 40 minute waitAsked why I was there and I said to change plan. Asked for phone number and ID and within 35-40 seconds i got a call and got everything done in about 10 minutes.Very happy I didnt have to wait

After checking AT&T, Tmobile, Sprint and a few other A n d some online options Verizon was HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST DEAL. Considering customer service and what ever else, no one came close to Verizon! So Kudos to Russell.
Tried to get a new battery for my phone. All they wanted was me to buy a new phone. I brought the battery someplace else, and my phone works great.

Good location with plenty of parking. I stopped in to buy a case for the Pixel and they had them in the back so I had to wait for the salesperson to bring them out in a basket. Thats a little strange. Its a big place so I dont see why they cant display all their accessories out where its easier to browse.

My regular Verizon store closed so had to locate another.... No parking, then FINALLY get into the store and they told me it would be a 30-40 minute wait to get a screen protector for my phone!!! SERIOUSLY? TODAY, Verizon sucks... Hopefully this is not indicative of the future Verizon... SORELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I have been to this store multiple times (I had a Note 7 twice) and have only been unhappy with the help offered once. The vast majority of the staff is awesome and very patient with tech challenged people like me.
The guy who helped us today (Oak) actually made it a pretty good /fast experience. I dont like the store layout though.

Just went in to buy a car charger and when I questioned the price because virezon website has a lower price I was told of I needed a cheaper charger to go to Wal-Mart. I asked to speak to the manger the sales person tried to keep me from talking to a manger I had to ask again. The manger had no clue why the difference in between the chargers and refused to honor the lower price. I called the corporate number and was able to resolve my issue.

The guy who severed me today was so much inpatient... He did answer my questions but not clear enough, and somehow his tone was like pushing me to decide quickly so he can get out quickly. I would like to say ... if you feel tired or dont like to server people, go HOME or quit this job that is not fit to you. People are coming for good service with Verizon not coming for attitude service with you.
I experienced an unnecessary, unwarranted and serious loss by visiting this store. The salesperson at this Torrance Verizon Wireless told me there was no choice left with my failing Samsung 5 phone except to do a factory reset. Id told him I did not know what was and was not backed up. He still insisted the reset was the only choice left and without asking my consent, pressed the reset button. (Later that day 2 Samsung techs at Best Buy told me that their diagnostic software showed that a reset would do nothing to solve my phones problem, that the problem was with my screen.) The Verizon salesperson did not make any attempt to determine if my memos and texts or anything were backed up.I soon discovered that only the last 3 months of texts were backed up, the others gone for good. I permanently also lost my many important to my work memos. Once the Verizon salesperson saw his reset corrected nothing he abruptly walked away and disappeared without notice commenting Id have to log back into my email accounts. During this whole worrisome process, the salesman kept trying to sell me a new phone and tablet. I gave two instead of one star to this store because the manager treated my complaint about the salesperson with respect.
Took too long for everything 4 hours one day then another 4 hours the next time just to change my account...they done have access to Verizon. We could do the same at home .now Im stuck for 2 years afther that Im done with this company all I get is a sorry maybe next time NO fix it verizon

Do not buy their recommended products. They had me purchase a screen protector for the S8+ which came off 5 days later and cracked upon landing. I called them promptly and told them the situation. Its not in pieces, just cracked. They said They would not refund it. Absolutely ridiculous. The screen protector was $49!! Not getting my return business nor that of my friends. Shame on you!

My contract is up on Tuesday, and I was especially looking forward to getting an upgrade on my device because the front of my iPhone is broken. Today is Saturday. The people at this location told me there was nothing they could do about it. Is that how they show that they value me as a customer of 16 years? I left and called Verizon. They were surprised to hear that the people at the store responded that way. They suggested that I go to Best Buy, and thats how I got my new device 2 days before my contract was up. I dont understand why I had to go to a third party to take care of the situation. The people at this store need training on customer service and learn some problem-solving skills beginning with how to better respond to customers problems and how they can keep a loyal customer satisfied.

It had to worst experience at this store, I was there for 2 hours trying to upgrade my phone and the sells rep who was helping me was clueless on how to do it. During the 2 hours that I was there, I was told that the manager was in the bathroom and after that he was in a meeting. The store had 9 other employees, but none of them ever bother to help their coworker and for about 15 minutes 7 of them were watching a football game on a tablet until another customer walked in. If you have the option of using another Verizon store, I would strongly suggest that vs being insulted by bunch of youngsters.

I am so disappointed with their service. I have a Samsung 3 and I use my phone as my main business tool. I went to them with an emergency (battery was not charging) and the guy at the store told me I had to make an appointment. The earliest appointment would be 3 hours. Verizon is a BILLION DOLLAR corporation and they cant afford to have a technician full time on staff. I hate this company. This is the worst (no) service I have ever received from a fortune 500 company. I purchased a $700 phone and an extra service plan and they will give me a 3 hr. appointment.WHAT EVER HAPPEN TO SERVICE. They operate like a mom and pop shop.

We had our best experience with Verizon EVER! I am kicking myself for not remembering the employee that helped us, because he made a world of difference in every Verizon situation we have had in over 15 years as Verizon customers.We are visiting our daughter for her 30th birthday & somehow misplaced my husbands phone. The employee that we were so fortunate to have assigned to us was curtious, kind, understanding, patient, and helpful. We were getting discouraged with the loss of the phone and it was putting a cloud over our otherwise special week with our daughter until this employee helped us. I even gave him a hug for the elite customer service he provided. Please pass this on to the employee that helped the older couple from Hawaii.
IF YOU WANT GOOD CELLPHONE SERVICE: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I purchase 2 prepaid sim cards, and I transfer my lines from T-Mobile to Verizon. The employs in the store configured my account super wrong 3 TIMES!! YES I HAVE TO COME BACL 3 TIMES! Not enough with that they send me home without lines working and I have to spend hours by phone with Verizon customer service. I never seen to many I DONT CARE, I DONT HAVE AN IDEAS workers in my life. It was the most stressful experience with a phone company. I use them to work, and people start calling me and I didnt receive the calls because the guys in the store never finish the phone number transfer. I have to do everything by myself in my working hour time (YES, HOURS IN LINE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE). Thanks to Verizon customer service they finish for them the set up 24 hour after the initial purchase.

Its just terrible. I moved to Sprint and got final bill including early termination penalty. But theres no detail, only total amount. I called customer service and they said they only can mail out or print at local store. Im here at store but they said they CANT print it.Verizon push me to pay whatever amount without check the detail. Terrible.

Got my answer to the problem, turn off the phone.
Nothing bad about the employees. If you are getting a smartphone expect to pay an extra 20 a month just to use one on top of what you owe if you pay monthly. Also if you run out of data and want to change they charge extra for the change and if you downsize to smaller data they charge. Each time you change your plan your next bill will double. Also if you by chance pay off your phone they charge you again just because you paid it off. That is why I am cutting my service and going with someone else and now that unlimited is offered prices are cheaper among the cell companies. Verizon just makes up fees and dont tell you anything about your actual cost per month. Be warned.
