This is a review for the photo department specifically. It’s simply awful. They never can find orders you place and claim you have to return the next day and try again. I have gone to Walgreens and other places and never dealt with such incompetence. I have placed photo orders online, they say they are ready for pickup, then when I go there the people working there claim they can’t find it. This isn’t an isolated incident, it happened several times. Instead of checking again later, how about I just take my business elsewhere?

CVS CARE PASS SCAMI bought toothache medicine at CVS. Then I started getting billed $5.48 per month for something called CAREPASS. I followed CVS instructions to cancel it - calling a 1 800 number. I was informed that I dont have a CAREPASS account. But then why am I being charged $5.48 monthly? So I went to the CVS ask for help. I was told they dont have records for CAREPASS, that I would have to call the same 1 800 number. Finally I had to contact my credit card and have them deal with this. Seems like a scam to me.

Call to check up on prescription status. Its an automate system. Took a while to connected to a real person. But the person who answer the phone is really inpatient and and having hard time understand him. Bad customer service. Will not get my prescription fill here again.

This is the best CVS pharmacy for to buy clothes and food my friends,family and co workers including bosses have been to.

Always clean, organized and stocked. The staff has always been friendly. The pharmacy is busy, as they are at basically any other pharmacy I’ve ever used. But they do a great job.

Was well-organized, and had staff present who knew where items were. They were well-stocked on necessities like toilet paper and paper towels, which have become hard to find during COVID. The staff do enforce their COVID-19 safety measures as well, and actually understand that we are in a pandemic. My only complaint here would be that some items appear to be marked up, in comparison to other CVS Ive been to in the area. I am unsure if this is because of COVID, or if its just naturally higher, due to it being near a residential area. Overall, its your better-than-average CVS/drug store.

Great service, very friendly pharmacists. I was in Torrance, ca. And needed 6 prescriptions transferred to CVS from Iowa. First 5 easily done and in a short time. 1 prescription needed my doctor in Iowa to okay the refill. On the 4th of July weekend Alex called and had filled the last one, on a Sunday even. Great perseverance and attitudes. Thank you so much for all of your help Alex.

Came in to payba bill. Was my first time using this payment method. The lady that was working at the counter was very nice and taking the time to make sure we had all the correct details to process my payment and not mess anything up.After taking all the necessary details she submitted my transaction and everything worked out great and i received a confirmation number of the payment.Im very glad she was patience and helpful to take the time to help me.

Called for information about an RX that was filled and I had no information about. I called the tech put me on hold for 15 min, thinking my call was forgotten about, called back, went directly to hold line, for 5 more minutes, the again for another 5 minutes. After 25 minutes on hold, still have no idea what was filled or why!! Frustrating, the pharmacy service has always been negligible, now another level of frustrating.
