Havent been to Pinkberry in ages, and it was great to have it again! Didnt see my old fav green tea flavor, but I tried a yummy pomegranate and chocolate hazelnut in a small cup. The pomegranate was tart and tangy with the right amount of sweetness, and the chocolate hazelnut was rich and creamy. Mochi topping was a little bit hard and not so fresh, but it was still okay. Blueberry and strawberry toppings were sweet and good. Small size hit the spot for me, but you can get medium or large if you want more froyo and toppings. :)

I come to the same store all the time, but I think recently theres a chang of management, its just not the same, the amount of toppings they gave was way last then what it used to be. The yogurt still tast great the only thing is that it melted so quickly by the time I drove home and I dont even live that far, even putting in freezer wont work.

I know they are known for their frozen yogurt but I like their smoothies when I go there. I got the mixed berry smoothie and it taste really good.

Pinkberry is very delicious and their toppings are very premium. Much better than other yogurts!!

Excellent customer service at this location. All the staff was very nice and very helpful. The store is super clean. The yogurt was amazing on this Saturday evening. Ordered two smoothies off their menu. They came back after searching the back of the store and told us that they were out of milk. The worker did offer to make the drink with water instead of milk, but she made no offer of discount for not having all the ingredients in house.The manager of this location should review his or her job responsibilities in maintaining ingredients in stock for menu items prominently displayed in the store.I wasted my time coming all the way here.

Nowhere was it posted and employees failed to mention that only 4 toppings are included. My disappointment was immeasurable and my experience was ruined. I recommend choosing a different Pinkberry.

Greetings, Even if they are using Gloves they must wash hands before serving. The Person at the cash register didnt wash her hands and didnt wear gloves yet proceeded to touch all the plastic utensils that are used to serve toppings. Its disgusting.

They Sell Good Yogurt There!

I already want to go back for more and I finished mine about 30 mins ago. I had the pumpkin cheesecake ice cream in a cup and it was wowomg good. Larger cheesecake pieces than I normally find in ice cream, which was a huge plus for me because it was so good. We were nicely greeted as soon as we walked in and you can tell they really believe in the products they sell. Very friendly and plenty of options to choose from. I wish I would have found this place months ago. Cant wait to go back and try a new flavor and this time get it in a donut.

This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this store not being able to process a credit card. Tonight they weren’t able to process my CC because they were out of CC paper. So that means I didn’t get any pinkberry! From a customer service perspective, they should have offered it to me for free. Or at least given me a discount to come back. Poor service, poor management.

I love the strawberry pomegranate smoothie here, the only problem is that I drink it down so fast I want another once Im finished.

My roommate got a medium for free on her birthday versus the standard small! Maybe he thought she was cute haha!
