Do not order from these guys unless you call them on the phone and make sure the part is available. I ordered a part and kept emailing asking when it would ship and they said as soon as they received it from the manufacturer. After 2 months I was told the part was not available and had to go back to my customer with the bad news.

I placed 4 separate orders for radio parts with PacParts over a 3 week period. I also had 2 add-ons and one part was returned (because I ordered the wrong part). PacParts had some of the parts in stock and ordered some from the manufacturer and then were available for will-call pickup in only days. The staff was always very helpful, meticulous and provided copies of the ongoing invoices documenting everything.
