Magnolia staff in Torrance is very helpful and accodating.
Bought a new pair of wireless earphones. Guys back here are extremely knowledgeable at their craft and really know their stuff. This is whole will be doing my next home set up.
Twice I have gone into this location asking about their products and technical questions. Both times I have been treated poorly and had the employees act like I was bothering them, and that they didnt want to deal with me. Although they sell high end audio brands, the attitude and behavior of the people representing the companies is a poor excuse for customer service. I would suggest anyone looking for these brands to find a much nicer and more helpful local business to support.
We have had fantastic customer service at out MagnoliaCenter in Scottsdale, Arizona for several years and have done our home in Ahwatukee, AZ twice. Naturally when needing an entire home done in Long Beach CA we would go to the local Magnolia center in Torrance, CA. The Sales Process was ok, installers were amazing, our extended service, (we pay for monthly) and goes through our Rep. Craig Nix is a nightmare. They deserve this bad review on the store and their Rep. He has been given enough chances and has failed over and over. Magnolia Center Torrance failed us because they do not give us a new representative on our account for our continued service contract. Craig seems to only want to solve problems that will give him money in his pocket. They are not what we know to be Magnolia Center customer care. Sometimes I feel like we are just getting Best Buy Customer Service.
