Get customer service at Pandora at Del Amo. Best service ever.

It was a horrible experience. I waited over half an hour to just buy a stupid key chain. My sister wanted it for her birthday and would not leave it. The staff was cold and uncaring, told me to wait and proceeded to leave for lunch. There was only one other couple there, it was a waste of time

Purchase a small ring for my daughter with the year warranty. Due its design it bent while trying to open a door. Went to have it repaired and they refused stating that the warranty does not cover wear and tear. I would advise anyone to make sure what is or isnt covered in their policy prior to making a high purchase.

Was very disappointed with the customer service here. Jasmine and the rest of the girls who were working the afternoon shift were very rude, showed attitude, and made me feel very uncomfortable when asking a simple question for an online order purchase. Jasmine was not friendly and did not greet me which lacked in her customer service. Unfortunately this is my closest pandora in-store shopping so I will continue to come there but I will not seek assistance from Jasmine.

Customer service is lacking...no one greeted me when I walked in the store...there were 4 staff, 2 were helping 2 other customers. Another person in the store browsing and I were the only other people inside. Browsed around the store without any staff asking if I needed help...again 2 other staff werent helping any customers...one at the register and another going trough inventory....5 mins go by and I was ready to walk out of the store until I was finally noticed. Disappointing customer service...otherwise Kimberly who noticed and helped me after was pleasant. Wouldnt go back to this store until customer service is improved. Whether youre helping someone or not always greet a customer once they are at the door and remind them youre there if they need assist in looking at merchandise...makes a big difference in building clientele and have them coming back to purchase everytime.

The employees could be better attendents to their customers.

Like sterling silver and this store has a different style of settings. Looking for a deal, Mothers Day is coming up.
