I went by there tonight and Smart and final has a We are Closed sign. closed up tighter than a drum

My best place ever

Prices are low. Store is usually uncrowded. Patrons are respectful. Selection is not as varied as Ralphs, but shelves are well-stocked. I hesitate to recommend because I dont want the secret getting out.

Clean store and the manager is on top of things. Went there on a Wed night at around 8:30pm. First time there. Fresh produce looked great. No problems getting what I needed. Bakery was basic but had good selectionsbof pastries. Great, no frills store. The manager on duty was working and managing her staff, and she still had time to ask me if I needed anything, and she did it with a smile. After paying, she was near the front, and she again smiled and wished us a good evening. Will be back!

Fast and Friendly, Lacking In Inventory.The Staff is extremely cordial and make you feel at ease.

This store was particular clean. All the aisles were spotless and all the merchandise were placed on the shelves in an orderly fashion. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Top notch!!

Due to COVID 19 Smart Final discontinued requiring customers bring their own shopping bags. The store would bag the groceries in the stores shopping bags. Today at the register the cashier asked if I wanted to purchase bags I asked why are we purchasing bags now? COVID 19 is still spreading throughout the world. Had U known customers must provide their own bags again we would have brought them in the store. Also, the cashier told us Smart and Final stopped requiring customers bring their bags a month ago. Not true, we were in the same store last week and nothing like this happened. I saw many customers come in without their own bags. Please post the change in requirements on the entrance door visible for everyone to read. Horrible service and advertisement. We are senior citizens and this was not necessary considering the present attitude people have shopping. I had to keep myself calm as to not create a Karen scene. Tighten up your business. Low quality of service when the cashier lied.

They have great chicken and more variety of food than other Smart and Finals

I was able to buy what I had come for. The store was quiet and orderly. A genuine good place to buy groceries.

This S&F is huge. Well stocked and spacious. They need a few more cashiers, but overall a good experience.

Found exactly what I was looking for, cashiers were fast and nice, everyone was keeping distance. The meat and produce were very appealing and the store over all is very well maintained.

Solid location. COVID spaced and safe

I have been going to this smart and final since it opened, but there is really nothing nice I can say about the staffs. Every visit here, I can always have something to say negative, but I keep coming because of their ads.But there was this one time, a courteous staff named Felix whom I am giving this 3 stars to, offered to help me put the 2 cases of 35 bottles of water in my car. Not only did he do that, he also took my cart after.This is big for me, because there was this one time I was with someone with a wheelchair looking for a basket, we went back and forth both ends of the store, cant find one, and even when we asked a staff for it, she just said where they put it and didnt care if we got one or not.

This location is closed forever. Tried this afternoon But all doors were locked. A sign-service truck and the technician mentioned that he will take down the Smart & Final Sign. Feel bad for such situation to this store.

Great store never crowded and the employees are always pleasant!

Writing this review as I sit in a line of at least 10 people with only 2 registers open. Extremely understaffed and the lack of automated check out makes it 10x worse. Store is clean, prices are cheap and they have good bulk items. Fruits are usually half way rotten and you have to scrutinize your produce to make sure it’s actually edible.

Smart and Final had what i wanted. The employees were friendly and very helpful.

While I love this location, yesterday I was very unhappy that they Didnt Have Any Jumbo Chicken available. I was in the store more than 30 minutes and still nothing before I left. They advertised a Feed 5 for $15 and I dont think they prepared appropriately for that special and people who just want the chicken. Hopefully this situation will improve ASAP

A very large and clean store. They also have products that my local Smart & Final doesnt carry.

I was so excited and happy when I walked in.Its so big and very clean. It has everything, and the price is worth every penny. I live in L.A on the east side and we dont have anything like this store, so I will be coming back.

The store is nice and seems well maintained. My two complaints are they dont seem to have hand baskets anymore which is frustrating because I shop in small quantities and hate using carts, and they almost always have too few cashiers. Some of them are fast so its not too bad, but a few of the lady cashiers take sooooo long.

Im sad that this store location is going out of business but Im thankful for all the great discounts they offered to us through this crazy time with the closeout prices on their product thank you Smart and Final for your service to our community 👍

Can you guys come up with a better process for picking up groceries?1. when you park into the designated pick up spot there is a number in front of you and it says call us and let us know your here so one would assume I can call and someone will bring them out. wrong. The number doesnt work first of all lol.----you must go into the store and notify them of your arrival2. Notify who?! I have asked a few people and they always say just let the person at the register know.....you mean the people at the registers with 6 people in each line? are you kidding me? there has to be someone available for this....3. Due the the system not working well staff treats you like a bother. I asked a lady for help and she was annoyed, she had a black shirt on, everyone else had a red one so I assumed she was a manager. Over all customer service is the issue.I love being able to pick up my groceries, but some things need to be improved.

This is a very large S&F, just block from the Deli Amo shopping center. They have a bakery, liquor, meat and fish as well as hot baked chicken to go. Always clean.

Horrible experience and will NEVER be back. These employees need to be trained in customer service. I was trying to buy one bag of chips. I go to the checkout and there is a black cashier who is very slow. I put my chip debit card in and it asks if I want cash back I I hit the no button. Then it says remove my card. I guess nothing happened she is just standing there waiting. I am telling her and she says she doesnt know what to do. So I go to complain to the manager and he was as useless as she was. He didnt care at all how I was treated. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Sad how customer service is just going down the drain.

Prices are good on some things. Not a lot of people in the store at 3 oclock. I always get the checker who farts around or has to go get something or do something with the register... frustrating.

This is a very large Smart and Final. Thus the word EXTRA attached to the name. I walked in and was impressed with all the inventory available and good prices. They carry a lot of good produce options and also my favorite Alkaline water and lots of my favorite paper products. They are in a shopping mini mall strip next to Baskin Robbins and Pf Changs. Thank you.
