Nice big version of Vons. Has A hair salon, postal annex, bank, Starbucks, a legit florist, Panda Express inside on top of your normal Vons market. They have much more space than most Vons this they have a big inventory and you may find stuff here that may not be carried at other Vons...

Nice, clean, large store...lots of selection. Quite expensive however. Cashiers arent so friendly/patient though either.

My Vons is always clean and welcoming. Well stocked and lots of variety. I especially appreciate the Asian food section since my son loves Ramune and Calpico

This store has come a long way in the last few years. Everything is better from the staff to the parking lot.

I went to the bakery section at Vons because I wanted Vons-made bagels (they are really good). The main lady in the bakery was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. I wish I remembered her name. She was very helpful and cheerful in answering my questions about bags, gloves and bagel grabbing tissues.

When Im in Torrance, I enjoy coming to this Vons ; super big, people who work there are nice, always have everything in stock 😊

Knowledgeable staff (I have stumped them a couple of times). Almost always have what I need. Selection can be limited, more apparent since the lockdowns so probably a supply-side issue. You may be able to find lower prices on some items but I prefer a one-stop trip, when possible. Specialty items - I’d go to a specialty store.

I was in need of some sweet relish and I knew there was a Vons close by. I drove in and I was real surprised at how large the store was. As soon as I walked in the store I asked for some help to find the sweet relish. The directions were clear. I will shop there again.

Came with $5 clipped coupon, grabbed a bottle of soy sauce $2.99 a box of pasties on sale $1.88- what else, everything is ridiculously expensive! Spent 30 mins trying to find anything within $5.Cashier and Customer service have declined my coupon, as my purchase would be $4.98, not $5.I left this store with a promise to never shop at Vons again, suggesting you do the same- there are plenty of alternatives!

Very nice Customer service person helped me fine what i was looking for. Clean and well stocked.

The meat selection was really bad. We bought some steaks and when we unwrapped them, they were brown on the bottom. The chicken we bought was tough. Were going to throw all the meat away. And there was a woman in the store talking on her phone and not wearing a mask. Even in the checkout line. No one did anything about it. This Vons is horrible

Been here twice now while staying nearby for business. Great experiences both times.

Nobody vegan shops here based on their selections. Not a particularly inviting environment or great selections. Qr code on phone app doesnt work at self check or regular check out. Staff seemed somewhat sullen.

Nice and clean plenty of options for what you want even has a pharmacy.

This is my main local supermarket. I stop in for something almost every day. The store is always clean and they manage traffic safely. The food is always good quality. The personnel is very friendly and accommodating.

I like how clean and pretty that store is I like their pharmacy too the only thing I didn like its that the counter from the pharmacy is too wide and high and the girls there are not very nice

According to the ads, they had a 5 inch cake on sale. Went at 9 this morning. Couldnt find it. Asked the bakery and they ran out yesterday. She would make some more later. Didnt ask what I wanted. Customer service didnt matter.

Large store, but signage was poor. My first time shopping there & had a hard time finding what I wanted. Signs are only at one end of the row, if walking down the middle isle you can only see sign for one side of isle, very inconvenient. Otherwise, store was clean & stocked OK. A little on the pricey side I think.

Had all my favorite Japanese snacks I often cant find at other places, very organized, beautiful flowers, fresh produce, friendly staff, really clean restrooms.

I never realized they cary such a beautiful assortment of flowers. & extremely affordable.

The trip to Vons was great until the end. Waiting in line the young lady told use what lane to check out, while there she was rude in telling is we could only have one paper product per household. Instead of asking us if we lived together. My granddaughter was helping me buy Thanksgiving dinner. So Vons needs to coach there employees not everyone is trying to break the rules

They usually have fresh vegetables and fruit. The store is clean. And the shelfs are organized, & Easy to locate product.. I will go that extra mile to shop at this Vons market. Chrenshaw blvd. Crossroads Torrance. Although other Vons Markets are closer to me.. Nice people work here!! 😊

The thing about a traditional grocery store is that you must use any and all discounts available to get a decent price. When you shop the weekly ad and use the Just for U app, you can truly get some amazing deals. In fact, Ive gotten huge discounts and tons of free stuff. This location has an excellent selection and the customer service is top notch! Going with covid-19, I must say they are on it! They sanitize the carts and go above and beyond any protocols Ive seen anywhere. A true classic indeed!

Went to Arrowhead credit union and the experience was Great, I was the only person in the room.

A large grocery store with freshly baked items, deli, fresh meat counter, large produce section - including organic, seasonal section, & of course the grocery items that most stores carry with a bonus of Starbucks & Panda to go.

They were very well organized for Christmas Eve during the pandemic

Been coming for years, always nice.

Most importantly there is self checkout. You can avoid glove wearing cashiers scanning (therefore touching) every single purchased product with germs from all prior shoppers’ cash or credit cards. The gloves are to protect the cashiers not you. Self checkout is the way to go.

This is the third time weve used pickup and its been the best experience yet. We received everything that we ordered plus we got a correct receipt.

I had a pack of diapers with a receipt. I only wanted to get a size up. The wrong size was purchased. They did not want to exchange them. Ut was going to be an even trade. No refund. Now I have to purchase the right size. Going somewhere else now to make my purchases. I had spent $200 the day I purchased the diapers. They just lost a customer over a zero $ exchange of a product.

Even with all the insane shopping going on, my shopping experience was great partly because of the cashier, whos name I unfortunately forgot (big guy with glasses) who has the greatest attitude under pressure. I recommend this particular Vons
