I don’t know how good their other site managers are. Walter is fabulous. He was responsive with some issues we were having. He has to cut off a lock on one unit. Did it quickly. Then we had another unit and the key broke off in the lock. He cut off the lock and replaced it to send the other lock back. Friendly and helpful!

I have been so indecisive in terms of getting a storage. But, Walter at the Torrance location put my mind at ease. Not only did he provide a clear understanding about the space, he showed me the unit, provided options and I was able to rent the unit on the spot. I look forward to de-cluttering my home. I searched the self storage service online and came across StorQuest, which offers an affordable price.I visited the office on the day of the reservation and the store manager Walter was very kind to explain the the facility and the contract details we should know in advance.Access hours to this facility is a bit short, from 9am to 6pm, but the facilities are clean and okay by security purpose.Access to the 10x5 size unit is by elevator, but its perfectly fine.

The storage facility is clean, is always staffed and always have carts available to help you get your stuff to your storage unit. I never write reviews, but this place is outstanding, and they certainly deserve a few minutes of my time. When I access the storage unit-- which is maybe a few times a year, they recognize and greet me! Amazing how the little things go a long way!Price seems pretty reasonable. They do raise it once in a while to match market, which seems totally reasonable (just increased for me for the first time).For anyone who thinks their price increase is a bait-and-switch, which was definitely a theme when I read reviews of other storage facilities before choosing this place, check out the prices on their similar units after the price raise. Its clear that they dont raise rent strategically to maximize revenue from captive customers. Which, as a business practice, would probably matter more to me than the actual price.Super secure. Clean. Great layout. Plenty of carts. Not sure what else to say. Twice Ive had units in other facilities, which was an average experience. Nothing good/bad to say, but this place blows them away with great service at a very competitive (maybe even pretty low?) price. As a business owner, I appreciate when a company goes the extra mile to make their customers feel appreciated! Which, I guess is why I chose to write this rambling review. Hopefully someone finds this useful.

Excellent interaction and support from the manager and staff. The only suggestion and recommendation would be to drop the $25 “admission” fee. Its bogus, unreasonable and unnecessary. Other competitors facilities in the area do not have setup fees or one-time entry fees when renting a storage space.

StorQuest is fantastic! Walter was so helpful with are check in. We plan on use them anytime we need storage and have been using them for a long time.

This is my first review ever writing in Google. I am a luxury hotels executive and been 18 years in the industry. Just the way luxury hotels give their guests an experience - I felt similar vibe here at Torrance StorQuest. This is CHRIS NAIDU who turn a moment into memories for me. Drove down 3 hours from big bear mountain and I had only an hour to load off my belongings from a big truck and store them before it closes at 5pm (sunday). I was extremely exhausted and due to some job related complications, I must needed to store them by end of Sunday. It was impossible for me and I was very worried. Chris surprised me by allowing me 20 minutes extra and assured me he will wait. My sincere apologies for not being able to store everything by 5:20 pm and Chris ended up waiting until 5:45pm for me to finish !!! 45 minutes he personally waited for me and who would do any such favor??? CHRIS - Thank You and because of your service I will only use StorQuest and I will spread the words among my friends and family. Walter was awesome as well who initially helped me book the storage unit.

When I arrived at 9 am on Nov 27, 2020, I was impressed by the clean Torrance facility and the friendly young man. My paperwork says Agent: W Jones. I mentioned I recently learned my first name has Hebrew origin. The young man’s mentioned his first name has a German. I first rented a 5 x 5 but determined later it was not large enough so the young man upgraded my rental to 5 x 10. He did excellent work, he worked quickly and I thank him very much.😊

I am a repeat client - found a labor day special online, was able to hold the rate for 14 days, went in to do the paperwork and it was easy process.Walter who helped me was very friendly, walked me over to the unit to ensure it was the size and location i liked... basically just needed my ID and payment and i was on my way. I was also very impressed that they made the experience Covid Friendly - didnt have to touch a thing .. I really like the storage its really big and spacious, its brand new and it has good carts to load up your stuff. I really appreciate the help and assistance I was given here at the Torrance Location. I turned in my storage on April 21st, 2020. I was told by Cynthia in Gardena that I was going to be reimbursed for my months payment. But I received a $11 check in the mail and I did not receive my $100. But Leslie in Torrance was able to help and assist me with it. She did a great job on informing what was going on and making sure I would receive a refund. Overall, seems like I shouldve done business with StorQuest in Torrance.

We went to alot of places. Some are really good even charge less but the quality of the service and personal here is something no place can offer you. Chris has always been helpful seems to be a great manager. He also recommended some great moving supplies they carry and here they dont have a long line so he took care of us fast.

I recently had obtained a new credit card and I went to Storquest to tried to update my auto pay. Walter was there to greet me and happily assisted me with all my needs. I have several units at the facility, and he took the time to help me manually update the auto pay on each one. I really appreciated his help.

Storquest customer service was great! Leslie helped me find the perfect unit for me. She was very kind and informative. Great service from Leslie and Chris at the Torrance Property! I was looking for an indoor storage unit that is well maintained and I felt safe at. This property met the requirement. I was looking for a storage unit and had shopped online but the location and prices were not a good fit for me. I happen to be driving by StorQuest and from the outside it impressed me to include the spacious parking lot. I called and spoke to Chris. He was very accommodating as I wasn’t sure when I would be able to stop by. Finally when I stopped by and toured the property I discovered how easy it was to get and process this rental at StorQuest. I reserved my unit with Chris and then a couple days later I worked with Leslie to finish the process. Leslie made sure I understood the contract and she did it in a very efficient manner. Next thing we walked to the unit, verified it was the right one and voila I was done. Thank you Leslie and Chris for providing genuine service.

The staff is nice. Overall pretty good for a storage place. Only reason I did not give it five stars is because it smells so musty down all the corridors hence the storage lockers as well.
