Anna the manager is so helpful & friendly. She really goes the extra steps to make sure you get the write storage for your items. Ken is always full of smiles & greets you with a warm welcome. He also is so helpful & kind. We like how cool it is inside the facility. Of course don’t want to forget the many cameras & gate make it pretty secure. Highly recommend.

Ive been to Public Storage and Extra Space. Both places CANNOT COMPARE to the level of professionalism, cleanliness and customer care given by Life Storage. The staff, Ken and Stephanie, is awesome! Place had rat dropping in the unit we had for over 3 years! No food was stored....only furniture, books and clothes.

I am almost a year here and must say I pay a little bit more and know my RV is safe.The good thing is they clean out people what makes trouble to other people or keep doing what they not should do.My tips for everyone especially new people:Do just your own stuff following all rulesDont store ever food in any storage.Come and go..Storage space is a great way to put your stuff, but not you.Hold the time open and closing so you are not locking yourself in.RV have 24 h access, but that doesnt mean party with a grill.Its called being quick in and out..You dont leave food in your RV....Clean up after yourself just invisible yourself 😄And the Staff is very helpful for any question.

My mom has been a customer here since this location was Magellan Storage, so many many years now. The front office has always been kind and courteous, from helping to cut the lock when we lost the key, to even holding on to a cell phone that we accidentally left there. Great storage facility, very clean. We will keep using them for years to come.

Had a very easy rental experience today! The staff is super friendly and are very helpful with all the questions you may have. They show you around and help you familiarize yourself with the facility so you know your way around. Everything is very secure and there a 2 different codes you have to enter to get inside. Then you provide a lock for your unit (they also sell them for $15). A big thank you to Stephanie and Ken for being so helpful!!

Life Storage is a great place to have for all your valuable items. The staff is friendly and on point. If you need help ask for Jesus. There open 5AM-11PM Monday-Sunday. Staff at the front desk are available to assist you from 9AM-6PM...You can also rent a dolly/cart at the front desk.

The price is competitive and the premises is always very clean and well managed. I have recommended it to a number of family members. Great storage spot, esp if climate control needed.1) Access hours are early and long.2) Access location is way convenient compared to PS on 190th/Vermont.3) CLEAN restroom!4) Staff (Ana, Ken, Sasha) have always been super helpful for me, when my UPS work shipments arrive; super/much appreciated.5) Carts conveniently located and nearby the office for the key.6) Recycle bin readily accessible for your cardboard boxes.7) Vending machine for soft drinks and water; reasonable $1.50/500mL bottle.One drawback is cost, but that does not concern me as employer pays storage costs (for now). Dont know what non-climate controlled units cost, but likely comparable to the other storage sites in the area.

I have been storing here for over 5 years. It is a well lit, clean and maintained facility. Of course, it is not perfect, but the manager Ana and associate manager Ken have always done their best to resolve these issues (as long as these are reasonable). They have always been helpful and professional, i highly recommend it.

Its been a little over a year since I needed to store any of my belongings. I needed a place that I trusted and could feel comfortable storing my things. I have used Life Storage in the past and quickly headed over to the Life Storage located on 190th St. In Torrance.I realized that there was a new addition to the crew, Estefany! Although she was new, she has a delightful personality is knowledgeable and is quick to help you with your needs. Then theres Ken; cordial, helpful and goes out of his way to be of help. And last, but certainly not least is Ana the Manager. She is knowledgeable, helpful and a understanding individual. She goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is one of trust and comfort knowing that you are storing your items in a well kept and run facility. I cant say enough about her. The staff is nice and helpful, however they tend to use bait and switch tactics for thier specials. I came in to rent a small unit they advertised for half off. Had I known the unit was actually half the size and an awkward shape that made storing anything more than 4 large boxes impossible. They should have disclosed that the unit was actually half the size of a small 5x5 unit. I really didnt get a deal, and they had the audacity to charge me a full months rent upfront at full price before giving me the half off rental fee special. Nevertheless I walked away. However from what I saw. It is a clean and well maintained facility. I just hate businesses who practice bait and switch. Wont be coming here as a result and be warned about any of the specials. There is always a catch and they are pretty bad.
