I have rented 2 units at this location, several years apart, and both experiences were above my expectation. This is by FAR the best storage facility in the entire South Bay. Mitzi assisted me in move-in and move out both times, and her service is excellent. She runs this facility like a well-run ship, which is what I want in a facility manager. She knows her stuff, and is always very efficient. I have received a few courtesy phone calls, from the staff here, informing me of the Public Storage app, and its benefits, which I think is a nice, personalized service touch. Units and common facilities are safe, secure, exceptionally clean, and hallways always freshly touched up with paint. This must be a constant battle, cleaning scuff marks and patching dents in the walls, from careless people. It is a shame people are not more respectful! Carts have always been available every time Ive needed them. I just moved out this week, and all of my belongings are in perfect shape. This is the only storage facility I would use or recommend in this greater area.

When I was moving and looking for a place to store my extra stuff, this location was the best place I found and very convenient.Mitzi was extremely helpful finding me a unit to fit my storage needs. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

This is an excellent location with excellent customer service!!! Mitzi assisted my family and I,...she was so professional and patient with us. The facility is very clean and air conditioning was so comfortable whenever I access my stuff! We will surely be back in the future. I highly recommend this facility.

Mitizi was Super helpful and made everything easy. Accessible and easy to get into.

No complaints about the facility. Good location, easy in and out. Just dont like that the 10x10 unit has a regular sized door instead of the wide roll-down like my other unit at a different location. I wish that there had been an indication of this on the listing. Very challenging for my needs involving large furniture items. Thats my only complaint.

The service was absolutely amazing! 5 stars to say the least, we arrived a little early & the manager Mitzi CUT HER LUNCH short for us, so we could see the unit on our own time. Hi Im writing this review for Mitzi who is at the Torrance location on Crenshaw boulevard. Shes excellent has a great attitude and very friendly and the biggest thing I found is that she was very efficient. I couldnt be more pleased with the service shes knowledgeable and really tries to help you so I wanted to give her that recommendation that shes just excellent and hopefully you have more people like her and shes just great thank you Larry Wiggins.

Great experience. Being a business owner, I enjoyed how kind and helpful Mitzi was when I came in. She showed me around the property and units, and got me set up. She being on the property 24/7 ensures the security of our tools which is a huge relief for us being out of state often. Also the place was very cleanly which is a big plus overall. I came in today looking to rent a storage unit and I was greeted by a very sweet lady named Mia... As soon as I walked in she was already up and ready to assist me in the services I needed today... she was sweet and very helpful in everything I have asked... I just want to say that she a very helpful worker and very welcoming and she made me feel comfortable... The easiest and most pleasant storage rental I have experienced . I was quoted $25 for 5 days to store my power wheelchair. At checkout they demand $11 for insurance + $20 (for lock) I brought my own lock. I received a call the following day asking for more money. Im soooooo happy that it is short term and to learn their business model. The manager was very nice, but complicit in the model

Mitzi is awesome, conscientious and efficient. Ive been a tenant for about 4 years.Now, I have been here almost 5 years and Mitzi continues to impress me. Always with a friendly smile and wave, and she keeps finding ways to make the place more secure. On top of that, there was a complete remake so the place is much nicer looking. My favorite new thing is gate access with my cell phone, I love it!!!
