FedEx on Hawthorne Blvd. Is very helpful in shipping office and home supplies they even have snacks candy chips and Coke a Cola the employees are very helpful if you need the help. They have a FedEx cardπ³ that you put money on to do your copying or fax or machine or whatever they have computers π» there too they have it all to do in shipping boxes bubble pack you name it so if you need anything FedEx is where you want to go.... dont forget to wear your π· theres handicap βΏ parking in the back lot of the store hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. closed on Sundays.
Horrible. If you think your going to be able to use there services when they open you are highly mistaken. Posted sign says they open at 8 but the doors are never unlocked.
Another FedEx store where the manager doesnβt want to help. I hesitated writing this review about a month ago because I thought maybe it was company policy, but having been to about a dozen other FedEx stores across the greater LA area, it seems to be just this store where the manager in particular (normal staff is great, they are always happy to help me) just doesnβt want to do what I need. For the record: what I need is not something complex or difficult, when I ask a uniformed employee to help me they push two keys and my labels are printed. Guess I just need to go to a different location where the manager isnβt so obstinate (or lazy or controlling? Or just stubborn unhappy person?) Not sure. Donβt understand how a place advertised as βprint & shipβ that advertises βsmall business solutionsβ refuses to print, or help with a solution for my small business. Avoid this location, and the other one on Hawthorne.
There is a surprising variance in quality among Fedex locations. This is one of the best. Courteous and helpful staff.

Pretty decent. Place is well maintained with people who are nice and know what theyre doing. Parking isnt to bad, although it may be a bit hard if you got a big package. It can get a bit busy, so i suggest going in the early hours or later hours, depending on what you are dropping off that day.
This location always has the nicest, most helpful employees of any Los Angeles area store. Iβve been to many other locations and always end up back at this one because the staff will go out of their way to help you get EXACTLY what you need. Poor workers arent trained for the job & the other workers who know what to do are mean as rocks... my 3rd & last time to visit this location.If you ever had to talk to a call center on the phone, this is what an in-person visit feels like, at this place... I guess they are are all angry for having to work there. Among the many issues, none of the workers know that a Mac-formatted drive will not be accepted by the self-serve machines and none of the workers know that 98 brightness paper is NOT a setting on a copier, its the type of paper, just like I said to them... 98 brightness paper, I said... this happened during all of my last 3 visits... the biggest issue is being treated like a criminal because they have to do the job for me because my flash drive is not recognized by their self-serve machines... they lecture me every time about how I can do it myself and how I will have to place a job order like they are ARGUING with me before I even get to say anything at all... which doesnt make any sense, because I am the happiest person that I know... why is everyone so angry these days? I dont get it... walk into a place to spend money and get angry lectures? what gives?
Its open all night. Thats cool if youre in a bind to get something done. The staff seems fine, but not overly enthused to be there. My experience has been positive whenever I go there, but not exceptional.
Holiday...hi, what time do you close? About an hour?? Really, you cant just give the time. I race down there, my file is NINE pages, all text. A pdf so they cant blame me for their issues. What do you know, email fails and they blame me. The girl actually told me I dont know how to send an email. I may not know everything but I know how to send an email
Open 24 hours is super helpful in situations I had the need to run out and get something printed. The parking entrance is a little hidden from the view when driving on the main street but in case you miss the turn go into the next parking lot and go around the back it will lead you around to the FedEx parking. The attendant during the night shift is very helpful even suggesting to make changes on your print to make it better.
Spectacularly aweful location. Workers are slow and ignore customers. I travel farther to go to other locations now because of the subpar service.

Worst customer service. Came here to have 2 pages document scanned into a flash drive and was told I have to come back in a few hours to get it. How hard is it to scan 2 piece of papers through copier and save it? Heading to buy a scanner so I dont have to deal with this kind of nonsense.
If I could give no stars, I would have. Very inefficient customer service. The staff member Gaby is incapable of multitasking. I had a form faxed into this Fedex office and asked if the staff member Gaby could pull it off of the fax machine so I could fill out the form while I was waiting in line and fax the form back to the agency. The staff member told me I had to wait in line behind 3 people before she could pull the form off of the fax machine that was on a shelf right in front of her under her register. Lazy and rude. Gaby needs to think outside the box.
A good drop off place for packages while on my way to other errands. Open 24 hours. Cant beat that.
We ordered business cards but used the wrong website to do it, and the cards were produced as a special order and cut instead of a normal business card run. The problem is, the site specified that the order would not be completed until a representative had called to confirm the order, including a price. No one called. Instead, they made me 350 cards, single sided on matte white default stock and charged me $80 and change. Who would pay for that?When we called to understand why this had happened, we were told it was our mistake and we should have known we were uploading to the wrong site....somehow...despite the fact that no where on the site did it say there was another similar site where other office type printable materials could be ordered.We spent all morning waiting for the original call, wasting time, then more time after speaking to a representative waiting for his manager to call back. She never called back. When we called to find out what was happening, she was rude and made it clear she would rather destroy all the cards than give them to us at a reasonable price.We called FedEx to complain. After being passed around for 30 mins, nothing was done and my order was canceled. I was told I would need to start over using their other website and that they would destroy the cards they already had for me.I have wasted all day on this nonsense and cant believe a company would go out of their way to destroy product that they didnt process properly, wasting supplies and my time and energy in the process. I am left very annoyed with this company and their customer service.What was my honest mistake in not knowing about their other site, is now really their lack of good site management, store management and poor customer service all around. They clearly dont care about their customers and dont want any new ones. Im getting my cards at vista print now, where they are a fraction of the price anyway.
Work fedex ever. I go in at 12am & there is only 3 customers in there including myself. when I ask the worker if he could make 500 copies & have them stapled which the machine does for them. he asked me to either place a order or do them myself. he said if I place the order they wont be done till tomorrow. thats crap, it only take 10 to 15 minutes to get my order done I know because I had it done at Staples. so why is it that with very little customers & no orders being done would it take more then 20 minutes to get? if I havent seen a lazy worker in my life I just did. terrible place stay away

Updated review: Ive had to email the company because this location has gone way down hill. The employees are always rude and short tempered with each other and their customers. It used to be my fav FedEx because I have to do work at these stores a lot, but now I dread working with the people in this store.What the heck happened!?!Old review:this is my go to FedEx Kinkos. Ive a mobile office i work out of, so i visit this place often. Ive been to many FedExs and this has to be the best organized store with the most competent employees. theres hardly ever a wait. someone is always asking if they can help me. they move quickly, but are mostly polite about it.the only con i have is the software they use on their self-service printers, it is a pain to navigate through sometimes, but Ive figured out that emailing my documents to FedExs server is the fastest and easiest way to use their printers!
Scam. They just want to sell you packaging. I brought two items. First, a return of some shirts that were sent by Fedex to me from Mizzen and Main, an online retailer. They would not accept the original packaging and insisted on selling me a bigger box. I also sold a phone on EBay and brought that, fedex label paid already. They also would not accept and insisted on selling me another bigger box. This place is a scam, trained to up sell. Horrible service and a waist of time.
Plenty of parking, help is always available, even orders through the phone can be completed and quickly picked up and paid for. 24 hours open, really awesome for emergency printing jobs

Ive always got everything I needed to get done in this office..... done. Im happy with this FedEx especially the 24-hour service.
Younger staffs and were very nice assisted to me always. But There are some older man staffs very rude to poor customer service at all.One day, Ive gone to print as my job of graphic poster. At this time, I order to print my Artwork to one of Latin stuff (he looks 35-45), then he asked me that how many you need? I said just one page and passed my USB. He asked with a petulant frown to me again. However He couldnt manage and control and also hes misprinted with a portion of my design by him. Misprinted 3time.. After much difficulty, Its been taken to spend with him over 15minuts. Because did not exactly connect my USB flash drive to the computer. Anyway, I very upset at him. However, I called another man to print it as correctly.Anyway, others were very nice and better.
