Love that’s it’s located by my house! Super convenient! Every time I go here to drop off a package, it’s always quick and easy. I never have any problems, and the customer service is always awesome!
The short middle-aged Asian man at this place is very rude and sarcastic. he is not helpful at all and I would not use this place if I see him. Bad customer experience

Used to like this location. Seems ownership may have changed and service is always so slow lately, even if just a couple of customers. Most recently, arrived with only 2 customers in line being assisted by 2 staff. Ended up waiting for a frustrating 30-45 mins while a line of probably 20+ unhappy customers formed behind. There were 3 other staff in the store who really could have stepped in to help at the counter but did not. I had a pre labeled return which literally took less than a minute to scan.

After having a bad experience at USPS located at 2510 Monterey St., Torrance, CA with shipping body wash we came to the UPS store and was assisted by Angel he was amazing and the UPS store is the bomb
I have been going here for about four years usually once a month or so. I had a small Amazon package to return and they said they hey would charge me $2.50 for printing the one page shipping label. I went elsewhere and shipped it free. Will not return here again as they suggested I can go elsewhere.
I used to go there just to use their computer. Location is closest to me since libraries are closed. But the one computer at this UPS Store has been down close to 2 months now. They just tell me it needs to be replaced but its taking longer than expected. They still have it sitting there with a paper taped to screen. Now I have to go to Hawthorne Blvd location.
Terrible customer service
I had a large assortment of household goods and artwork to pack and ship. It took them three days to complete the job; nothing was damaged and they were tolerant of the mess I created in their store. Great job.
They are always friendly and helpful. I’m 71 with a breathing problem and everyone there helps me with large packages. Never had a problem, would recommend to everyone. Very pleased with their service. Thanks !🌷🌻

I like this location. The staff is very nice and helpful. Store is clean and kept up nice. Only thing I dont like is not their fault. Parking in the shopping center can be a bit wild.
Made a notary appointment via UPS website. Showed up and waited in line to be told they don’t have a notary service. They need to update their profile on the UPS website. Very frustrating
I was there today to print one document (2 pages) None of the printers was able to read my USB, so they told me to use PC for printing of my document. It took 15 minutes to start their PC and open the document. I ended up with extra charge of $ 1,99 for scanning (they charged it without any notice) - when I told them I was only printing they told it is for using of their computer. If you need to print something, don´t use this store. Plus the staff (mid-aged man) was not very nice or helpful at all.
The staff did a professional job of interacting with the customers in the store (including me). The gentleman helping me politely suggested a less expensive package, and graciously accepted my request for the more expensive package. While the staff seemed supportive of each other and friendlier amongst themselves, I did not get the Im-loving-life happiness of, say, the El Segundo store so only 4 stars.

The waist UPS ever. I wanted to send a legal document and they didn’t want to put my address for senders address. Instead they had their address which is ridiculous. They said when the reply comes, they will contact me to come and get the reply! Is it a joke. Do I ever want send a mail with a random post office address as the corresponding person’s address. Unbelievable and it’s a disaster. They mess ip things over and over again. This is my 3rd time this has happened.
First off, I have no idea how they works, not until I experienced how incompetence that guy was. The guy who took my mail is unprofessional... I told him I want tracking number and certified! He told me to write the delivery address on the envelope, didnt even print out a label for me. I walked out with receipt in my hand, thinking the tracking number will be on it.But no, a month later still no news from the government agency that suppose to receive my letter within a week or so. So I called them and took my receipt out, thats when I found out there is no tracking number on it. I ask my colleagues who deals with shipping in the company, seems like this guys just took my mail and put a stamp on it, then call it first class mail... first class my ass...I had experience with USPS losing my letter, ever since I have switched to UPS... now what? I have to go to Fedex now?
You wont find a UPS store as great as this one. .very organized. .the best customer service..I have a PO Box here and my mail is always on time!
I was there to get a document notarised. Excellent service and value. So glad I went here!
When other reviewer says staff is rude, I suspect he/she is only referring to one of the three regular staff (male asian) who does have a bad attitude (plain rude often times) and would screw you in a heart beat by choosing the most expensive method of shipment to show you he does not like you. Its not the tall older guy with a beard (who is nice) and its not the young tall skinner guy (who is very nice), its the short middle aged guy that the other reviewer says is the rude one, I suspect.
Staff very helpful and they were willing to accommodate our work schedules.

The staff was not courteous and was rude. Never go to this store; better go to a different store.I just visited them an hour ago with a small box and return label. An old looking man attended to me. I asked him if he could put in some papers or foam fillers and he did so. He charged me $1.75 just for that and he insisted that I pay by cash ! Are you kidding me !?? Even if he were to charge me, he should have told me beforehand ! Stay away, this place looks creepy..

I can see why everyone here hates this place. While I did not particularly find the staff rude, I did think they were petty con men. I went to mail a couple of postage paid UPS packages. The boxes I was mailing needed some additional tape, which UPS is always happy to do for free. This guy Hiro tells me we usually get 60 cents per package for taping. When I told him UPS has always put reinforcement tape on packages free of charge, he said, We have to pay for tape too! I replied, Yeah, but you get paid by UPS to take these packages and you dont have to pay $1.20 for a couple of pieces of tape. He wouldnt budge and sent me to a UPS facility a few miles away. I asked for the business card for the store and he gave me a card saying Brainard Takiguchi - Notary Public. So I left with my packages and needless to say Ill never be back. I called UPS and they told me that NONE of their UPS Stores should be charging for a piece of tape. Hopefully they will act on this and force these penny ante idiots to clean up their act.

I came in this store in a hurry to get copys made. There was 3 people working. The one who helped me was very rude. He was even asking what type of documentation I was making copys of. Why should I tell him what my personal copys are? Regardless of the nature of my documentation there is no need for the staff to know weather is a drawing or a sensitive personal information.

Terrible service. My package was lost (not their fault), but when I asked to speak to a manager I was told she doesnt speak English and so I wouldnt be able to speak to her. When I asked the rep to help with a claim, he said he was new. Long story short it is not 45 days later and I am out a total of $170 in fees due to this issue. I was able to contact Corporate and am hoping they can step in and assist with getting me refunded.
