Amazing experience renting with ACE party rents for my wedding. They graciously made adjustments to my order several times when I called. The rented items were in good working order. We elected to pick up our rentals and that worked out perfectly. Carrie is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Also, very importantly, their pricing is very good and better than I had seen with other rental companies.

We used Ace for our wedding anniversary and some other events since. Couldnt be happier. Silvia in the office was very helpful and friendly showing us all the options. The tent and other equipment looked good and their pricing is very competitive. The delivery guys knew what they were doing and did a great job with the set up. I love everything about this spot - strong drinks, pirate theme, speakeasy vibe. Walking in here feels like traveling to a different world from the Hayes Valley streets outside. The interior reminds me of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney World. (Minus the animation pirates)

Needed chairs and a cocktail table for a last minute event. Ace had what I needed the same day. They were quick with the paperwork and had me on my way to the party. Great service.

Horrible Customer Service. Ive never rented party equipment and called to inquire and the receptionist was rude, and abrupt. It was clear she didnt want the business or to be bothered. Party rental companies arent hard to come by. Work on first impressions, theyre lasting.

I went in there on a second visit to ask follow up question. Carrie who helped us came off as dismissive and uninterested in our business. Unlikely we will move forward with them.Maybe it was a bad day. My fiance previously had a good visit there.

I ordered 15 of everything...however, they charged me for 30 forks and 30 knives...I picked up on Saturday and dropped off on Monday and I let them know that they overcharged me...My call was never returned and I never got my money back...horrible customer service...this was 9/26, I still havent heard back.
