Unprofessional and rude customer service. I ordered a part for a 1st generation Subaru Impreza and the part was completely different from the original part in the car. Obviously since Im returning the part that means its not correct part, so one would expect for them to understand. As we know, Emotional Intelligence is the #1 skill in Customer Service instead they blamed me when their database or part information is incorrect since I selected the correct vehicle. I dont recommend them at all for the lack of communication and blaming the customer for their misinformation. The root cause of their problem is the data base of their parts for 1st generation Imprezas.

Prices were excellent and delivery times quick, but its the customer service that really sets them apart. There was a mistake on my order (my fault) but rather than just ship it, I received a call and was able to get it sorted before shipment. You just couldn’t include them or hit print when other dealerships (even the terrible ones) give them away for free? Wow.The product is great- but useless with no instructions. You are selling at lower prices, then charge the difference for the actual literature needed for a customer to use the product? Why do not warn the customer of that on your site?I probably will not receive a response from this place- my petty $300 sale probably means nothing to their bottom line.Saw their price online and it was better than my dealer. My Subaru salesman here in San Diego promised me a 30% discount on accessories after purchase. Good deal ya? Of course he turns out to be a liar- “we can’t get you 30%off because it’s a 2018 model”...... BS. It’s the same part for 2017 cars.So I ordered from these guys- better price and great product. Bubble wrapped carefully- even taped the hardware to the inside of the box so it would not be be everywhere in the box on arrival.Shipping took a little longer than expected.I will not buy here again due to the updated reason above....
