Crystal is the sweetest and most helpful person! 25/10! I only come to her because she helps with everything, every time. When I am having issues online paying my bill, I call her and she has it done so quickly. Today I came in and she had my mother and my new phones set up in less than half an hour! The store is so clean and organized. Love this place and her so much!

I went in to see if my fried phone could be repaired. I really did not want to buy a new phone. I worked with Crystal and she really tried to get the darn thing to boot up. I ended up buying a new phone, through no fault of Crystal’s. She was very knowledgeable and kind and understanding. I think I will be really happy with my new purchase. She gave us some refurbished options to try to save us some money. We went with new but at least were given some options. My husband and I both enjoyed working with Crystal and really felt comfortable that she had our best interest at heart. Overall, an expensive but very good experience.
